La piscina principal es un increíble 8.000 pies cuadrados que es fresco, incluso en los días más calurosos, e incluye tres niveles con fuentes y cascadas. Overall, this property was nice and well maintained. The location is ideal and the private beach access is a big plus. The unit itself is quite spacious and comfortable, though it is a bit outdated and could use a renovation update soon. The rugs and carpet are a bit worn and the unit lacked some basic amenities that would make preparing meals a bit easier - coffee filters, basic spices, etc., but overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Great Location & condo. We did have an issue with the washing machine, but once reported, they sent a maintenance man to fix it quickly. Obviously an issue with an old washing machine can’t be predicted. We were super thankful to get it fixed quickly & to be able to wash our clothes for the week. The shaggy rug in the den hadn’t been vacuumed well if at all. I picked up pink plastic toy parts that had been left several times & threw them in the trash. There was also another toy left behind under a piece of furniture standing off the floor in the den. This is my reasoning for a 4 star on the cleaning. No complaints about cleanliness of bedrooms & bathrooms.

We had a great stay. It was perfect for our annual trip to 30A, close to the places we love to frequent, easy access to the beach, and beautiful swimming pools.
The property was clean, spacious, andcomfortable. Loved the patio! The property owners were very responsive when we noted a detached towel rack upon check-in.
When staying for a week, bring extra paper towels, tp, trash bags, and dishwasher pods. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Great unit for a family!
This unit was perfect for our family. We have two school aged kiddos who LOVED the pool, three grandparents who could join them or watch them have fun from the balcony, and two happy parents who were thrilled to have everyone together for a relaxing week at the beach. Thank you so much for sharing this awesome property with us. Even though I’m pretty sure the whole place was booked, we never had a problem with noise or felt like it was crowded.

Just perfect!!
We had a great relaxing time staying at Adagio and Santa Rosa. The condo is beautiful and very clean! You will NOT be disappointed. The only negative thing I can say is the rental price for the beach umbrella and chairs, roughly $650 for the large umbrella and 5 chairs for the week. This is not the fault of Adagio, but you need to be aware for budgeting purposes.

This year was most likely my 10th visit to the Adagio complex. The units are excellent, they do have some wear but they are still in fantastic condition.
The only major grievance that I have is that the complex has give an umbrella company the rights to rent umbrellas and chairs and they have allocated them 3/4 of the beach front. You had to be at the beach at 5:30am to get a position near the front.
Having to sit near the back of the beach in the middle of summer is brutal. You do not get the ocean breeze to cool you down.
For that reason alone, I will have to reconsider staying at the property again.

Very nice, clean , convenient poolside condo! Very close to beach access. While we loved the condo, it was not necessarily very child friendly for those traveling with young children. Several glass tops on furniture were not secure, as well as an excessive number of power strips located throughout the condo. Additionally the pool gates did not have working latches/locks . The only issue we had in the condo was with the oven- there was no way to turn off the oven once started unless you set a cook time , and chose a stop time, or if a cook mode was selected the oven would not shut off until the time was complete ( we selected this by accident and had to wait 35 minutes before being able to turn off the oven). This of course presented some obvious safety concerns as well. Overall though we definitely enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider renting this condo in the future!

We had an awesome week at Adagio in unit G202! This unit was very clean, spacious, and well appointed! The balcony furniture has a large table with cushioned chairs and 2 lounge chairs. The sectional sofa in the living room is huge & comfy! Even though we weren’t Gulf Front, the walk to the beach was quick and easy. Building G is the closest pool side building to the beach access. We rented a 14 foot umbrella for the week and brought our own chairs. We were always in the front row. We reserved the umbrella from LDV online about a month before our arrival. There are quite a few steps going down to the beach. We decided not to use our beach cart that we brought. Bringing it down the steps would have been difficult. The pool is awesome and huge! It never seemed overcrowded. We walked to the Aloha store, and Blue Mountain Creamery. There are a few other places to eat in walking distance. We ate at the Irish pup across the street! Great burgers! We also had pizza delivered.
Checking in/out was super easy. Our unit was ready before the 4:00 check-in time. I was emailed codes for our door, drive-through gate, pedestrian gate, and the gym before our arrival.

Checking in/out was super easy. Our unit was ready before the 4:00 check-in time. I was emailed codes for our door, drive-through gate, pedestrian gate, and the gym before our arrival.

G202 is a great unit at Adagio. Nicely furnished, super clean. We've stayed in several other units at Adagio and this one did not disappoint. Blue Mountain Beach and the Santa Rosa Beach area are the ideal on the gulf coast. Not as crowded and more scenic than Panama City and Destin but both are easy drives.

Wonderful place! Five stars, very clean. Missing a few kitchen items including dishwasher detergent and more dish towels, which are nice for a longer stay.
