This was a wonderful experience for our family of 18. Range from infant to 70 yrs old. Lots of room and activities at the house for all age ranges. Nice community to walk around in, ride bikes and walk to get ice cream! We absolutely loved having our own pool and the fire pit was an excellent bonus for us as we love to have camp fires! The dock was nice to walk on and watch the crabs and fish. My dad and brother liked to fish off of it. Had an excellent week for our family vacation. We have always stayed in a small condo and this was an excellent experience for our first time renting a house which gave us a huge amount of room for our growing family! Kevin and his wife were very nice people to deal with for our experience and got to meet them at the house the morning checking in which was very nice also! Definitely recommend! We loved it!

My family enjoyed themselves. I can't say that enough! Even though this may be a summer rental, we were warm and cozy. The large kitchen, with three refrigerators, allowed for all generations to cook together and present food buffet style for each meal. Also to their pleasure the kitchen is fully stocked!! We had family from Gainesville ga, long Island ny, Bronx and Staten Island nyc, Richmond va and Bridgeport Ct. With an added table from the garage we all had Thanksgiving dinner together without incident in the roomy dinning room.. The kids and teens loved the downstairs space and partied with siblings and two generations of cousins. This house may be dated but it is well kept and felt like a home away from home. We are even planning to return!

However when we arrived with a boat and three jet ski's we were then told we could not park our trailers in the driveway or on the grass. HOA rules. Owners response was he never said we could. At that point we had to take the trailers to a storage facility which cost us $120.00 extra for the week. Next was the pool, it was green for the better part of three days. The electric to the dock did not work, nor did the light. The ice maker leaked water all over the freezer and down the door. The refrigerator was filthy with spillage running down the shelves and sides.. The master bath sink had an x taped across it because it leaks. Could not use. The coffeemaker had old grounds in it with mold growing on top. The microwave had a large amount of spillage and grease under the glass turn table. The carpet in the living room was so stained up they laid throw rugs down to cover it up. We new from reading the reviews and the price of the rental that it was dated and we weren't getting a five star home. This house is not just dated it needs extensive repairs and upkeep. I don't know who cleans this place or what they are paid to clean but something needs to change. I do not reccomend this place.

Great place to rent for the price needs a few upgrades and a couple of things fixed but for the price I cant complain.

We are very satisfied with our stay. Kevin the owner was kind to welcome us.👍 I would definitely recommend this house to my friends. My suggestion : Kitchen and bathrooms needs an upgrade. 🤗

This house is great! The game room is amazing! And the pool is huge! We would love to stay again when its hotter and we can enjoy the pool. We all highly recommend!

The owner Kevin and his wife came by to greet my family and I. Made sure that our kids will have fun. Neighbors were really nice. The dock beach inlet was great. Caught alot of blue crabs, perch, spots and bass . Beach is less than 10 min away plus the stores was close enough for last minute things we needed to get. Pool was a good size though I wish they had a net to clean off the leaves that was falling off the trees. Overall experience was Great!! Will definitely be back ☺️

We absolutely loved this home. Kevin was great at getting in contact with all of the details we needed. It accommodated all 16 of us. It was a great location. We absolutely loved having the outdoor pool. I would recommend this home anyone looking for a nice home to stay in while on vacation!!

Extremely happy with this vacation house. Plenty of room for all 13 of us and still had extra room. We spent most of our time in the pool. Tons of extra things were there to use. Would definitely stay here again! Conviently located very close to everything.

excellent vacation week. lots of room for 4 toddlers, 6 adults and our dogs. when the little ones didnt feel like going to beach, we stayed at home and they swam in the pool. was very convenient. we have stayed at places where the pool was part of the HOA and there were so many restrictions. Here, everyone laid back, relaxed, cooked out and enjoyed their time in the pool. house is conveniently located to stores and the beach. we had a great time and would recommend this house to our friends and family members. the owner was very accomodating. thank you for allowing me to make great memories with my family.

If you have a large family and you are looking for a clean, cared-for place to relax and enjoy your children and grandchildren, this is it. We have 4 children with spouses, 8 grandchildren along with 1 great-grandmother and this haven held us all with room to spare, and you didn't get in anyone's way. We woke in the AM and the kids could jump right in the pool or go down to the pier to check their crab lines. We crabbed, swam, played pool, ping-pong, even karaokeed until late night without awakening the babies as they slept. Everyone could go their own way if they wished for alone time. We had sit-down dinners with everyone fitting at one table. We are still reminiscing about the week and can't wait to go back again and again! We even have room for a few more babies to come!

Of palatial size, this home offers everything needed while on vacation for our family reunion. Location provides quick access to shopping, beach and boardwalk. The pool is a REAL pool....large and deep. Back yard is fenced for pets, and with easy gate access to dock and water, and front yard. Caught fish and crabs from dock. Rented a canoe for hours of serene paddling to Indian Bay. Basement is where we spent 50% of our time. Kiddies and adults loved the karaoke machine, pool table, and foosball. So much sleeping space, but we used only 3 bedrooms. Love this place, and owner was pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend!

Wonderful family vacation here-my children, grandchildren and dogs...there is plenty enough space to find some quiet time if needed. Enjoyed the huge dining-room where everyone could eat together and the kitchen was well equipped with anything you could imagine!!! We used the pool daily because the temps were well into the 100's, could of used a couple more umbrella's for shade for the little ones. The owners were very helpful & easy to reach with questions, would def reccommend this property and hope to visit again next year.

We had a really nice short getaway here at this big comfy house with a beautiful swimming pool. Our entire family came and it was really nice to all sit down to dinner together in the large dining room, sort of Waltonish. We had crappy weather so the enclosed patio was a treasure. We liked the fact that we were very close to the beaches and attractions also. Hope to come back and try for better weather next year.

We had an excellent vacation this year with our extended family. there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. the pool kept the kids entertained day and night. Owner was very accomodating despite problems with air conditioner and now house has brand new unit. we will be back next year.

This house was wonderful to stay in. There was plenty of room, a great view of the water from the back yard, plenty of places to sit, sleep, eat, and room for kids to play! We had practically a family reunion in this hous and it was WONDERFUL!
