The location and amenities were outstanding. Parking spot is a bit narrow but it worked for us. The beach was amazing although the stairs and/or ramp wasn’t fun.
Everything is so close by that walking was the best way to get around.

We enjoyed our stay. Although the complex was full it was quiet with respectful neighbors. Good proximity to the beach. Clean and private. I’ve stayed at multiple vacation properties. This was one of my favorites. My only suggestion was a better stocked pantry would be helpful. The kitchen had a gas range and outdoor grills but there was coffee, tea, salt and pepper. It would have been nice to add some spices and condiments.

I love, love, loved staying here. This was my first time staying at this property. The private patio area for this unit absolutely makes it! The fact that it is so close to the shops, restaurants and beach was perfect. I will definitely stay here again.

Location was awesome of this place and the restaurants and bars around it within walking distance were really great. Place was as described and had everything including the ground coffee and sugar. Would recommend it to a family of four who want the beach acces which is across the street and stuff to do at night

Our 2nd time staying in this complex, really liked the fact the unit opened to the courtyard, we were able to let the kids run around and feel they were safely contained. Fantastic location, easy walking distance to everything we needed.

Carlsbad Vacay
Great overall. Close to beach, shopping. Great food and some high quality shops, not just the cheap tourist places. Great church just around the corner we walked to. Only thing I would suggest is the TV Direct plan was pretty sparse. Paying as much as we did I would expect more channels etc. Everything in this condo was very high end and even had most of the courtyard to ourselves! Looking forward to staying again!

This property was a great find...one of the best we have stayed in. We did not get the door code until a couple hours before check-in (I'm a planner...would have preferred sooner!). The condo was perfect for our needs and exceeded our expectations.

Condo across from beach
We stayed for 2 weeks and the location can’t be beat. It is one block from the beach. You can walk the town and all it had to offer which was great. The unit was very clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. There is a patio off of the kitchen and a common grilling area for all of the units. There was never a problem when we wanted to use it, it was mostly available. I gave the overall rating 4 stars because it is a ground floor unit and there isn’t a adequate buffer from the upstairs unit. It can be quite noisy with people walking back and forth. If you don’t think you’ll mind the boom, boom from above. I would absolutely recommend.

We stayed in unit 7. Very clean and updated. King size bed and pillows were very comfy. The unit is updated with everything that you may need for your stay. Nice patio off the kitchen. Easy check in . Beach is a 3 minute walk.

Clean, safe, updated condo in the heart of Carlsbad.
While small, it is just fine for two. The king sized bed is a plus and super comfy. The living room is smallish, but adequate. The one bathroom is small, but very clean and the shower works perfectly. The kitchen is fresh and updated, with all the things you could want and lots of silverware, plates. all kinds of glasses. Look for extra towels in the kitchen cupboard. Everything you need for a comfy stay and well maintained. The communication was minimal, which was fine for us as we are quite familiar to the area, but just a heads up as there is not a lot of chit chat and checking up on you. The courtyard is super nice, the laundry very convenient. Large families can be a bit noisy above, not sure how many are supposed to be there, but they were not there too long anyway. Also, larger gatherings may reduce your turn to use the fire pit, but we were able to enjoy it some. There are not tons of rules thrown at you or tons of notes telling you what not to do, which we appreciate as intelligent adults who take good care of our space. You will enjoy this unit! Parking also is a plus! We highly recommend this unit!

Nice getaway
We had a nice getaway, great area only 1/2 block to the beach! Can easily walk to many restaurants and shops in Carlsbad village. I would highly recommend bringing a smaller vehicle as parking is really tight in space #7 but it's super close to condo and better than parking on the street. It was a little noisy at times with kids running and jumping in the upstairs unit but that's what kids do, can't blame them for having fun lol
Check in and out was simple with just a smart lock with code to unlock/lock the door, no keys. Overall, a good experience!

Very Nice Place
This is a lovely, very clean unit with a near ideal location. The kitchen is well-appointed. Sliding glass doors open from the kitchen onto a covered patio and very nice shared courtyard. The bed was quite comfortable. My only complaint with the bathroom is that it needs more racks and hooks for towels and clothing—but this is a complaint I have with most vacation rentals and hotels. I highly recommend this property. It is a good value for the location. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place in Carlsbad
My husband and I stayed in Unit #7 while visiting with my sister and family in Encinitas. The apartment fit our needs perfectly with a fully equipped kitchen and household items. The bed and linens were very comfortable and all necessities were supplied. Loved that our unit was right off the courtyard and across from the laundry facilities. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again.

We’ve been coming here for 12-15 years. Nice rental, beautiful grounds. Common area is great too. While the apartments are small, the outdoor area has plenty of seating. Get your plans figured out early, a place like this books up fast.
