Condo was lovely. North Breakers has been updated nicely. Both the apartment and the complex. It's right on the beach so location can't be beat. Check in process was a breeze and Charles was extremely communicative and friendly. Enjoyed our time there very much and we'll be back.

We enjoyed our time at this condo in North Breakers. Excellent communication with the host and easy access to the beach! The condo had everything we needed. Centrally located on the island and close to several delicious restaurants!

We enjoyed our stay. The owner was available if we needed him. He called to make sure we were happy with his condo. We will be returning next year . A great place to vacation.

Our extended family planned a beach trip to Saint Simons, but the townhome we own wasn't large enough to accommodate everyone. Luckily, we discovered this rental. It was perfect for our situation. My daughter & son-in-law stayed here with their infant son. Most mornings, the rest of the family spent time at the beach, afterward returning to the condo for lunch. The owner was a great communicator and made sure everything was good. He provided a pak-n-play for our grandson. There was also a highchair.

Clean condo, nice owner, nice pool and good access to the beach. Would like a better view from the balcony but the condo is a good value. Older building but they maintain it. The elevator wasn't working when we arrived but the owner said he would report it. They worked on it the next day (Sunday) and it was working Monday morning. Good visit.

We loved the Island. The property was nice. The king size bed was a nice plus and it was very comfortable. We had trouble with the dryer drying but that's possibly a setting that could've been changed. I would suggest upgrading the living room furniture. The couch was the only seating other than an uncomfortable swivel chair. The sofa was older and there were not enough comfortable seats in there for my family of 5. I also would suggest getting some heavy duty plastic cups/plates for the kitchen for families with smaller kids. With the tile floor and only glass dishes/cups, it could be a mess. We bought disposable and it was fine. The property boasts ocean front which I believe from the photos to be a bit deceiving. It is on the beach but is a LONG walk to the beach from the property. We ended up renting and driving our golf cart to other easier beach accesses around the island. We all loved the pool area and love that there was a hot tub. Over all, we loved the area and I would go back!

Loved this cute condo! Was a perfect spot and very nice location. Pool was clean and relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay for Mother's Day weekend. we loved the location and the condo had everything we needed. We loved that there were Menu's to the local restaurants. This helped make our decisions for dinner much easier, especially since this was our first time to SSI. We enjoyed this condo so much and plan on coming back next year.

This was a great place to celebrate my mom‘s 90th birthday. The weather was incredible, the pool area very nice and the short walk to the beach was an easy one for her to make. The space was just as we wanted - easily laid out, well stocked, and very clean. We will definitely rent again. Thanks!

It was clean, very comfortable and quiet, very relaxing

The unit itself was very nice and very clean. The owner was very responsive and he directions sent were easy to dollow. The view from the balcony was of the adjacent property rather than looking out onto the beach. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub area was under renovation so we did not have use of them. The grills had also been removed due to the construction. We were told we could use the hot tub and grills at the neighboring property, however, we could never find anyone in their office to verify or ask questions. We enjoyed the island and the location of the unit was quiet and on a dead end road so traffic was at a minimum. I would recommend to anyone staying here to either plan on bringing household items (trash bags, foil, toilet paper, laundry detergent etc.) or make plans to purchase as these items were not in the unit or limited in supply. Overall we had an enjoyable stay and would recommend this property for a nice vacation.

Property was very clean and in a great location short walk to the pool and the beach. However, a few small things would make it much more enjoyable, particularly for older guests. It would be great to have grab bars in the showers. Also, a few more trash cans in the bathrooms particularly the guestroom would be helpful, it is in a great location convenient to all the other amenities on Saint Simons. The fact that there is an elevator and baggage racks very handy to the parking was a great advantage for us. Older folks would go back and stay anytime.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The owner is great to work with and the location is close to everything you would need. Nice walk to the beach with great views of St Simon.

The location is excellent! Feels really private due to the gated entrance to the property. It is a lovely, short walk from the condo to the beach, which is perfect for taking our kids out to the beach and back a couple times a day. The condo was very clean and the host was willing to address any questions and needs. There was even a nice high chair provided, which was really helpful. For exploring away from the condo, it was only a few minutes drive to get downtown or to restaurants. We had no trouble at all even on Labor Day weekend. We highly recommend this condo!

This condo has recently been updated and it is beautiful! Besides the complex being right on the beach, the location is also walking distance to several wonderful restaurants, plus a small market. Also, the owner was extremely available and attentive to all of our questions. I will be recommending this unit to my family & friends!!

Cute condo. Fully stocked, including beach chairs. Convenient location. Charles was great and always very responsive. Great place to celebrate a long weekend with friends of 50 years!

Loved loved loved our time spent here!! The accommodations were everything the listing stated and more. Charles was very helpful and responded in a timely manner with all my questions. The rental was well appointed with everything you would need for a vacation away from home. The pool area was well kept and refreshing at the end of the day at the beach. The walk to the beach was not far and the “wagon” available to use for transporting all beach paraphernalia was a god send. Thankful for our time spent at this wonderful home away from home!

We love SSI, this was our second trip in 3 years. Our condo was updated, clean, and close to the beach. The host was excellent to communicate with about any detail. I would stay here again.

We love staying at North Breakers, it is the best location on the Island. The property is well-maintained, having been freshly painted this year. Charlie Spell is very responsive, always quick to message back about any concerns. Beds are comfy and the towels are thick and fluffy. Kitchen is sufficiently stocked. We had a wonderful time!

The property was clean and well maintained. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. The living room furniture not quite as comfortable but serviceable. Appreciate the regular cable in the master bedroom as we aren't as familiar with the streaming services. Enjoyed the pool and the property overall. We enjoyed our stay,

This was our first time visiting St. Simons and we had a fabulous time. The condo was like home away from home. It was very spacious and had everything you would need. Being on the 2nd floor was great because you could just walk up a short flight of stairs and not have to wait on the elevator. The beach was just a short walk away and you also walk right past the pool on the way. Charlie was great to work with and always responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again. Michael L.
