DORMITORIO Y BAÑO
El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size con colchones nuevos y base de resortes. Hay una cómoda larga duración a juego con el espejo y dos mesitas de noche con lámparas. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana en el dormitorio principal. El baño principal ha sido totalmente actualizada con nuevos pisos de cerámica, ducha, nuevo top lavabo de granito.
CUARTO DE HUÉSPEDES
El dormitorio de invitados cuenta con nuevo mobiliario dormitorio con dos camas individuales con mesita de noche y un armario completo. Hay una gran televisión de pantalla plana en la habitación de invitados. El segundo baño se encuentra junto a la habitación de invitados. Este cuarto de baño también ha sido totalmente actualizada con nuevas baldosas en los pisos, ducha / zona de la bañera, y el nuevo tope de granito. Este baño tiene una bañera con ducha.
Todas las toallas y sábanas se proporcionan toallas de playa.
COCINA
La cocina totalmente equipada ha sido totalmente actualizada con nuevos gabinetes, electrodomésticos nuevos, que consiste en una puerta del refrigerador francés con congelador inferior con máquina de hielo, lavavajillas, cocina superior plana con horno autolimpiante, construido en el microondas, y la eliminación. Otras características son una cafetera, tostadora, licuadora, exprimidor, etc. Nuestra cocina está totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario durante su estancia. También hemos establecido nuevas baldosas en el suelo de la cocina.
SALA DE ESTAR COMEDOR
El salón tiene un sofá y dos sillones chaise para su comodidad, mientras que relajarse y ver la TV por cable. El piso de la sala ha sido reemplazado con nuevos azulejos. Hay un reproductor de TV de pantalla plana, DVR y DVD en la sala de estar. El comedor está junto a la sala de estar y ofrece una mesa y 6 sillas.
El condominio es de aproximadamente 1,100 pies cuadrados y ha sido recientemente pintado, pisos de baldosas nuevas en todo, cocina actualizada y baños.
LOCALIZACIÓN
Nuestro apartamento está situado en el lado del Golfo y es un corto paseo a la playa, que tiene la hermosa arena de cuarzo blanco que Siesta Key es conocido. Siesta Key tiene la playa # 1 en el país. La playa de arena blanca no se calienta y es muy agradable para caminar en la hora de tomar sus paseos en la playa o ver las puestas de sol. Las puestas de sol son hermosas !! Usted no querrá dejar de ver las puestas de sol. Usted puede también querer ver el círculo de tambores que se encuentra en Siesta Key Beach cada domingo por la noche.
La asociación del condominio ofrece sillas de playa para los huéspedes que se alojen en el Palm Bay Club. También se pueden alquilar cabañas y sombrillas si se desea.

Phyllis & her husband were excellent hosts. Any questions or issues were handled immediately. Our stay at the Palm Bay Club was excellent as always. It brought back memories of our previous stays for my mother and myself.

Phylis, the property manager, made sure we had all of the details needed for check-in, and promptly answered any questions I had. I felt good about staying someplace we hadn’t been to before.
The unit was perfect for us! It’s in a great location on the property, central to every place- the pool, beach, office, fitness center, even near the laundry room and trash drop off location. Super convenient!
The condo was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything you could need. We had a great time and hope to be returning someday!

2 bed 2 batch (shower ,tub) kids beds are too small for teens (my are 15-17 y), location is perfect gated property stuff very helpful, close to the beach, nice pool,apartment is on ground floor easy-to-use, laundry room is located next to apartment pay by app., wifi works good, tv in bedrooms and living (base cable) in closet you can find some beach toys for kids umbrella and cooler (beach chairs are on the beach )only what you need is the towels one mile walk to siesta beach , one car parking spot included we enjoyed one week of vacation!!!!!

Highly recommend this condo for your Siesta Key stay. Property owner provides so much in the condo which makes the stay so much easier. Super clean and decorated so nice. Easy walk to the pool and beach.

Generally a good stay. There was some confusion around access to the community (never received a code) but that worked itself out. Phyliss told us that the guests before us left the place a mess so I don't blame her for the smell in the unit that went away after our second day of airing it out. The location was great, the community was nice and the unit had everything you could need and more.

This condo was perfect for a girls trip to FL right before the Hussle and bustle of the holidays. The condo was clean, amazingly stocked, and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Communication with Phyllis was easy and prompt.

Had a great week here! Beautiful warm pools, spa, and the most beautiful beach! House was well equipped with everything needed including beach things, beach towels, and a well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfy and owners were nice enough to check on us after arrival and prior to our leaving! Would stay again!

The condo was very clean and in a great location, Had everything we needed, cooking utensils, beach gear and towels,owner had great communication with us as far as anuthing we needed. Weather was great, got lucky, week before hurricane! I would highly recommend and would like to stay there again. Great beach, workers there deliver your beach chairs where you would like them. Would like to look into renting in the winter for a month or two. We had a great time!

Third year in a row spending one week in this condo. Condo and property were perfect as usual. Close to the beach and two great pools. Condo has plenty of room and amenities.

Siesta Key was beautiful, relaxing and warm. Water temp was like a hot tub. The condo was stellar. So clean ( and I’m very picky) , beautifully updated, all the amenities. I wish there was a washer/dryer in the condo but it was right there and always available.
Phyllis was attentive and responsive.
Would definitely return!

I loved everything about this until we found some palmetto bugs, which to me are cockroaches. The owner got someone out pronto , but we had plans and were not there when treated , found more the next night. I had a hard time sleeping after that and we had to wash everything , which took time and money away from us. No compensation offered.

My family and I loved our stay in this lovely condo in Palm Bay Club, Siesta Key Beach, FL. We have stayed in Palm Bay Club a few times before but we loved this condo the most thus far. It was very clean and nicely updated. It also had fitting beach decorations. Check-in and check-out process was simple and as instructed. During our week-long stay, the weather was enjoyable and we spent most of the day at the beach or at the pool. We also were able to watch a fireworks show on the beach for the fourth of July. The Condo associations’ office also let us bring my emotional support dog which was forever appreciated - We had to send over our documentation for their review and approval. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again if we ever revisit!

We really enjoyed this condo! Our first time staying at The Palm Bay Club, and wow we really loved it! The grounds are just beautiful. This condo was conveniently located near the Gulf side pool and clubhouse with the fitness center. I felt this location seemed in the middle between the ocean and the bay side. The bay side is absolutely gorgeous so we enjoyed using the pool over there. So peaceful and you feel right on the water. The condo was very well appointed! Looks like the photos online. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Loved the water pressure in master shower. The owners were excellent in communications with us. My only “ complaint” and it’s very minimal, was that the master bedroom doesn’t get as cool at night as living quarters. You feel as if you need the ceiling fan in master on ( we prefer cooler sleeping conditions) but when you turn the ceiling fan on, it rattles, and in turn makes the vertical blinds clink against one another. So we would have to just keep blinds more open and just use our sleep masks to block out the AM sun. We are light sleepers and this might never bother anyone else ;) I highly recommend this unit!!

Phyllis was very helpful - made sure we were able to get into the apartment and checked if we needed anything. The apartment was super clean and was well stocked with small extras in case we forgot anything (shampoo, sand toys, etc.). Excellent location just steps from the beach. Perfect!

We had a very nice stay at Palm Bay in Siesta Key. The beds were comfortable, the condo was well kept with many generous amenities that many owners would not have for guests. There was a little trouble with the toilet in the master bath but the owners quickly responded and resolved the issue. We would love to rent again! Thank you!!

We started off looking in March (for our winter holiday vacation) and found this Magnificent 2 bedroom property on the most beautiful beach in Florida...Siesta Key! The booking and planning were flawless without any issues at all.
Our host, Phyllis was very accommodating and very good with communicating all our information.
... So we left the winter and worries behind us in Toronto, Canada and drove to this lovely community. 😀

This property is right on the Gulf of Mexico and the beach is superb. Lovely white quartz sand. It runs from the gulf over to the bay where there is a hot tub and pool right on the water. The condo has some of the best cookware we have experienced in a rental- a very well equipped kitchen. Loved all the furnishings and especially enjoyed the master bath shower!! Beach towels and umbrellas were also supplied, and the resort has beach chairs. Really everything we could have asked for- just missing a nice outdoor space with a water view. So many pluses though- very large pool great for lap swim and tennis/pickle ball courts very close to this unit. Property owner was very responsive and communicated promptly whenever we needed. Definitely worth a return trip.
