Hay un montón de zonas para comer, con un comedor formal de la cocina, una barra de desayuno y una segunda zona de comedor junto a la sala de estar. La casa no tiene a / c, pero se mantiene bastante fresco en el verano y los inviernos son cálidos y acogedor junto a la chimenea de gas. Un garaje para 2 coches está disponible, así como lavadora y secadora. El patio cuenta con una parrilla de gas y muebles de patio bonito - pasar todo el verano disfrutando de este entorno relajante. Esta casa está bien equipada y configurada perfectamente para sus próximas vacaciones.

The area the house was in was nice and quiet. Easy 8 minutes drive from downtown Durango. House was clean and very well taken care of. In front of neighborhood is a grocery and liquor store. Would definitely recommend this house.

We have stayed in this home for three years in a row. The home is perfect for a small family, and the neighborhood is gorgeous. It is quiet and peaceful and an easy drive to downtown Durango, Purgatory, and Silverton. We will hope to book again the next time we are in Durango.

We were very impressed with the accommodations. The house is absolutely beautiful, well equipped with everything needed. Neighborhood is very quiet. My only issue was there is no street parking and we wanted to entertain some friends that live locally and really couldn’t do it. Other than that, if we were going to come back out there, we would stay there again!

Friend group ski trip - exactly 20 minutes to Purg, 10 minutes to town. Great house. Super clean. Having garage was really great to store skis and gear. Super quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again

The home was the best equipped home we have ever used - enough dishes, pots, pans, dish towels, bath towels, blankets, etc. Grocery store literally down the street, close to the ski resort & town. It fit our needs perfectly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks in Durango. This was our first time there and we'll definitely be back. The house itself was large and bright. It is in a golf course community 8 miles north of town. During our stay, we experienced a pipe leak in the garage, but our property manager, through yeoman effort, managed to get someone to repair it over the weekend. There were some other minor problems. There was some chipped paint on the walls, non-functioning vertical blinds, and a torn sheet on the bed. The owner chose not to provide garage remotes for guests so there was the inconvenience of exiting the car to enter the code on the keypad when entering and leaving. We respected the request to remove shoes at the entry, but felt it was unnecessary given the color of the carpet. I believe with a little work, the property could rise from pretty good to excellent.

The house was perfect for our family group. Comfortably furnished and with a nice backyard. Location is great. Far enough from town to enjoy the mountains, but close enough to get to town quickly and easily.

Sibling Reunion
Fantastic property with lots of room for gathering. The owners were super responsive to the chirping of a smoke alarm battery. Very clean, very comfortable and in a beautiful location.

Dirt bike riding trip
The house is nicely appointed and close to the riding trails that we rode. Have access to the garage was great so we could leave the bikes in there then go into town for dinner. Nice neighborhood.

Great place in a great location.
The house was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. (While the following did not affect our stay the agency needs to know that the sprinkler system is not working and the grass is dying.. The router was plugged into a switched outlet and therefor was off when the light was switched off. Also the cover on that outlet was broken.)

Short relaxing trip
Was here for only a week but was very relaxing and comfortable place. Nice home, good comfortable beds and sofas. Nice patio in back with partial view of mountains. Quiet neighborhood with nice next door neighbors. Excellent property manager Janet who made sure we were satisfied with everything.
Issues: bad phone reception in house ( We had Verizon), tv and internet was spotty at times.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious home. It had everything we needed and was well stocked with pretty much anything you could need to have a comfortable stay. The management company is very responsive, so there are no worries.

. Listing the house as four bedrooms is disingenuous. This is a three bedroom house. The bedroom which is in front of the house has no closet. So it is truely not a bedroom. In addition, this front room has double doors to the open living area. So there is no privacy and it is not closs to bathroom. Appliances seem to be the original ones. The oven door was loose, and the digital readout faded. The toaster sometime only toasted one side. Our first week there was not a smart TV and we were appreciated that the agent got a smart TV. However they did not replace the old TV in the master bedroom. The house has many large windows which makes it bright and cheerful. However the windows were dirty.

It was a very nice house to stay in for my Mothers 90th birthday. There were three daughters and our Mother.
The Picture of the property must be pretty old. The Blue Spruce in the front is huge and it is difficult to park two cars in the driveway and garage. The screen door to the patio is old and torn and fell off every time we tried to open it. Blinds in one bedroom and formal living room were broken and would not open. We also could not use the dishwasher because it had a leak, however the property manager stayed in contact with us and I did let her know about the issues.
I would stay there again it just need some maintenance and Janet said they were going to take care of getting things fixed.
I new guest book would be great to. The old one is full.

Beautiful Location and House
We absolutely loved this property! It is a beautiful and clean house with lots of space. It was very well maintained and the management company was very accessible through texting. They were attentive to our needs and wanted to make sure anything that needed fixing was done immediately, which wasn't needed for our stay, it was perfect! The neighborhood is on a beautiful golf course and every yard is manicured to perfection. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Durango.

Great for family get together
This house was perfect for family to gather and reconnect. We found most items we needed in the kitchen and there is plenty of seating for small groups while still being open and allowing everyone to mingle easily. The location is great for going into town or up the mountain. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to reny
Janet is the key to enjoy this place. Extremely responsive and prompt problem solver. The only thing in need of improvement was the dishwasher. We enjoyed it a lot and definitely recommend the place.

We came in town for a family funeral. Our host Janet was wonderful to work with. She answered all of my questions and ensured we were taken care of. The property was very clean a comfortable and quite spacious. I highly recommend this property and will use again when are able to come back for a happier occasion.

Lovely place to stay
We cooked and enjoyed our time here. We had enough room to spread out and the slopes were reasonably close and so was Durango. The only issue we had was that we thought the house was wheelchair accessible and there are 2 steps to access it at every door. Since our wheelchair person was a teenager, we could manage it but it wouldn't be acceptable for an adult.
