Unidad de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños frente al golfo con acceso a balcón privado desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king, vestidor y baño privado con ducha a ras de suelo con azulejos y cabezal de ducha tipo lluvia. El segundo dormitorio ofrece dos camas queen y el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen. Ambas habitaciones tienen acceso al baño del pasillo, que también cuenta con una ducha de efecto lluvia. Awesome. Phoenix 10 is the best place to be. This unit is right above the pool so if you are looking for quiet, pick another unit. Clean and awesome unit. My only complaint is the check in time. We got there two hours early and ready to check in. The codes to the door did not work until 4pm. Why is that so annoying?! We paid a pretty penny to stay here and we can’t get in when it is clean? That is a joke. Other than that, great stay

My family has been staying at Phoenix X for years! This property is in a great location within walking distance to several restaurants and the Flora Bama. We always have a great time.
Check in was super easy as well as checking out. I felt that the property management communicated with me well throughout the entire process. Overall it was a great stay!

Very nice condo for a guys golf trip. Stayed in several others in same building but this was one of the nicer ones. Only down fall to this one bs the others is parking pass had to be bought separately versus included in price of condo

The property is in a perfect location, 2nd floor, balcony overlooking the pool and facing the beach. Beach is easily accessible. The front two bedroom could have benefitted from curtains on windows, although they did have shades. The guest bathroom shower/tub combo was very slow to drain. The upholstered furniture and rugs were stained. Knobs on cabinets were sticky and a once over with Clorox wipes helped immensely. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Overall everything was great !! If there’s anything, the wood on the bar island in the kitchen is rotting at the bottom. (That could be fixed )!! Other than that, the place was nice ! Great view of the ocean clean and well kept .

Our three generations greatly enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix X. This second floor unit was well-stocked with utensils and even a crockpot. The location could not be better, with an incredible view of the expanded balcony, and proximity to the beach, basketball court, and indoor pool/hot tub. All the rooms were quite clean and nicely decorated. Communication was perfect and we loved the contactless checkout.

Condo is beautiful! View is GORGEOUS!!!
Couldn’t be a better location. The only thing that went wrong was the first night we had no curtain in the master bedroom. I called and they said they were coming and DID NOT!!!! My hubby and I could not sleep in the room. We were not gonna sleep where anyone could see us and the first light of day would beam in on us through the huge sliding glass door. This made me very upset to have spent our hard earn money and had to sleep on the sofa.

The condo is very nice. It would have been nice to have curtains on the windows in the master bedroom, though. There were also a few pots and pans that weren’t completely clean, but overall the condo was very clean.

I have stayed at Phoenix X for the past 6 years and in this unit twice since 2017. Three things I like about #206: Love the location of it on the 2nd floor. Covered walkway most of the way from the parking garage to this unit. Another plus of the unit itself is the walk-in shower in the master bedroom. That being said, this unit is in dire need of deep cleaning and renovation. We had to turn the living room area rug over as it was so stained and dirty, we really didn't want to walk on it. The living room furniture is also lacking. No side/easy chairs except for the lounger. A coffee table would have be a great addition also. I have never rented a unit without a coffee table in front of the couch. The entire unit is painted a bright turquoise; way too bring and a bit much for my taste, but guess that's personal preference.

The units location in the complex is terrible. No view at all. We couldn’t see the gulf due to the scaffolding tied up to the balcony, the only unit in the whole building with this issue. Being right next to flora bama was the only positive. The outdoor furniture was in the living room and caution tape over the balcony doors when we arrived. We had to buy pots and plastic wear bc the unit was not well stocked to make a real meal. We only had 6 body towels for a condo that sleeps 10 people. We found a baby pacifier under the couch and we didn’t have children with us. We left creamer, salt, pepper and sugar for the next people bc there was absolutely nothing of the sort, which was unusual. Liquid life did all they could to help with the many issues. We have rented 3 condos from liquid life 3x over the past 5 years and never had any issues, I think it’s just this particular unit wasn’t suitable for guests. #709 is lovely and highly recommended, we stayed there last May. 206 doesnt even slightly compare.

We were in town for a long weekend for a gymnastics meet in Foley, Alabama. We wanted to stay on the coast and make the 30 minute drive for to the event. Great choice. The condo met our needs. It was clean and spacious. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the Flora-Bama properties. It was a 5 minute walk to food or drink with live music all day. The pool was nice, large, and clean. We would stay at Phoenix X 206 again if given the opportunity.

We shared the 3 bedroom condo with two other couples. We were following a band and friend from our home town in Denham Sorongs who played at the Florabama. It was great to be next door to that but was also easy to get a ride when we ventured out. The condo itself was updated beautifully and evrything was clean. Such a fun trip - we plan to do it again soon!
