The property was exactly as described. Very spacious house with nice high ceilings and comfortable beds. Everything we needed was available. And the shared pools were very nice as well. Great location to visit the nearby parks.

We rented the house for 7 weeks. We found the house clean, quiet, well-appointed, stocked with plenty of paper supplies, and the kitchen had all the necessary cooking items and spices for meals. It is conveniently located with easy access to I-15, St. George, and Zion National Park. Access was through the garage; we would have benefited greatly by having a remote garage door opener to use, especially for the long 7-week rental. Overall, it was a very, very positive experience and we hope to return.

Great stay for our Zion national park trip. Drive to the park is ~45 minutes, but this is a great alternative in case if no places left for booking closer to Zion (e.g., in Springdale). We enjoyed our experience, the place is pretty spacious and very well equipped with pretty much all that is needed (especially the kitchen). The walk to the clubhouse (for the pool and hot tub, etc.) is less than a minute and very convenient. Overall we liked our stay.

Upscale, comfortable condo close to everything
Our family stayed at this condo for 8 nights. Owners were great! We had zero issues while staying and truly enjoyed the clean, comfortable, upscale accommodations. The condo is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need to stay comfortably and eat at home. The interior decor is both classy and comfortable. The pools were wonderful- Very warm and the entire pool/guest house area is very clean and nice. Lounge chairs at the pool are really comfortable to sit and relaxl. We also loved walking down to the small pond right out back from the condo and watching the duck. Great place to stay!

Great stay!
We really enjoyed our time in St. George, and our stay at this property was great. The townhouse is stocked with everything, including basics for cooking (oil, spi es, etc.). Beautiful decor, comfortable bed, nice outdoor space, and good access to the things we wanted to do. We loved Zion (of course), Snow Canyon State Park, biking the Virgin River trail (can get to it from the house but to avoid 3 miles on Telegraph and a very steep grade at Canyon Park, drive instead to Sullivan Virgin River Soccer Park and get on the trail there. We were just two people, but clearly the house can comfortably accommodate more. Thanks J&J for a great stay!

Perfect stay for Zion and Bryce
This home was a perfect location for our Zion and Bryce Canyon vacation. Centrally located to both national parks, as well as conveniently located to St. George. The property is beautiful, inside and out just as pictured and described. Can't wait to return again with the family next time.

A wonderful home in St. George Area
WE stayed a week in this beautiful home near the St. George area. It is only about 4 miles north of St. George and easily accessible from the interstate. It is on the mail road to Zion and only about a 30 minute drive to the park.
There is a quality golf course right there near the development and several others very close. Since we are golfers we loved the location being so close to everything.
The home was a former model and beautifully decorated and immaculately clean.
The kitchen is well equipped with new and nice dishes and other items. There is also a corck pot and lots of spices included.
There are three bedrooms, with the third having two bunkbeds that have a queen bottom and twin on top. The master has a king size bed and large bath with shower and tub and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed.
The owners were so helpful and made our stay very easy.
We would highly reccommend staying in this lovely home.

Southern Utah
This was the perfect place to stay in Southern Utah. It was centrally located and close to everything. We are transitioning to Utah as new residents and actually ended up purchasing our retirement home. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. It definitely sold us on the area as our forever place to live.

Beautiful, well-appointed and fully-equipped home
The house is immaculately clean, has a tranquil view of a pond, beautiful morning light streaming into the living and kitchen areas, is fully equipped and beautifully furnished. The location is close enough to St George if you wish to eat out, and close enough to Zion to see sunrise or sunset, or hit a hiking trail early in the morning (if you can make yourself leave the peace and tranquility of the home). The master bed is comfortable, the linens are nice, plenty of towels and washcloths. Hosts were great to work with.

Perfect "Home Away From Home" in Beautiful St. George
Jessica and James' condo was the perfect "home away from home" while exploring this spectacular area of the country. Their condo is centrally located to all of the SW Utah natural attractions (Zion and Bryce National Parks; Kolob Canyon; several state parks; etc), and very convenient to the town of St. George. It felt like "home" as soon as we checked in (pulling directly into the garage), and found the house complete with an abundance of dinnerware, cookware (including a rice cooker and crockpot), as well as paper and laundry supplies. The unit was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated with high end furnishings and artwork/décor pieces throughout. The setting and neighborhood are lovely, and it was great fun venturing to the nearby pond every day to feed the ducks or watch the young kiddos try their hand at fishing. And communication with the owners was seamless. We LOVED this unit, and feel very lucky to have spent an entire week in the Heward's home. Can't wait to return!

Beautiful home!
This was our first time to Utah. The home was everything we needed and more; very spacious, well stocked and comfortable. The community pools and hot tubs were wonderful after a long day of hiking; although the pools were very very busy perhaps due to the time of year we were there. This home is in a great location to get to both Zion and Bryce Canyon.

Wonderful spot
We loved staying in this beautiful home. We were on a road trip seeing three national parks, and we loved this wonderful spot to spread out a bit and enjoy the sun and pool. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, it was helpful to have laundry, and the beds were oh so comfy.

Our family of 6 had plenty of room to sleep, eat, play games, and enjoy time together. The nearby pools and hot tubs were fun (even in the winter!), and it was a quick trip to hikes, good restaurants, and activities. We'll plan to come again, thank you!

Wonderful Thanksgiving Weekend
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home for Thanksgiving weekend. We had plenty of room for our group of 10. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and serving our Thanksgiving meal. The kids loved swimming at the pool, riding their bikes and scooters around the area and the pond. There were several games and puzzles to entertain them as well. The home was nicely decorated, clean, and organized. I was impressed when Jessica called prior to our arrival to answer any questions. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Perfect for our family
Our family of 6 stayed here while visiting Zion National Park and it was perfect for us. The house was beautifully decorated, but still very welcoming and relaxing after a long day of hiking. We loved being near to grocery stores (Costco) so we could prepare our own meals and the kitchen at this home had everything we needed and more. Most importantly to me, this home was wonderfully clean! We would happily stay here again and would enthusiastically recommend this home to others.

Great stay at the Washington area
There are many choices to choose from if you want to look for a place to stay at the Washington/St. George area but there are many reasons why this place gets so many rave reviews compared to others.
The townhouse display has the model home feel to it but they also included many fine touches to the closet and the kitchens. The owners are super responsive to questions and comments prior to the stay.
Overall, it's a wonderful place to stay. Book it, you won't regret it.

Gorgeous property
During our two days of strenuous hiking in Zion, we truly appreciated being able to come back and relax in luxury. We were limited on time and too tired to check out the clubhouse, but would have been nice to take a swim. There were many extra touches both in the home décor and supplies that went beyond what you typically find in a VRBO. If we come back to this area we will definitely try to stay here again - wish we could have stayed longer!

My family of 5 adults loved this space. It came with every amenity we could need, and even some we didn't. The space was clean, the common areas were roomy and great. We loved sitting outside on the porch. Would definitely stay again when in the area!

We recently visited from Tennessee. This property is beautiful. So many thoughtful details. The beds were very comfortable. Evertything you might need in the kitchen is available. Our kids loved the pool area and the fishing pond.
