Great location

This was a Great Stay with our Grandson's as we had the beach right out the front door, and the location was great for walking to the boardwalk, arcade for the kids. and we rented bikes, about a half mile from the house for the Spring Break which was at a very low cost. the house is set up with everything we needed. thank you for letting us use your lovely home! we will be back!

Great location great views! Needs some updating and keep in mind this is bottom unit you will hear the guests above. But if you want space for large family/friends and steps to the beach. Walkable to veggie wagon and even the boardwalk if a mile is manageable its a great place!

Our 2nd stay at this nice property! Our family loved staying here. Short walk to the boardwalk and easy ride to Kure Beach pier for fishing.

Very nice, cozy and lots of room. My family loves staying in this place. You feel at home and not afraid to touch anything.

The house was clean. It was a little dated. The view was gorgeous. The dunes a little steep. Enough parking spaces. Overall, I would rate this vacation a 10.

This is our 2nd year staying here. We really enjoy the convenience, ocean front view and cleanliness. Beautiful kitchen and our unit had parking for 3 cars. Downtown is less than a 10 minute walk.

The beach house was “perfectly adequate” for our needs. Perfect location for spending family time at the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a group of 6. We wanted to get away & relax. This property allowed us to do just that. We were walking distance to whatever we needed. The home is in the perfect spot on the beach. The beach right outside the front door was not crowded at all. We would spend all day on the beach & then walk to dinner in the evening. We would definitely stay here again. The house was great! It was very clean and very well maintained. We were right on the beach with a balcony over looking the ocean. We were also within walking distance to the boardwalk. My wife is already talking about rebooking for next year!

This place was just as described and a perfect place for an extended family trip. We did have a leak from all the rain we got this weekend but the owners were very quick in getting back to us. It was very clean and check-in and check-out were very easy. We will look to stay here again.

My family came to visit from Germany and we decided to rent this property. The location was great. However, upon arrival we noticed cockroaches everywhere. Those bugs are expected here and there at the beach but this place was infested. The first evening we collected a total of 27. It was raining and the living room was floor at door and windows. Internet and TVs wouldn’t work. I contacted the owner and they said they would fix it on Friday. By Friday afternoon we were able to fix one TV and the internet. I explained that the bedroom TVs are still not working but no one ever showed up to fix them. I went fishing on Saturday and told my family from Germany not to leave because the proper owners would come and fix the issues. My family stayed there all day on Saturday and no one showed up. By that time we killed and collected over 45 cockroaches. No one was able to sleep because these huge bugs would crawl in the beds and up the walls. I wish we would have had a better experience but it was awful. It has plenty of room for a large family but it is very dirty, outdated and when it rains you will get wet in there. The roach problem is horrendous.

Loved the location! House could use some updates.but access to the beach and area restaurants made up for it for us!

This was our second year staying at this property and we LOVE it. Location is great, having a private walkway straight to beach is awesome and hosts was very friendly and responded back quickly. We will definitely be booking again!

Beachfront property worked great for our family vacation. Not fancy but we loved being able to cook some nights and also go out and enjoy some of the local places to eat. Wonderful week!

We really enjoyed our week! The house had a beautiful view, right on the beach, not too many stairs. Within walking distance of the Veggie Wagon, boardwalk, the lake and other little stores. The house had all the kitchen supplies we needed and 3 parking spaces which is important at Carolina beach!. It is an older home which we are used to but the rent was super affordable which was very important to us so it is a great value.

This was our 3rd year staying here. Always clean and the owner is very responsive. The location of the property is perfect, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, etc. Great ocean front home with an easy walk on to the beach.

The house was the perfect size for our family party of 9. We didn’t use one of the beds, so it easily could have fit 10. The location was great. We loved being on the beach, and it wasn’t crowded at all. We had a wonderful stay, and would definitely rent this property again.

I’ve never seen roaches that big in my life. Gaps and rot around the door gave them easy access. Ceiling falling in places. Exhaust bathroom fans not working and one was hanging from the ceiling. The beachfront access was the only good thing I can say. I’ll never hear the end of taking a chance on this property from my kids.

Beach front, walking disatnce from the board walk. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Enough parking. I rented the lower unit and my sister rented the upper. It made for a nice family week at the beach.

This home is open and roomy. Perfect location with a short walk to Boardwalk and restaurants. Our family had a wonderful stay.

My family came out of town to see NCs beautiful beaches (I am a native Carolinian) and we booked this house for a week. It was absolutely perfect. The house was clean and comfortable. The deck displayed beautiful views and was conveniently located. I highly recommend!! We will book again!

We have stayed multiple years at this property. It’s the perfect location, with a private walk out to the beach and it is walkable to many restaurants, the boardwalk, and the Saturday craft/farmers market at Carolina lake. The condo is always fully stocked with everything you could need and there is plenty of parking for our guests. For the location and amount of space/ bedrooms the price cannot be beat. This is not a luxury rental but rather a perfect condo for families. There is a shared kitchen and living area but with 4 bedrooms you can easily sneak away if you just want time to yourself. Being in the lower level you can sometimes hear people walking around upstairs but it certainly isn’t excessive noise and wouldn’t keep me from returning. We absolutely love our annual summer trip to the beach and this condo is why we keep returning to Carolina Beach as opposed to another location.

The owner took care of a problem we had promptly when the air conditioner went out through no fault of his. A capacitor blew on a 9 month old unit. The unit is right on the beach and the sunrise is right off the deck. Beautiful view of ocean. Boardwalk is a 10 minute walk away. Area is also easy the navigate. Highly recommend it as a family destination.

We had our large family of 10 stay for the weekend and had a wonderful time! Ample amount of room for all of us and and an easy walk to the boardwalk. Our area of beach was not overly crowded being far enough away from the other resorts but we were close enough to activities if we wanted that. We will definitely stay here again!

Property was as described correctly. Believe it to be great value, on beach plenty of room, all the pots sand pans, kitchen, beds , washer & dryer ( dryer was working but loud) all clean. We were on bottom floor, people upstairs were very nice. Would love to own this place. Only flaw was a fan in one on the bathrooms was hanging down and not functional. I’d rate the place 5 stars out of 5. Thank host Nicholas!
