Great pool, roomy, well-furnished and equipped, convenient location

I grew up in TO and often come back to visit my parents. This centrally located house worked well for me. The host is very responsive and the house was roomy and comfortable. Some furnuliture is a bit worn, heater is oddly loud, and the showers have half-door set-up that caused water to spray out but to me those are minor issues. The jaccuzzi was nice and there was lots of common area space which worked well for us.

House was spacious and well appointed, host was very responsive. Had a great time visiting the grandkids.

Overall great property. Helpful owner and nice neighbors. Pool was dirty but cleaners showed up a day late due to the holiday. They were there bright and early and had it very clean and ready to go. Everything was as advertised

We stayed for 8 days. The check in was great. Adam was super responsive and answered all our questions almost immediately. The living space was ample. Excellent living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms. Excellent and very large pool. Nice hot tub. I had to hose down the lounge chairs because of bird droppings. Bathrooms not that great. I was very disappointed with the master bathroom. Very small shower/toilet area, only a half a door in the shower (water spills on the floor), no shelves to put stuff on. Lack of a full door on the shower #2 was even more disappointing. Water gets on the floor and I had to constantly dry it. The shower head is not adjustable, which is not good! A complete door and a hand held shower head would take care of that. VERY EASY to fix. The stools in the kitchen were not acceptable! A few silverfish and little spiders were encountered in both bathrooms. Not a big problem though. I recommend spending a little more money on the bathrooms and a nicer set of stools in the kitchen. Also, I recommend not having loud power equipment run before 9am. The gardeners were very loud on Thursday bright and early at 7 am. Overall, if the bathrooms are upgraded, and gardeners a little quieter and start later, I would stay again. Adam is absolutely great! I needed to emphasize that. Thank you very much.

Adam’s house is perfect for a large group! Very spacious and had everything we could've needed! The house was very clean, close to everything and in a nice neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

Overall it was good but could have been cleaner. We also had a problem with the pool temperature and it was taken care of.

What a beautiful home and lots of room for everyone. The hang out room with foosball and couch as well as separate room with office was a bonus. We enjoyed a family dinner in the dining room and the kitchen had everything we needed. A very quiet neighborhood and so close to groceries and shopping. We would definitely rent this home again when we visit family in Thousand Oaks.

Adam was very responsive to any questions, etc. Home is beautiful, well maintained and adequate supplies - paper towels, toilet paper, shower toiletries, towels. Pool + hot tub very clean w/ clear operating instructions. Furnishings are exactly as pictured, which is underfurnished for a 4 bedroom house... no kitchen counter stools at the large island, couch in family room seats 4 if you squish, outdoor patio table has only 4 chairs, diniing table only has 6 chairs (ok for us as family of 6), only 1 bedroom has a bureau but there are a few drawers in each nightstand, master has decent # of hangers in closet but other bedrooms did not so we couldn't really unpack for our 5 night stay. Main bath has an strangely low shower head. Dishwasher is not secure, it pulls completely out when you pull on the door to open it. Beds were comfortable. Great location, lots of restaurants, shopping, grocery stores nearby, quiet residential area. Overall very positive but additional furniture would make it exceptional!

Very happy with this home! We have stayed in many places and these hosts do it right! Very nice quiet neighborhood, great location. Foosball table was a great addition! We would have used the ping pong table if we had known it was in the garage 😉 We would definitely rent again.

We stayed at Adam's place on our family/friends road trip through CA and were very happy with the house and location. Thousands Oaks is a very nice city with good stores and restaurants and is close to Malibu and LA. We took daily trips there, tour and then get back to a quite neithborhood and house. Hot tub and the pool were great and the kitchen had everything we needed and more! I would definately recommend it to anyone.

We loved this house! The pool was nice, the living room and kitchen perfect for a family group. A surprising perk was that park really was so cute and easy to get to for the little ones. The neighborhood is very peaceful and charming. If you are looking for a listing in this area I highly recommend this one.

We live locally and rented the house for relatives that came in for CALU graduation. It worked perfectly for our group. Very close to CALU and to our home in Agoura Hills. Nice quiet neighborhood and the home worked great for our group. Well stocked kitchen (with some snacks for our arrival), plenty of towels, sheets, etc. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus and it definitely made for relaxing weekend around all the Graduation events. This property is very convenient to shopping and beaches.

Beautiful home and pool. Was perfect for our families and grandchildren. Within walking distance of a park and playground for the children. Convenient location.

The house is nice and spacious. The private pool was exactly what we wanted. We all had enough room to spend time together in the living room and dining room and enough room to spread out when we wanted too as well. We liked having a washer and dryer as we were in CA for an extended stay. About 25 minutes from the beach if you are interested and 40 minutes outside of Malibu. So great location! The house could use a few towel racks and some new games and you don’t have access to the garage. But there’s plenty of driveway parking. Other than that we were really happy with everything.

The house was great and spacious for my family who came out to spend Christmas with our son who is in the Navy and couldn’t come home for Christmas. Adam was always very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. House was clean and stocked with essentials as well as many extras. Would not hesitate to stay here again

We enjoyed our stay quite a bit. The house was spacious and we had tons of fun in the pool. We had some issues with the drains (all 3 bathroom sinks were clogged and Liquid-Plumr didn't help much) and the kitchen faucet was barely letting any water through at times which made using the kitchen a bit cumbersome plus there was quite a bit of remodeling dust left on the floor in several places - that's why we decided against the 5-star rating. Other than that - everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay!

Our stay couldn’t have been better. The house is great and it was a lot of fun to spend time in the pool away from foggy SF. It was very clean (we felt very comfortable with COVID) and well stocked. The bbq is a bit worn down but it did the work. Wi-Fi is great and the location is hard to beat. Near a lot of stores and on a cul de sac near a park. We hope to visit again soon!!!

The house had everything we could want. Plenty of linens, towels, cookware and even cooking essentials like spices, cooking oil and coffee. The house and pool were fantastic and Adam was very responsive by text. Grocery stores, hiking and highways were nearby. We would definitely stay again!

The house was clean and accurately represented online. The neighborhood is really quiet and nice. The kitchen is well equipped and the backyard was a nice place to relax. Our only critique was the lack of dresser to unpack, but we spent an extended stay here, so that was probably only a need if staying long enough for the desire to “unpack.” Otherwise, all was good and the owner/manager was very responsive and accommodating.

Everything went well and we had no problems other than the weather was cooler than we hoped for:) It was kid friendly, close to our daughter and close to a park for the kids.

My parents live in assisted living in Thousand Oaks, and for the last few years, my family along with significant others fly in from 3 different locations to spend the Christmas holiday together and with my parents. This house was absolutely perfect for us, starting with the hospitality of Adam, the property manager. We like to prepare and eat meals together, and when I asked if the house might have a crockpot or dutch oven, Adam did not hesitate to order these for the house. When I asked about seating for 9 at the dining table and I suggested a card table might be helpful, he also ordered one and all 3 were waiting for us upon arrival. The kitchen was well appointed with plates, utensils, pods for the Keurig, water, pots and pans - everything we needed to settle right in! A supermarket is right around the corner, along with a variety of convenience shopping. The game table and Jacuzzi were a big hit with my clan, and the house is spacious, allowing us to spread out and be quite comfortable. Everyone loved it!!! Thank you Adam!!!!!
