Really good spot very convenient within walking distance to the pier and some great eating places. Everything is as advertised. Exceeded all expectations would recommend this place to anyone.

Great location and access to all Surfside Beaches amenities. The ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom wobbles. Air ducts/grates were obviously dusty and in need of cleaning and the broom for the floors needs replaced. We had a wonderful stay and love the house!

We had a great spring break trip at Sunswept. The layout was perfect for our group of 13. The location of this house was great, in short walking distance to newly open Surfside Beach pier and many nearby restaurants. Short drive up to grocery stores and many other restaurants. The beach was not crowded, but the weather was a little on the chilly side. The kids and adults enjoyed the heated pool which was shielded from the wind. Would stay again

We had a great week at Sunswept with our kids and grandkids. The house was very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Parking great. We paid extra for the pool to be heated and it was perfect .. for all of us. Will try to return next year.

Sunswept has a special place in our hearts! We have created a family tradition of staying at surfside beach and Sunswept has been part of making it serene each year! You cannot beat the view and convenience of the beach as your backyard. Ocean view is phenomenal and breathtaking every morning and night. Excellent for large families. Plenty of space with a bathroom for each room is so convenient! Lots of kitchen utensils and just the appliances you need. A few things need upgraded and a couple drains take a while to drain, but is to be expected with a beach house. Large family room and open concept downstairs to enjoy gathering and also a loft upstairs that was perfect for kids gaming at night. Overall, large house and I’d stay time and time again for just the views. Location of the house is in what we think the best spot. Right off of ocean blvd enough for enjoying a meal or shop a few steps away, but the neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. Lots of food options, shops, etc. John is great at communication and hosting. Was glad to be able to stay here again for our family holiday!

We had a wonderful stay. We celebrated my wife's 80th birthday. View from porch of the beach, dunes, and morning sunrise was beautiful. Beachside porch was shaded from hot sun in afternoon.

Overall, our family had a good time. However, the owner was difficult to communicate with, the pool was dirty, house needs updating, and upkeep required from us on while vacation. When we asked questions, the owner/property manager would just direct us to the lease and emails instead of just answering our questions which lead to more emails. The pool was quite filthy, not clear, and full of sand upon arrive. The pool cleaner did come by but only cleared the sand. There was still garbage around the grill and pool area when we checked in. Keep in mind that you are required to make all of the beds yourself once you check in. The kitchen is well stocked. Beach chairs are not provided so you must bring your own, rent, or purchase in the area. The location is top notch. Directly on the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Short drive to grocery stores. We would stay in the area again but not at this property.

The property was amazing. The location was awesome and only a few steps to a beautiful beach. Home was beautifully decorated (much nicer than other properties we have stayed in), clean, had more than enough kitchen tools for a group of eleven, and was exactly as described. Although we did not use the pool much, it was great to have in the late afternoon. Everyone’s favorite area was the deck facing the beach. Communication with the owner was easy and he got right back to us. Restaurants within walking distance. Great property!

The house is very nice. Located on the beach. The bathrooms were very clean. We were happy with the house and communications with the owner.

Third time at the house, love the location, and bathrooms for each bedroom. Views unbeatable, beach is wonderful.

Location, location, location! It's located within walking distance of a few restaurants and shops. It has beautiful oceanfront views and the size was perfect for our family. But the house needs some updates, the outside needs paint and the striping around the windows was falling off. Also, there was black mold in one of the upstairs bedrooms.

Great location, views, and stay. We had several children and family members on this vacation. We had a wonderful family vacation and would stay again. The communication with the owner was quick and efficient. I would recommend Surfside and this home for your vacation!

This was a fabulous house. House was very clean and was in a great location. We decided since it was early in the season to heat the pool. Great choice since the weather was chilly. Grandson (2 1/2) thoroughly enjoyed the pool and easy access to beach. John was easy to get in touch with when we had questions. Pictures don’t do the house justice. Rooms are much larger than they appear on website. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time!

Location was GREAT and property manager was communicative and prompt. However, We were not happy that we we could not turn down thermostat passed 70. It was quite hot upstairs and we couldn’t open the windows either.

Family of 12 had a great week. Place is ultra clean and very well equipped.. only thing lacking was a few wine glasses but easy to pick some up. Going back again next year.

Fantastic house on the beach and steps from all the fun. Loved every part of the house.

Plenty of room for a large group. good location for families who like to be near walking distance of local restaurants, kids loved the pool when tired of the waves and it provided some late evening entertainment for them, kitchen well equipped for cooking.. Would rent again.

Perfect house for our families. Loved the pool and great location

We love the location of the house for walking to the beach , shops and restaurants. Kitchen is very well-equipped. Any issues we had with the property were quickly addressed by property management. We did not pay to heat the pool, but this early in the season , it was too chilly to use. I do feel like that should be included in the rent.

Very enjoyable week, very clean, except for some mildew on shower curtains. Any problems that arose were quickly taken care of by the host.

Overall it was great. Nice location and very nice place. Only negative for us was the house construction next door.

We had a great time on our golf trip. Everything was in good order and the view is fantastic.

Loved the location. House was well maintained. A few issues with pool heater and dryer that were quickly addressed by John. Hoping to come back to Sunswept again!

The house had plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 teenage boys, so we were not "on top of each other". The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need for preparing meals. Proximity to the beach is perfect, and the balcony, deck & boardwalk are all Trex decking, so no splinters! We had an issue with the pool heater not working. John was quick to respond and refunded our payment promptly. No complaints here!
