Carlsbad Beach Cottage - 1/2 block to Sandy Beach & near Legoland
Esta casa de playa ha sido completamente remodelado. Es perfecto para parejas, familias pequeñas y aquellos de vacaciones solo. Es muy cómodo, elegante y acogedor con 2 dormitorios y 1 baño con capacidad para 5 personas.
Se encuentra a pocos pasos de una hermosa playa de arena. Desde la cabaña es un paseo fácil por la playa en el centro de la aldea con maravillosos restaurantes, tiendas y entretenimiento.
Para los niños pequeños estamos a poca distancia de Legoland. Carlsbad es una de las mejores playas famosas de la familia en la U. S.A. y tiene fácil acceso a todas las actividades en el sur de California.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio. La mayoría de las noches se puede escuchar el surf en la noche desde el dormitorio principal. El otro dormitorio tiene un completo y un doble en un arreglo de literas.
La cocina ha sido totalmente renovado con encimeras de granito personalizado, armarios beadboard y nuevos pisos. La cocina está totalmente equipada y tiene un lavavajillas, la eliminación y construir en el microondas.
Hay un patio y terraza con barbacoa y comedor al aire libre.
La casa está equipada con dos televisores de pantalla plana. Un DVD y conexión a Internet WiFi de alta velocidad también están incluidos. También hay un lavadero independiente sólo para su uso exclusivo. El aparcamiento está fuera de la calle.
Todos los artículos de cocina, toallas, sábanas, sillas de playa, paraguas y boogie boards se proporcionan. Un bebé Pac-n-Play está disponible si es necesario.

We were really impressed with this cute cottage and the proximity to the clean and lovely beach. It was so nice to have all the beach gear and we also enjoyed the private patio area out in the back. My husband and I stayed here so our 2 adult sons, who live nearby, could join us. Bob was a very gracious host and we'd love to go back again!

This beach cottage is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Bob was a gracious host, greeting us at check-in and responsive to our needs. We love the location and will definitely be back.

Location location location! We absolutely loved our stay at this quaint house! It was a short walk to the beach and we loved that you could see the ocean from the kitchen. We had our 3 year old with us and I was able to keep an eye on him easily inside the house, which was perfect! Bob was such a gracious host checking in on us via text and then came to our door to check out the eclipse. It was a very memorable stay and we will definitely be back!

This property was perfect! The area around and the beach was clean and safe. The cottage was clean and just perfect! So much to do and restaurants in the downtown area. 5 stars! We’ll be back for sure!!!!

We are a family of four adults, and we were in town for a family gathering over the holiday weekend. The guest house was perfect for us - clean, cozy, quiet. We loved being 1/2 block away from the beach, the peek of the water through the kitchen window, the faint sound of the surf at night. The location is convenient while also being situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. Bob is a great host - helpful and communicative, someone who clearly takes good care of his property and his guests. Wonderful!

This little guest house was amazing. Perfect for a walk to the beach or shopping/dinning. They owner provides everything you would need to go to the beach. Cooler, wagon, boogies boards sand castle items and more! Highly recommend! We will be back!

Clean property very close to the beach. Fully stocked with everything needed. Only potential issue are many different steps around the property. If mobility is an issue, keep that in mind. Bob was a very gracious host.

This little house was great! Very clean, and very kind and courteous owners. 2nd bedroom was great accommodating multiple kids! Around the corner from ocean/ beach and great town a short walk away!

Great spot for a family trip
We really enjoyed our stay at the Carlsbad Cottage. Communication with the host was easy and thorough. The location is easy walking distance to the beach and a quick drive to grocery stores and restaurants. It was clean, exactly as pictured, and we would definitely stay again.

Great place
We enjoyed our stay in this cottage. It made a great base camp for all things Carlsbad and beyond! The listing was clean and had everything we needed including each toys and even a wagon to haul it all. The owner was great to work with and we would totally recommend this place.

The location was all that I could ask for, so close to the beach. There was everything you could ever ask for when finding something quaint in the beautiful city of Carlsbad, just perfect and Bob the most welcoming of owners!

Amazing vacation rental
One of the best vacation rentals we've ever had the pleasure to stay in. Immaculately maintained property with all the nice touches to make it feel like home. Owners are generous enough to provide beach towels and a large variety of things to take to the beach like chairs, toys and umbrella. We loved the location so close to the beach, and onsite laundry was a huge bonus. Wonderfully nice owners who were very kind. We would love to return.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Proximity to water was amazing (1/2 a block!), amenities like washer/dryer, and all necessary beach gear made enjoying the beach with kids so much easier! Easy communication with owner, overall a great little place to stay!

Beautiful Location 5 min from beach
We had a wonderful Labor Day visit with our 7 year old grandson. The cottage was everything as described, extremely well maintained and as short walk to the beach. The two bedrooms were comfortable and the utility shed had everything a 7 year old would need to play on the beach. Boogie boards, sand toys, balls and everything adults need including chairs, umbrella and a wagon to pull it all. We rode our bikes to the center of Carlsbad and had great breakfast and dinners. Carlsbad is close to everything one would do in San Diego if you had an extended stay. The owners were responsive and their communication was excellent. No complaints and we'd certainly return.

Carlsbad Beach Cottage
Wonderful experience. The house was clean, cozy and very comfortable. The owners provided all the amenities we would need, including lounge chairs for the beach, beach umbrellas, and a wagon to transport it all! It even had it’s own laundry room. The outdoor place had a nice barbecue and seating area. The property is half a block away from Tamarack Beach- great for families, clean, not too busy. I would highly recommend stayin here!

This Place has Everything!
The owner of this property thought of everything for our comfort. It is the perfect half block walk from the beach with a wonderful Italian restaurant around the corner. The kids said it was one of their favorite trips! Since this is a residential neighborhood it is very quiet in the evenings.

Perfect place right next to the beach
This is a perfect place to stay when visiting the Carlsbad area. The host is very friendly and showed us the place when we arrived. It was great to have beach equipment available to use and the beach access is roughly 1/2 down the street and very easy to walk to. The place was very clean and was as expected per the photos. Would stay here again if we are in the Carlsbad area for another trip.

Perfect getaway
We had a delightful stay. The property was clean, quiet, fully equipped and in a great location near the beach. Loved the beach chairs etc that made our time on the beach comfortable. It is a short walk away from lots of great food and shopping. We would stay here again!
