We enjoyed our stay in this cozy pine-paneled cabin. The place was spotless and the rental fee included towels and linens so that we didn't have to bring our own. There is a desk in the living room where I was able to set up my laptop. Big TV, comfortable furniture and a view of Lake Wallenpaupuck from across the street. Popular restaurants in Hawley were about 15 minutes away.

We had a wonderful and pleasant experience with this rental . Everything was just as expected as stated in the rental description . Very warm and cozy feel with awesome hospitality. Highly recommend this sweet Lake House.

After coming out of a hectic two years at work and dealing with COVID, just looked for a place to unwind, relax, and regroup!! Perfect location to do just that. Peaceful and tranquil neighbor hood with great views of the lake. Deer every morning and evening. The place was comfy and cozy and allowed us to relax and recharge. Nearby places to eat were perfect, just be mindful that this time of year most restaurants are closed Monday-Wednesday, but we did find some hidden jems. Looking forward to coming back in the summer or to unwind with the Fall foliage.

Beautiful and cozy house on the lake. We only stayed for a night, but wished we could have stayed longer! It is clean, well-decorated, and owners are attentive and want to make sure you have a nice stay.

Kevin was helpful and hospitable every step of our trip. The place is small, intimate and very comfortable with the amenities and necessities you want in a stay along the lake. Had breakfast every morning on the front porch with lake view between homes across the road, and built a fire in the outside pit every evening as the sun set and darkness amid the trees encroached. Friendly deer came within feet of the deck, apparently to beg for food, one morning and the guest book reveals that this must be a routine event. Shopping (Food, Liquor) is a nearby car ride, Antiques a short 15 min ride to Hawley, PA. Water activities and nearby cultural activities diminish after Labor Day but still something for everyone. We'll be back...

We had a wonderful stay at this home - loved the view of the lake, comfortable beds, and plenty of kitchen supplies. Our son loved reading the children's books on-hand and we loved using the growler on-hand to try out the local brewery. Wifi worked great. I definitely recommend this home!

My friend and I booked Kevin's house for a writers' retreat and it was perfect. So cozy and the beds were very comfortable. Can't wait to go back.

This lovely cabin was everything it was advertised to be! Every room was very tastefully decorated with the lake and woods theme! It was extremely comfortable! My favorite area was the beautiful deck. I could sit there for hours and peer down at the lake! It was a most wonderful vacation that I would like to expiereance again!!

Our stay here was wonderful from start to finish! Check-in was very easy, the house was exactly as described- very Clean and inviting! Though the inside was wonderful, our favorite spot was the deck, where we watched boats on the lake, chipmunks and at night, the stars. A real highlight was watching three doe and four fawns in a neighboring yard for over twenty minutes- with the fawns jumping and running like baby goats! The only down side was that we only had two days to stay here- but we look forward to being able to return!

The cabin was very nice and comfortable. We stayed a week and could have stayed another!! Clean and has everything you might need. Good bargain. Kevin(owner) was very responsive to all our questions.

Kevin was very responsive to all inquiries and was helpful to helping us find dining options and other resources. The cabin itself is very quaint and wonderful for couples or small families. It's stocked with essentials for cooking and prepping food; also has a great variety of board games to keep you occupied inside. Will likely return!

My wife and I had some time to get away and so some hiking. This cozy, clean location had everything we needed. The host was quick to respond with any questions. Many options of activities were provided. The home itself felt warm and comforting. Everything was clean and comfortable. Local businesses were a quick 10 min drive away for groceries, restaurants etc. This lake house get away, especially if you travel during warmer months, will be a great experience. Great overall stay, 5 Stars all around.

The Lake House was just beautiful spotless clean well stocked with everything that was needed and the lake view was terrific, we were well please with our stay and would love to go back again.

Beautiful house with a great view of the lake. Clean modern and comfortable Kevin is easy to work with. Overlooks Capri Marina where we have our boat. Many nice places to eat in the area. If you need a place to relax look no further. We already booked for July.!

All I wanted was a nice peaceful weekend with the family and to sit on the front deck looking at the lake with a cup of coffee in the morning. That is exactly what I got with my stay. The area is quiet and peaceful, so much so that the local deer have no issues with taking a stroll around the house and down the street at all hours of the day. This was not my first experience with a rental by owner, but it blew all the others away. I was shocked at how clean and neat the house was. I felt at home as soon as I walked in and kept that feeling throughout our stay. All the amenities you could possibly need were available. The host was just a text message away and answered shortly after contacted. Although it rained most of the time during our stay we kept busy playing board games, watching movies and roasting marshmallows. My only regret was that we didn't book a longer stay.

This was a very relaxing place to spend a few days at Lake Wallenpaupak. Although the weather was not what we had hoped, we were still able to go out in our boat between rain showers. The owner is very helpful and was easy to contact to work out the details of our stay, including the arrangements for docking our boat at the nearby marina.

Nicely decorated, functional for two couples or small family, and close to lake activities and groceries.
