We loved this home which is perfectly located within walking distance of both the beach and shops/restaurants in Santa Barbara. Can’t beat it!

This home was spotless clean. All necessities were available to cook and the outside yard and seating area was great. We had our daughter and boyfriend over one evening to grill. It was wonderful. The location was amazing. Walking distance to the town, pier and yacht club. Everything was great!

Location is perfect. Walking distance to the waterfront and wonderful restaurants. Interior is lovely. Exterior living space is exceptional. Follow the sun all day (if you are home). You will not want for a thing here.

My family and I stayed here for three nights. The location is great. The properly is wonderful and Diane was a great host. Would stay here again.

We loved this charming Spanish colonial home! The decor is lovely and the owner has thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable. The yard is quiet and beautiful - perfect for lazy reading afternoons or just listening to the birds and eating an orange picked fresh off of the tree. The location is perfect - walking distance to the beach and the many great restaurants and shops in Santa Barbara. Off street parking is an additional amenity.

We absolutely loved our stay. Didn’t need a car since it was walking distance to everything. House is in perfect condition and Diane was alway available for assistance. Picking oranges from the tree in the backyard, comfy beds, fireplace in den, beautiful backyard..just perfect! Highly recommend, can’t wait to return again.

Loved staying here while we vacationed in Santa Barbara! The house is absolutely charming and cozy. The backyard is beautifully landscaped (including an orange tree from which to pluck fresh oranges) with comfortable seating areas on the patio to enjoy. Just a few minutes walk to the Pacific Ocean, Stearns Wharf, and many wonderful restaurant choices. Diane was a wonderful host and communicated directions and information clearly. We loved our stay here!

The house was perfect for our long weekend stay. Beautiful inside and out with exceptional gardens including an orange tree for picking.

This beautiful spinach style home was a dream. The property is clean and fully stocked with all we needed for our stay. Kitchen and bathrooms are well organized and stocked with essentials. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces which are beautifully landscaped. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The indoor living room is cozy and a plus is the fireplace. Walking distant to shopping, restaurants and wine tasting. Overall we had an amazing stay in a beautiful well loved property that felt like home.

We enjoyed a beautiful weekend in Santa Barbara at this wonderful property! The house is quintessential Santa Barbara...charmingly decorated and beautifully landscaped. You can't beat the location!The house is located on a quiet street and is within easy walking distance to the beach, excellent restaurants, the Funk Zone, and State Street. There are several outdoor sitting areas that we couldn't enjoy due to rain, but that would be lovely to enjoy with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine in warmer weather. We loved our stay at this property.

Easy to book and great location. Really appreciated the distance to the beach and state street. Great for a family vacation with the gated yard. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed staying at this charming beach cottage to write holiday cards and watch the fire in the fireplace. Diane's instructions about various aspects of the property were clear and informative. I felt very comfortable all weekend, and I'd love to return for another visit.

Great stay at this property. Was in a good location near the beach and shops and restaurants. House was 2 bedrooms, 2 double beds with 1 bathroom so suitable for a small family. Wonderful orange trees in the backyard to pick from which the kids loved. It is near a train line which is loud and goes all night with the horn - just an fyi for people staying who are light sleepers. The kitchen is small and adequate but no toaster, an old fashioned oven etc so just a heads up for people coming who are planning to cook a lot. Netflix, Disney etc didn’t work on the tv due to slow internet. Really nice neighborhood and lovely owners who had great communication. Thanks!

We had a great time. Awesome location, we were able to walk and leave the car parked the entire time. House was very clean and fully stocked. Very cute! The host Diane was great and very responsive! We would definitely stay here again.

As soon as I pulled in the driveway I was hooked. Everything was perfect - from the 'look', to the 'feel', to the location, to the ease of movement from a walking perspective. I would move in permanently in a nanosecond. My niece and I lazed on the cozy sofas, strolled to the beach for unexpected fireworks celebrating the 150th anniv of the wharf. Food was close, good and easy. Meant to much to us. Will be back for sure.

We were staying in Santa Barbara over the weekend due to our daughters Lacrosse Tournament at the Polo Fields. The location was perfect. It had everything that we needed, was exceptionally clean, and very quiet considering how close it is to the waterfront. We especially liked the backyard setting, and took a nap amongst the fruit trees, flowers and butterflies. Will definitely stay again the next time we’re in Santa Barbara.

Diane's property is comfortable, well-equipped and clean. It was a perfect base for 5 days in Santa Barbara - just a block from State Street, also from the seafront and just a few minutes' stroll into the Funk Zone. The garden is a huge bonus and we spent time just relaxing outdoors - its layout and arrangement mean both sunny and shady areas are available. Communication with the host was friendly and helpful, both before arrival and during our stay. Absolute top marks - we plan to return! Thank you Diane
