Lovely Newer Remodel: Upper Deer Valley; Views; Spacious; Walk to Lifts & Dining

This condo was perfect for our family's needs...a quiet location, yet just minutes from downtown Park City and Deer Valley. It had everything our party of three adults needed, and more, for our ten-day stay. The information and recommendations provided by the owner was quite helpful and appreciated. We will be sure to keep it in mind for future trips to the area.

Our family of 5 had a great stay in this condo. The location is perfect - about a 7 minute walk to silver lake lodge. I have never stayed in a vrbo that was so well equipped with spices, cooking supplies, etc. We had planned on eating out most evenings but our son had a knee injury early on in our trip so we ended up spending most evenings in. I was so grateful to have so many necessities to make cooking easy. In addition, the condo was also stocked with shampoo, soap, lotion, hairdryers, Kleenex, etc. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Myself and my girlfriend had an absolutely perfect stay at Terry’s house in Park city. The Home was outfitted with everything that we could have needed. we made delicious meals, enjoyed sitting in front of the fire, slept perfectly in the cozy bedrooms stay was memorable and we can’t wait to return.
The kitchen was full of all of the cooking supplies and tools we needed. This is a generous VRBO host.

We had wonderful week at the condo. The amenities inside the condo exceeded our expectations. Its convenient location to the Silver Lake Lodge made getting on and off the slopes a breeze. We cooked dinner every night and made use of the fully stocked kitchen. We appreciated having access to a washer and dryer inside the condo. Terry and Karen are gracious and attentive hosts. We can’t wait to return!

This was our first visit to Deer Valley as a family of 5 and not knowing what to expect, this location came through as advertised.
The condo is a less than 10 minute walk to the Silver Lake ski lodge, which is central to the resort. The property is a clean and spacious 2BR, 3 full bathroom with all that you will need to make for a comfortable stay in Deer Valley. There is an easily accessible garage for your vehicle and a couple of outdoor spots in addition in the front of the complex for easy loading/unloading.
The owner, Terry, is very friendly and extremely helpful in planning your stay making himself available and providing a lot of detailed information ahead of the visit.
We enjoyed our time here in Deer Valley and would certainly return in the future.

Terry’s wonderful Silver Lake condo!
Terry was the loveliest host we have ever rented from and his unit was stocked with anything and everything one could need. The condo is in pristine condition, with comfortable beds and a quick walk up to the Silver Lake Lodge.

This property was awesome. The property has been updated. We were impressed with the owners and the property itself. The kitchen is wonderful and stocked with all the pots pans utensils one would need. This location is super close to the mid-mountain lifts, which we love. It has wonderful views and cozy. Great stay at Deer Valley
We had a fun (albeit snowless) time at Deer Valley. Terry's condo was great for us, a quick 5 minute or so walk to silver Lake area of the mountain. We kept our skis and boots at the Silver Lake ski and boot checks overnight so it was a breeze.
Both bedrooms were great. The kitchen and bathrooms were nice. Terry was responsive. A nice bottle of wine as well as some essentials were there upon our arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a special place!
We have had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. It is just so lovely and homey: the owners obviously take great pride in the place and it shows! It was super comfortable and cozy and had everything we could possibly need for a great week
of skiing in Deer Valley. I really appreciated that the owners checked in before and during our stay--we felt well taken care of the whole time. We are already looking at our calendar and hoping to come back soon.

Felt like a home
This condo was wonderful. Great location just a few blocks from Silver Lake Village. The condo itself was great. The owners added a lot of details that made it feel more like visit a friend's home than a sterile vacation rental. I appreciated that they provided coffee filters and a bag of coffee. The owners were easy to work with too. The views are great and I loved the layout where the bedrooms are on a different floor from the living area. It was a great unit and I hope to stay again soon!

Beautiful Home
The Enclave Home was wonderful. It had many upgrades. The kitchen appliances were new. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with soap and towels. The enclave home was located close to Deer Valley (right across the street from a bus stop). There was plenty of parking available in the garage too. The view from the living room was exceptional. There was plenty of sofa space to spread out. The decor was up to date and interesting to look at. Terry was great. He worked with us to line up rental equipment and lower cost lift tickets. When we had a minor toilet blockage, he had the plumber out within a few hours of the call and he notified us that it was remedied (that same morning). We have stayed at many ski places over the years. This was by far the best. Great place to stay in Deer Valley. Hope we can stay there again during our next trip.

Perfect in every way!
This condo feels very spacious in the main area, with vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, and cozy seating arrangements around the fireplace. The bedrooms are similarly roomy and comfortable. Even the smallest details have been accounted for by the owner, who has stocked this home full of everything you will need to be comfortable. I especially appreciated the access to discounted lift tickets and ski rentals. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Park City!

Fabulous Upper Deer Valley!
We had a wonderful time for a girl's getaway! Everything exceeded our expectations: from the views on both levels, spacious decks to enjoy them, lots of comfy couches for late night chats, plenty of good towels, comfortable beds with multiple pillow options, matching dishes, nice soaps, large bottles of shampoo, extras of everything, from cocoa to spices to different kinds of laundry soap, make up remover pads and q-tips. The attention to detail was very much appreciated. We highly recommend this property.

Beautifully furnished, excellent amenities - perfect for families w/ children
This owner has clearly put a lot of thought into making his property a great rental experience. So tastefully done, with quality furnishings and every need supplied, it was a pleasure to "live" there. Great views, as well! Complete instructions helped us settle in w/o trouble. A beautiful master BR suite w/ king bed and private balcony is a delight; the 2nd BR, with a double bed and two bunks would be perfect for a family w/ children, but not so good for just a second couple. We were there during the August weekend of the Park City Art Fair, and found that during that high-activity weekend, access to both the in-town event and the Deer Valley restaurants and concert was much better than for those coming from other areas, and avoided most of the heavy traffic, making for a much more pleasurable time. Highly recommended!

Incredibly nice home that is ideal for a family (exceeded our expectations by a large degree - the owners description and photos were accurate in every way). Spacious bedrooms downstairs and a large well designed 'great' area upstairs - (new appliances and new furniture that was comfortable and tasteful). The home was very clean and we never experienced a problem with anything during our stay. Great views from the balconies both upstairs and in the master bedroom...... This was the first time we ever invited friends over to where we were staying in UT.
Family friendly location, easy walk to Silver Lake Lodge, convenient parking (right in front of the unit or underground, great for when we knew it was going to snow), and just minutes from Park City. The full size washer and dryer down the hall from the bedrooms was ideal and the 3rd full bath upstairs was a big plus!
The owners were great - they answered our questions that we had in advance and checked in to make sure everything was okay once we were in the unit. They also have the unit very well stocked with full size bath items and lots of 'convenience' items in the kitchen.
We are all looking forward to Spring skiing in 2015 and staying in the same house!

MY WIFE, DAUGHTER AND I HAVE BEEN TRAVELING TO DEER VALLEY FOR OVER A DECADE.
THIS CONDO EXCEDED ALL OF OUR EXPECTATIONS WITHOUT A HITCH. THE OWNERS ARE VERY GRACIOUS AND THEIR INSTRUCTIONS WERE COMPLETE ON THE DIRECTIONS TO THE CONDO, ENTERTAINMENT FEATURES, WIRELESS INTERNET, etc.
THEY WERE AVAILABLE FOR ANY QUESTIONS AND I WAS ABLE TO PURCHASE DISCOUNTED LIFT TICKETS THROUGH THEM. WE HAD A WONDERFUL EPERIENCE AND PLAN TO STAY THERE AGAIN NEXT YEAR. I ALSO LOVE THE ONE TOUCH REMOTE FIREPLACE!

We really enjoyed staying at Terry and Karen's Enclave townhome at Upper Deer Valley. The unit was very nicely appointed and we loved all the nice touches, including some wonderful artwork. The owners were great to work with and made sure that we had lots of information about the area and how best to enjoy our stay. The views were truly grand, and we loved sitting by the fire and turning it on by a touch of a button.
We had everything we needed and more, and the place was very clean, close to the lifts and quiet. We plan to return and make this our new winter retreat. It was one of the best places we've ever rented on vrbo.
Wished we could have stayed longer.
