Chalet overlooking Keuka Lake in the heart of Wine Country
Con vistas a la rama oriental del lago Keuka, mi chalet en Bluff Point está a minutos de Keuka College y Norton Chapel, Garrett Chapel, Keuka Lake State Park, Esperanza Mansion y las numerosas bodegas de los senderos de Finger Lakes. Estamos en un camino privado, un terreno aislado de 5 acres con vistas que celebran el amanecer, la salida de la luna y todo lo demás. Tucked away in a quiet place in the woods. Short drive to the many breweries, wineries, and state park near by. Plenty of space for our dog to run and play.

If you are considering booking this spot for a getaway- do it!! The house and clean and well equipped for our stay. The grounds are so beautiful with lots of room for our dog to run and play. It is private and secluded, but yet it is 10-15 minutes from many things to do, such as hiking, restaurants, wineries, etc. It was the perfect place for us to relax and unwind. If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would!!

Brett was great, and the rental was exactly as advertised. It was quiet but still only a few minutes from town and a number of wineries. It's a relaxing getaway for those who need it.

The property was great and as advertised. We had trouble with water on last evening. No response from the host that evening until after 1AM, when we were all in bed. The next morning, he showed before 7:30AM to address the (well) water issue and it was addressed quickly then, but too late to give a great overall rating. The last evening was somewhat traumatic. The next morning we were leaving and all left with no shower and different breakfast than planned. The last 16 hours was terrible.

This cottage was perfect for us, and it would be good for two couples or a family. Two decks with views of the lake. Very quiet. Spotless house and grounds. Brett was very good with on-time check in and responsiveness. Great location.

If you want a quiet lovely little piece of earth you’ve found it. Lots of little critters scurrying around and tons of cardinals and blue jays.. The house was very clean and well maintained.. You have to drive back a gravel road to the house and there you are at home for your stay. But the best part your only 15 minutes away from many things to do. We will come back for sure…Brett was very helpful..

Loved the property location. Warning the unpacked road is rough, make sure you are driving a suv or you will feel the pot holes in your throat

What a great place! Perfect size for relaxing and enjoying outdoor time with our dog. Location was awesome… close enough to everything but quietly tucked away for some chill time. Brett was awesome with the booking process, check-in, and showing us around. We would definitely go back… but next time…we’d plan for a longer vacation.

Clean, comfortable, nothing too fancy. Great communication with owner do checkin. This is an excellent base for exploring Keuka and Seneca. We hiked, paddled, sipped, and enjoyed local food joints. I'd definitely return.

The property was beautiful overlooking the lake (up on a hill), we were allowed to bring our dog, which we always look for when staying some place. The home was very comfortable and relaxing with all amentities and Brett, the owner was excellent, very communicative messaging before the weekend and texting during the weekend. Thank you for a nice time away and able to explore the great region of the Finger Lakes!

Brett's property is located on a hill that has a view of Keuka Lake. His porch drips into an opening that's perfect for a family picnic and a frisbee throw during warmer weather season. During the winter months, the large sliding doors allow the morning and afternoon light to drip in to rejuvenate travelers and visitors alike. Brett was professional, welcoming, and a wonderful property host! This place is a wonderful getaway for those who need a quiet and welcoming place to soak in nature alone or with loved ones.

Pictures don’t begin to do justice to this little hidden gem, and Brett (the host) was super nice. He was quick to offer suggestions on where to go/what to do, and easy to reach if I needed him. The views are beautiful of course, but the house and property are meticulously maintained and so cozy. I loved the attention to detail from the thick fluffy bath towels to the seasonal touches; mums and pumpkins outside (I stayed in October). 100% would stay here again when I come back to the fingerlakes!

very comfortable stay and beautiful and peaceful property. Pictures are very accurate and had no problems with checkin or communication with owner. Private and somewhat hidden but close to everything. Great outdoor space and hiking trails, especially if you are traveling with a dog.

The chalet was clean and very comfortable. Loved the location and fact that it was somewhat secluded. The full moon rise over Keuka Lake that occurred during our visit was amazing. The owner, Brett, was unobtrusive and helpful when needed. We would like to stay here again the next time we are in the area and are going to check to see if the property is available first when making our travel plans.

What a great property and excellent value for the money! It worked perfectly for our family.... clean, spacious, well kept, and stocked by the owner with things you don't think about like paper towels, trash bags, etc., and gas for the grill! I highly recomend this property and will rent it again!

Our rental was clean and cozy, and had everything we needed. The property was wonderful!
The only suggestions I would say is that the bed in the downstairs room was very uncomfortable . Maybe need a new mattress. I woke up with aches and ended up sleeping on the couch. The shower is very small so if you a big person this may cause a problem. There could be more light on the outside and over the table in the living room. But, over all, we loved our stay there. It was a very relaxing and everything was close by .

A nice stay!
We found this property to be clean, comfortable and private. The yard was well kept and served as a great spot for some fetch. The owner was available for any problems (none came up) or questions. We also liked the location of the property, away from hustle and bustle, but convenient to Penn Yan, wineries, parks, ice cream and the lake.

The property and house were fantastic. We were able to bring our dogs which made it even better. The only negative part was the home owner kept showing up unannounced which made us feel uncomfortable. He was always nice, but some days it was several times a day which just made it uneasy. Perfect location in the Finger Lakes
We couldn't have picked a better location in the Finger Lakes wine country to stay with our dogs. Very quiet location on a large property with trails, but it was under 10 minutes to anything we needed. Even though it rained much of the time during our stay, the home was super cozy and relaxing and even the dogs felt right at home. Perfect location to visit multiple wineries and waterfalls within a 30 min drive and to be back there by sunset to enjoy our wines and a nice dinner at home. Brett was very laid back and responsive, and had plenty of recommendations of what to see in the area. Overall, given the home and location, a perfect 10 and a memorable trip.
