We loved the subdivision and the convenience to the stores. The pool was nice but I prefer it to be 5 degrees warmer. The first night, we bought groceries and cooked at the house, but make sure to bring toilet paper, hand soap,

Nice size kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable and had plenty of storage. My kids said the pool was their favorite part of the whole vacation.

Perfect house, less than 30 minutes from every Disney park and Universal. Pretty clean and quiet place. The pool was awesome after our days at Disney.

The check in process was very smooth. All the info was emailed to us ahead of time. The community area was clean and not crowded at all. There was a large pool and hot tub in the clubhouse. The house was clean and as advertised. Four bedrooms and large living area. The screened pool area was nice. Easy to take a dip when we got home from Disney. We had everything that we needed in the kitchen. Shopping was close by. There were some minor issues in need of repair but nothing that bothered us for the week. Overall a thumbs up.

Found items not working or stopped working properly during stay but owner and property manager got them fixed in a very timely manner and was very polite in the inconvenience.
Over all it was a great stay for a family of 8 for 2 weeks. We would stay again if we are ever back in the area.

When we arrived floors left feet black (I moped and it was ok after that) and washing machined had to be cleaned before it could be used, also had a few other issues (property manager was changed 1/2 way through our trip and most issues were addressed...fridge ice maker made some ice then made an ice flow, probably should be replaced). Had an accessible tag, but had our handicapped person been wheelchair bound he would not have been able to access this house (he can use a walker to a limited degree). Otherwise, we had a great vacation, Michelle was easy to deal with and the new property manager seemed to be on the ball. I would have rated abit higher except for the issues we experienced.

We found the house to be well suited for our stay. The quiet, gated community was immaculate and convenient to shopping. Backyard pool provided instant cool down after a day at Disney.

The kids enjoyed playing pool and swimming in the enclosed pool in the yard. The large kitchen was great for cooking meals. Michelle was an amazing host, she answered all my questions I almost immediately. Check in was easy and neighborhood was clean and quiet. Would definite stay here again.

Everything went wonderful except the code for the house arrived and couldn’t get in had to make a call to get a different code but from that point in everything was perfect. Just as described in listing although the listing did not have the correct address.

I really don't often provide reviews, however our experience all started off with the wrong code for the door, and left over garbage on the driveway of a headboard and blinds. I called the management office and they provided me the "all" access code that is used by the cleaning people (which did an awful job cleaning). We were finally able to get into the house and found that the floors were so dirty and tacky (sticky) that we needed to walk around with shoes on the entire time otherwise our socks were covered in hair, dirt and the floor was grossly tacky from the cleaner that must had been used on the floor at one time. Very dated on everything. Washer and dryer smelled of mold, the furniture in every room was just cheap and old. Drawers fall right out of the dresser as it is so old. My guess is owner is taking all the profits and not putting money into the residence. There were weeds growing thru the stone patio work, old out dated furniture on the patio, green on the walls of the pool..... I could go on and on. It took me two weeks to decide to provide this feedback as I am very flexible with my expectations of rentals but this was absolutely not acceptable to me. I didn't even both to keep calling the management company as they never returned my call regarding the code saying what to use going forward after we got in. Yes, it was a new lock, but come on.....test it before guest arrive. I will not return to this location, however the only positive thing I would say is that it did have the right number of beds (although the bedding was dirty and I had to wash it all the night we arrived) It was disgusting....dried up period blood on the comforter. I couldn't make this stuff up.

NICE CLEAN POOL. HOUSE WAS NICE. Could have a deep cleaning in Bathroom base boards, sliding door tracks, Fans. All in all a nice place to stay close to Disney.

We enjoyed our stay here. The owner was very responsive both before and during our trip. This home is located in a gated neighborhood, so there are regular residents and short-term renters mixed together. The pool was perfect for our 5 kids, and we loved the Disney themed bedspreads for the kids - such a nice touch. The home is older, but had all the basic supplies we needed and was comfortable for our family of 7. We would stay again.

We had a great Spring Break at this home which was perfect for us and our 3 kids (ages 10, 13, and 14). They loved the pool and we got it heated which was the perfect temp for us to really enjoy! The home was stocked with extra pool towels which was nice. We also played pool in the game room every evening. The house was very clean when we arrived and we had great communication with Michelle. Publix is just a mile away which was super convenient. Highly recommend and we would stay here again!

Its been a rough winter for us, and our stay here was just what the doctor ordered. Beautiful home in a gated community with a pool. We were able to walk to several nearby restaurants. We would come here again!

Hot tub dirty and debris, master bedroom bed very uncomfortable clothes dryer vent clogged at outside of building, stove had two burners inoperative, ice maker wouldn’t work never got help from people in charge
