The pictures do not do the house justice. It is a beautiful and spacious home with gorgeous grounds. Very private and secluded yet convenient to so many things. Excellent value for the price point. John, the owner was very pleasant and helpful, as was the property manager. We will absolutely stay again.

The house was beautiful and in a quiet area. Tons of kitchen dishes, pans etc. very clean and owner was very responsive. The propane was empty in the grill when we got there and they came right over and replaced it. We would rent this again.

My family stayed for a full week for the forth of July holiday and we absolutely loved the home. The home is very spacious and fit all 12 of my group comfortably. Check was simple and quick the home had beautiful artwork throughout the house, fully stocked kitchen, heated bathroom floors, an abundance of wash clothes and towels, comfortable beds, washer and dryer on both floors and a cozy overall feel. The master bedroom is on the main floor and is easily accessible to everything with a spacious closet that makes you want to live there forever. The host was very prompt and attentive to our needs and quick to respond via text. Things to consider when staying here is location, you'll need a vehicle to get around as the home is tucked away from the city center which was a plus for my family but will take some planning if you plan on bringing your own vehicle. Depending on the time of year it might be challenging to reserve a spot on the ferry. There are three televisions in the home one of which is in the master bedroom so if you have any TV watchers in your group give them a heads up. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this home to everyone.

We really enjoyed our time at the art house. There was plenty of room for our family and the open kitchen/living room/dining area made things easier with the kids. The owner was also very responsive and helpful!

The property is very nice and private. It has plenty of space and the house has a very nice design. The owner (John) is very personable and responsive. Upon arriving a property manager showed up to help with anything we needed, and gave us his number for any issues, for which there were none. The overall experience was great - I would highly recommend this property and owner.
