We love the layout of the condo . I especially liked the upstairs loft where I could spread out . There were a few issues with a couple of things weren’t working but the owner was very responsive and getting someone over to get them fixed. some things could not get fixed in the time period that we were there but with a shortage of repairman these days it was virtually impossible and beyond the owners control it’s understandable sometimes things break you don’t plan it but it happens . overall we were very pleased with the condo and we plan on trying to stay there again next year

Lots of room. Kitchen and towel supplies limited. Had to go out and buy coffee cups,hand towels. and face cloths. Just four cups for coffee and there are six adults. Not enough large towels. We used our own beach towels after showering. The unit is very roomy. Deck could use better chairs.

The condo met all of our expectations. Plenty of room for two families of four. Close to hiking, restaurants, Loon, gorges, shopping. Nice indoor/outdoor pool, exercise area at the clubhouse which was only a five minute walk from the condo. Beautiful view of Loon mountain. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable condo - great location
This was a great trip with 2 families - the condo was very comfortable for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids - nice to have 3.5 bathrooms. We also really enjoyed access to the indoor and outdoor pool club which was just a couple minutes' walk away. Everything in Lincoln was nearby, including restaurants and family activities. We also enjoyed all the puzzles and games in the condo. Vanessa was very quick to reply to any and all questions. If you plan to cook meals there, you'll need to bring everything. This condo only had olive oil, salt and pepper, no spices or other basics, but that was fine for us as we mostly ate out. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Stay In A Beautiful Home
We had a lovely stay in this Forest Ridge home. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Initially, the bedrooms were hot since it was a very hot week and the house only has an a/c unit in the main living area. We communicated with Vanessa who answered promptly and so kindly got us enough fans to cool all the bedrooms. We all slept well after that! Thanks for a wonderful vacation that truly felt like home!

Great week in Lincoln
We had a great time at this property. Its very conveniently located, close to the community pool, quiet and quite large. The layout is great for a group with multiple seating areas and wide open spaces.
Vanessa is great and easy to communicate with. When we arrived, the cleaning crew hadn't yet done their thing. She had them there in 5 minutes and by the time we were back from the market everything was taken care of.
We've stayed at other units in the same community and this layout works really well for mixed age groups and differing bedtimes.

Perfect home, great location, wonderful hosts
We had the best stay at this home in Lincoln. The communication with Vanessa was amazing. She was ahead of all our questions, lots of information, and very clear instructions. She was also very communicative during our stay. The home was so clean and spacious for our group of 4 adults and 2 kiddos. We loved the three levels of bedrooms and bathrooms. Allowed us adults to stay up and hang out in the main living area after the kids went to bed and not worry about disturbing them. The kitchen was well stocked. No neighbors behind the home and a nice view of the ski runs. Location was perfecttttt and community pools (indoor and outdoor) were a huge hit for us and the kids in the afternoons after a morning of hiking. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Wonderful Stay
What a great condo! This was an excellent experience from start to finish. The property was clean and exactly as advertised, very comfortable and had everything we needed for a week long stay. Forest Ridge is in such a great location, and it’s so nice to have such close access to the pools - we were there swimming twice in one day sometimes!
We had such a great time in Lincoln - we hiked, swam, tubed, shopped, ate good food and drank good beer (great restaurants and the condo is nicely equipped for every meal) - even climbed Mt.Washington on this trip! A highlight for the kids in our group was the Lost River Gorge - only 15 minutes away and so much fun.
Vanessa was so friendly and helpful, and clearly is an experienced property renter. We would rent this property again without any hesitation - thanks again!

Can't say enough about what a great property this is! Perfect location with plenty to do for all ages. Gorgeous views from the condo. Very comfortable and relaxing with every imaginable convenience. The condo was very well prepared when we arrived and in beautiful condition.
My wife and I, our son and daughter, and three grandchildren enjoyed four nights in the condo in August. The location was perfect, close to all of the attractions and hikes that we wanted. The health club and pools were just the thing when we returned from a day of hiking or sightseeing. The owner was extremely helpful with minor questions when we arrived. We could not have asked for more. I certainly will consider staying at the condo in the future.

Great choice
This was the perfect choice for our family vacation. The home looked exactly like the pictures. We had more than enough room for our group of 8. Kitchen is nicely equipped and allowed us to cook a few meals for the group. The rental community in also nice overall- well landscaped and very clean. We were able to take advantage of the amenities in the clubhouse- both pools were nice and clean and the gym was just right. There are several nice restaurants in Lincoln-try to take a trip to The Common Man! Lincoln itself served as a good home base- several day trips in all directions are easily made. Lastly the owners of this home were terrific to work with!! They responded to emails quickly and were so helpful with all questions about local businesses. Definitely could not go wrong if you choose this home!

Superb Townhouse
We are so happy we chose this house! This was our first time in NH and this place had it all...location, view, activities...everyone was happy. It is immaculately kept and newly renovated. It was perfect for our large group...we never felt crowded and the kids loved having their own separate space. The owners were lovely to work with. We would without a doubt rent this place again.

Idyllic spot for family vacation or friends' getaway!
Having never been to Lincoln, I was immediately blown away by the town itself. A charming town with breathtaking views, I was already hooked. Then we got to this house, and I knew it was going to be perfect. So spacious and well-maintained, and the kitchen in particular was a real stand-out - I have done many VRBOs and that is usually where the owners skimp. The updated kitchen was perfect for making meals and had every amenity. Waking up every day to that view, in that house, perfect. We had a blast and it was not even ski season yet! We decided we will definitely come back again!

A Perfect Getaway!
I thoroughly enjoyed my vacation at this unit and plan to stay there again! The unit was beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. The upgrades were superb, particularly in the kitchen and bathrooms. There were excellent views of the mountain from the dining area and deck….perfect for a relaxing morning cup of coffee. The unit had four well-sized bedrooms, as well as living space on all three levels, which accommodated us perfectly. The spacious living area on the lower level, complete with a DVD player, board games and a Wii system, were nice to have for children. We also enjoyed the unit's convenient location, so close to excellent attractions, restaurants, and shops.

Beautiful New Hampshire
What an awesome spot! If you are looking for an incredible rental with room to spare, then this is it! The adults have a space, the kids have a space, plenty of room to congregate, socialize, dine together and enjoy the beautiful surroundings! Perfect for multiple families or several couples. Lots to do in the area or do nothing and relax. The hiking is great, community center has a pool and there are several restaurants within minutes. The owners are pleasant and easy to work with. Truly a gorgeous mountain experience! Can't wait to go back next year!
