Oceanfront, gorgeous view, 4th floor overlooking pool
Este condominio de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños completos cuenta con 2 espacios de estacionamiento. Lavadora / secadora en la unidad, lavavajillas, microondas, cafetera Kuerig (y cafetera de goteo regular), secadores de pelo montados en ambos baños, cama NEW KING en el dormitorio principal, cama queen en el dormitorio de invitados más sofá desplegable en la sala de estar. Chimenea eléctrica / consola multimedia recién agregada a la unidad. También tiene un colchón plegable de espuma viscoelástica de tamaño doble. La cocina esta totalmente equipada. Ropa de cama y toallas. Condominio ubicado al lado del parque frente al mar. El acceso a la playa es a través del parque, inmediatamente al sur o 4th Ave. Al norte. La puerta de la piscina que se abre a las dunas está cerrada y probablemente permanecerá de esa manera de forma permanente para proteger las cuotas. La ciudad se toma muy en serio la reconstrucción y protección de las dunas. A poca distancia de buena comida, a 4 cuadras al sur de Beach Blvd. Comcast con HBO. La unidad está en el cuarto piso y el estacionamiento es el primer piso, así que ... 3 tramos de escaleras, SIN ASCENSOR (lo siento). Lo veo como garantía de al menos un poco de ejercicio. Los inquilinos deben tener 25 años de edad o más. Ahora tenemos INTERNET. Las habitaciones tienen TV de fuego, ya que no hay salida de cable en la habitación de invitados. Acabo de comprar 2 sillas de playa con pequeñas bolsas frías y bolsas de almacenamiento, portavasos. También recogí una sala de estar con recortes para leer boca abajo, leer en la playa.

Great location with a beautiful ocean front view. Very quiet building and located close to pretty much every store and restaurant in Jax Beach. Host was very helpful and communication was great. Nice having a pool and beach option. On site parking was easy. Definitely would recommend.

The condo was in a great location- it had all the things we needed. The Owner was quick to respond and helpful!
The king bed was pretty comfortable- you do sink down but it was good. The twin beds were not so great. Things are a bit “used” but functional. The outdoor seating/ table was fabulous!
If you’re looking for bells and whistles look on, but if you want a good place in a great spot with an even better view- stay here.
They are working on the road in front so it is a bit tricky getting in but not terrible.
It has cable/ internet but was good to have cable to see Tennessee win the baseball World Series!
One parking spot is covered the other is not so that was good!

Great location and great view!! Easy access to the beach until the beach renourishment project came through, then we spent a couple of days at the pool, which we really enjoyed! The condo itself was very clean and the beds are so comfortable. It had everything we needed. We definitely got our exercise in with the stairs, but the view was worth it! I highly recommend this condo! We hope to be back someday!

We recently had a grand baby born in Jacksonville and wanted to go visit but also wanted a place to relax and enjoy the beach. This condo was absolutely perfect. The location, amenities, comfort and cleanliness were spectacular. The owner was very accommodating and reached out to answer all questions. We will definitely be back again.

Wonderful views and sounds with easy access to beach. Excellent amenities and comfortable rooms made this stay unforgettable. Felt like you had the ocean and condo to yourself as people traffic was minimal and made nice and quiet which is what we really enjoyed. A true gem!

Had a great stay with a friend and colleague while we were attending a conference nearby - lovely views and easy access to the beach :) Unfortunately, there was a very loud party in a neighboring apartment on our final (Saturday) night which went on until the early hours which meant no sleep ;(

The view and pool location/arrangement was the reason for picking this condo. That did not disappoint. The condo was clean and comfortable.
The downside was the 3 flights of steps going up to the 4th floor. The outside hallways needed a little cleaning/maintenance.
However, we had a great stay and I give the property 4 stars.

The condo is as advertised and spot on for what was promised. Clean, well maintained. View is the selling point. Can’t beat the views from the balcony over coffee or cocktails. We had a nice quiet and relaxing stay. Would definitely revisit.

First of all the owner is amazing to work with, so kind and helpful. Condo was cute and perfect for our girls trip. I loved the convenience of always having a parking spot. Now the steps (no elevator) gave us a good workout for our legs, it’s not terrible and it’s good for you! Close to grocery store, restaurants and coffee. I really enjoyed my stay and so did my friends.

We loved the views. With the sliding glass doors across the front and being on the fourth floor, the views were panoramic. There is no elevator so being on the fourth floor and having to tote groceries and suitcases was a challenge and may not be a good option for people with limited mobility. The location is perfect, On the beach with shopping and restaurants near by. The ocean is right in front of you. The ocean breeze and sounds are easily heard on the balcony or with the doors open. My family will be back.

The property is spacious and the ocean view is awesome. The condo has everything you need and more - full kitchen, washer/dryer, ample towels and toiletries, dishware, cable TV, boardgames, deck chairs/table, dining room table, and just a lot of thoughtful touches all around. Host was communicative and all instructions were clear. Onsite pool was nice and beach access is super close. Checkout tasks were very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and we're hopeful to return next year!

Check-in was easy. The place was extremely clean. We have stayed in a lot of places and this one ranks at the top of cleanliness. Nicely decorated and has a beautiful view of the ocean. Easy access to the beach. Great communication with the owner. Highly recommend.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Condo had an incredible ocean front view with everything we needed. The king bed was the most comfortable bed we have slept on during our numerous travels. Short walk to beach. Owner was very quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
