House was awesome, kitchen has everything you need for your trip. Pool was super clean, has a bathroom beside the pool. Really convenient. Will rent again this year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is huge, and perfect for large families with so many full bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is the best part!! We were a block from the beach, in a very friendly and diverse neighborhood. Clean, great parking, convenient, and excellent service/communication from the host too! I’d definitely recommend.

Great location. House could have been cleaner. Pool was a big hit with my grandkids after spending time at the beach. Washer and dryer were much appreciated. Well stocked with dishes, silverware and pots and pans. Easy access to house with code.

The property was enough space for two families. Great location for everything Surfside offers. The owner was helpful when we had an issue.

We ALL had a wonderful time!!! The house was very comfortable and clean, it was roomy enough to fit all 10 of us. The kids just loved having the pool and the outdoors showers. They enjoyed riding their bikes to the parks and surrounding areas. Going to the beach was very easy and a lot of fun there. We also enjoyed some of the attractions around the area. We really enjoyed our stay and would do it again in a heartbeat!!! We definitely had 4 very tired kids when we got home!!! I would recommend anyone who wants to rent a house to rent this one!!!

The bedroom to bathroom ratio is amazing in this house and worked so well for our whole family. The location is great and the pool was nice to have if you dont want to haul everything to the beach for the day. Kitchen is well stocked, and ample room for whole family meals.

But not as nice as the pictures portrayed. Definitely could have used a better cleaning. Porch door wouldn’t stay closed and blew open with the breeze. Small problem with palmetto bugs. Great location though.

Our vacation house was clean and conveniently located to restaurants and the beach. The pool was lovely and the rooms were well appointed. We would highly recommend this house and we’d like to come again. The addition of a grill would’ve made the house and A+

Fun time with friends!

We had such a wonderful vacation experience in Surfside. The home was perfect and the owner was incredibly helpful, responsive and easy to work with. Our kids enjoyed the pool and fun golf cart rides to get ice cream in the evenings. I’ve stayed in many vacation homes but this one was perfect in every way! I highly recommend!

We had a great time staying at this house. The property was exactly as described in the online listing and was in impeccable shape. It had all of the amenities that we needed for our vacation and was a few minutes walk to the beach. I would definitely stay at this property again.

This property has a great layout and plenty of space for large families. The owners were extremely accommodating and available quickly for all of our questions. The location is perfect for just a short walk to the beach. We will be back soon and we highly recommend this property.

This is our second year in Surfside Beach staying at this house. It was another great experience - house is well equipped and perfect for us - 2 families with kids ranging in age from 16 to 22. The location can’t be beat - easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Jay, the homeowner was wonderful to work with I would highly recommend this house for any large group looking for an easy, enjoyable vacation!

Beautiful house! Well equipped kitchen! Great location to beach! Very comfortable sofas and furniture! Bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds! Plenty of living space ! Nice pool! Every thing is practically new! Jay set up a baby crib for us, which was nice to have for our granddaughter to sleep in. We would like to return to this same house the next time we are in this area.

We rented this home for a family vacation July 7-13, 2019. We loved the home because it was very clean and nicely furnished. All beds were extremely comfortable and seemed to have new mattresses. The owner was very friendly, responsive, and accessible at all times. We had no issues at all during our stay. Check in was so easy as was checkout. Convenient location and easy walk to the beach. If we returned to Surfside Beach, I would definitely rent this home again. Very pleased with everything.

We chose this house for our 1st Annual Family Vacation. We were comfortable with 8 adults, 4 children ages 16 to infant. Kitchen was well stocked and has a great seating for everyone. We enjoyed nights out on deck and fun around the pool. Short easy walk to beach access. Surfside is a great town for family vacation-relaxing but close enough to all the hustle bustle activities of Myrtle Beach. Devore was just as pictured. Only things we wished we had were a Grill, tools to clean pool and more hangers. Jay was easy to communicate with kept us informed of updates with house/weather/favorite restaurants. Would recommend this house to friends and hope to return in future.

It was a beautiful house in a nice quiet neighborhood, well kept, with everything within walking distance or a short golf cart ride. The owner was very easy to communicate with via call or text & we will definitely use property again. My family of 6 loved it & we had plenty of room to spread out. All amenities were first class!

Very spacious and great location!

Our family had a wonderful time and everything was perfect. Plenty of room, linens, and towels. Pool time was a hit. Close to attractions, restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. We LOVED the 2 masters suites. Could not have asked for a better place and the owner was super responsive. This is hands down our new favorite place at the beach.

From the moment we walked in, this lovely 5 Bedroom Home, felt like our own. Everything was immaculate and as described. Although we were a very short walk to the beach (just over a one block walk), and the beach was beautiful - we enjoyed as much time in the private pool (maybe even more!) The owner could not have been more responsive or helpful upon check-in. As we were checking out we had some car trouble and he gave us assistance with that too. (Thank you again!). The main floor area was more than enough room to accommodate us all (a group of 8). With its open floor plan - the kitchen, living and dining rooms was great - whether we were dining, watching TV or playing board games. Convenient to all shopping, lovely restaurants, a wonderful winery in Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach. The Surfside Beach area is a gem and none of us wanted to leave.

My family and I had a great time! The house is perfectly located. Quick walk to the beach! The kids all really enjoyed the pool. There was 9 of us and we actually had an extra room we didn’t need to use because the house was so large. We were sad to leave. Looking forward to coming back again!

Nicely decorated with plenty of colorful pillows and artwork. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and plate settings. Pots and pans were many. Bedrooms were good size and very comfortable bedding. Pool was a huge plus as we had 4 children 4-10 that loved night swimming. Upper porch was great for dining or just for morning coffee. Overall this was a nice place. We had some slow drains in the bathtub (people before us may have washed half the beach down the drain)but owner was very quick to respond to my text and we took care of it. Kudos to owner for fast response to any questions I had before and after I got there. Only cons were no hair dryer or grills available. Owner allowed me to purchase cheap BBQ that I tossed when I left. I’d go back with no hesitation.

Our family of 9 - ages 53 to 15 had a spectacular week at Surfside Beach. The house is as pictured, clean, nicely decorated and a great floor plan. The beds are very comfortable and everything in the house worked perfectly. The house is well stocked with plenty of dishes but it would be nice to have hangers in the closets. A grass grill would be a nice addition as well. We hope to visit again next year!
