We are repeat visitors to this beautiful condo, and for good reason. The host, Kim, has truly thought of everything you might need during your trip. From the minute you book until the minute you depart, she is easy to get in touch with and always willing to do whatever she can to make your trip that much better.
The condo is clean and modern and is located in an absolutely perfect location. Waking up to the breath taking panoramic ocean front views is worth the visit alone. Being just steps away from a quiet, peaceful beach makes relaxing and unwinding a breeze. If you’re not a beach person the private heated pool makes for a great alternative.
The condo is located just far enough away from Coligny to avoid the beach crowds, but close enough that you can walk there if you want to shop or see the sights.
If you’re looking for a wonderful place to stay when you’re visiting Hilton Head Island, this is the spot for you.

The condo was spotless upon arrival, the check-in was effortless, and the view is truly magnificent. Kim is a terrific host. Communication is instantaneous, clear, and occasionally humorous. It is worth paying attention to her recommendations for restaurants and breakfast places.

This was our second year at HHI as a family. Last year, we stayed closer to Coligny. This condo was far better. Great view of the Ocean and a spacious condo. The condo was clean when we got there and was comfortable. Kim (owner) checked in via - she was available and not over bearing at all - so appreciated. I knew she would help.if we needed anything, but everything was great and what expected.

This is my favorite condo to stay at on Hilton Head. The property is located in a great location. The views are amazing, and the condo is perfect. Kim really takes care of her guests and gives you so much information before you arrive. The condo is very clean and comfortable. It’s the perfect home away from home. The condo was better than advertised, the view of the beach from the living room is top notch!!! Kim had a bottle of wine and welcome card for us on the kitchen counter. Kim was easy to talk to and deal with and very accommodating. We've been coming to the island for over 15 years and and this is one of the best places we've stayed, will definitely book with Kim again.

The views and closeness to the beach were spectacular. The winters months are quiet in Hilton head so walking the beach every morning was awesome. We had a relaxing time at the condo.

Excellent location providing a great ocean view and easy access to the beach. Kim’s condo was modern and bright, nicely furnished, extra clean and full of special touches that made us comfortable and welcomed. It is as though the host has prepared it for friends, not strangers.

We were very happy with this VRBO rental and the owners. It started with a very thoughtful welcome gift and a follow-up message after our first night - just to make sure everything was in order. The view was spectacular and location ideal. We really enjoyed our getaway and hope to be back again soon.

Everything was perfect with this condo. Super location with totally unobstructed ocean view and easy beach access. Everything was functional and super clean. Very comfortable. Bikes were a big plus - awesome bike path just a few feet away. We won't bother looking around when we return to HHI - we will book this condo again for sure!

This condo is in the perfect location! We were steps away from the beach. There was easy driving or biking distance to restaurants and things to do. The condo itself had everything all labeled and well thought out.

We've stayed in a lot of places and there always seems to be something missing...too many remote controls for the TV, marginal communication from the owner or some minor details that would have made your stay just a little bit better. Not at this place! The owner thought of everything!
1 remote TV system, chargers and USB ports everywhere and labels on every switch and drawer. All the beach/ pool equipment you could need is there

We had awesome views of the ocean and the property was beautifully landscaped.The unit was well equipped with plenty of towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The kitchen was well stocked with essential items, plastic wrap, foil, sandwich bags etc. It is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and several ICE CREAM shoppes. The owners were very informative and responded to any and all questions we had.
The bonus for our anniversary week was a front room view of Hurricane Idalia. We felt safe and secure in our unit. Would definitely stay at this condo in the future.

This condo unit was exactly as the listing states. It was very clean and accommodating with lots of extras. Kim was very prompt with any questions we had. We had an issue with the bikes lock but Kim was right on it when I messaged her about it and within the hour the problem was resolved. It was our first trip to HH and definitely won’t be our last.

Returned for second summer. Condo was still amazing. Our family really enjoys the view from the balcony and access to the beach and pool. Kim has always been great to work with and very accessible.

Property was great! It was perfect size for my 4 person family! My 12 & 6 year old shared a bed/bath with plenty of room. Kitchen & Living room were just right for our needs. I sat on the balcony every night & enjoyed the ocean. The pool felt a bit small some afternoons when everyone was in, but we never had an issue. Kim was amazing to work with! Great family trip!

Kim's communication was second to none, and I have never stayed in a condo that was so completely equipped with everything we needed.
It was immaculately clean when we arrived, everything was in good working order, and all of Kim's instructions and information was on point. The location is great, too - directly overlooking the water and a very short walk to the beach, but also very central to the most popular shops and restaurants.
If you want a hassle-free place to stay, this is it.

This place was perfect for my wife and 2 kids. The view and proximity to the beach, pool, and resort next door made Kim’s place a great value. We loved the morning sunrise coffee and bike rides on the beach. The location was perfect for easy exploration or walks to dinner. 5 stars all around.
