Perfect for what we needed.

This was the perfect small place for three ladies to spend a wonderful end of summer few days at the beach - location couldn't have been easier to get to the beach and Melissa was super responsive! Worked well for a few friends, but would also be super convenient for a small family!

Wonderful stay at this property! Safe, quiet and central location, easy beach block access to ocean. Newly and lovingly renovated, clean and comfortable. Owner was thoughtful, friendly and responsive. Hope to be back again next year!

We absolutely loved our stay in this perfect vacation getaway. It’s located on a beach street so its a quick walk to the ocean. Prime location with plenty of local shops, mini-golf, restaurants and ice cream. The house is clean, air conditioned, and with an outdoor shower etc., and felt safe and private. We would definitely stay here again.

Great communication, walking distance to the beach, would stay again.

My family and I stayed for a night for a wedding in the area and it provided what we needed. We couldn’t get the air conditioning to work during the day but the place cooled down a lot at night.

Not a ton to say--the property is nice, well-maintained, and comfortably slept four (two adults, two kids 10 and under). It's a block from the beach, so the location is perfect. The owners were communicative and friendly. I would stay there again.

I was looking for a last min getaway much needed beach trip for my family and I and this trip exceeded our expectations! The owners were always avail for communication and open and helpful… they were so courteous and although there was an issue with the air in the rental they let us stay on their main property which was beautiful just as beautiful as the rental… and then they extended the checkout for the “inconvenience” wow… the neighborhood was beautiful it was steps from the beach and beautiful shops. We couldn’t ask for more my only regret was not staying longer but we plan to make this a regular vacation go to stay at this specific place our experience was so wonderful.☺️

My partner and I stayed and had a lovely time; very close to the beach and right by Farias surf shop as well. Hosts were very quick at responding as well.

Perfect little condo for my Wife and I. About a 5 minute walk from our door to when we were sitting on the beach. David and Melissa were very helpful and had great communication when we had any questions. Definitely recommend it!

This property is very well maintained. It was clean and airy. There were plenty of linens available and the kitchen was stocked well with plenty of plates and serving ware. The owner was attentive through out the entire process and made sure to reach out at checkin and checkout. It exceeded our expectations and we will certainly rent it in the future.

It was a quick stay for us and really enjoyed our stay. Ample parking, great places to eat that are walking distance as well as a quick drive down the road. Sunrise views at the beach and sunset views at the bay all within a block of each other… Will be back.

The title says it all. This property is located just a few houses away from the beach, near food and entertainment, and provided everything my wife and I needed to enjoy a weekend at the shore. The property manager was very friendly, and provided great communication with timely responses. Finding on street parking was not an issue during our stay. I gave this property and the owners 5 stars because they really gave you everything you needed to enjoy LBI.

We booked last minute for a getaway before school. This house and location were amazing! We were close to the beach, mini golf, arcade, shopping and food. The house itself was perfect for sleeping 4 adults and 2 kids comfortably. It had everything we needed for our short trip and everything was new and clean. We loved our getaway!

Less than a block to the beach! Great renovated space. Perfect for a couple or, like us, a couple plus one child. Everything was clean. Melissa is very friendly! (Didn't get a chance to meet David; maybe next time!)

We were looking to get back tit eh beach for a few more days before the summer ended. This could t be a more perfect spot. Great for small families who want to be close to the beach. Apartment had everything we needed. Can’t wait to go back for a fall weekend. Thanks to our amazing hosts.

This home was perfect for my daughters and I to have a nice long weekend getaway. The house is adorable, clean, and super close to the beach! The owners were great to work with.

Only a few houses off the beach, this newly renovated house was perfect for our family of four to get away for a few days. The property was clean and the owner was more then accommodating. The only con is there is no yard to sit out side and eat or just hang out.

A last minute opportunity arose to vacay in LBI so we went for it! Owner just put the house on the rental market in late June, so by then most people had made their summer plans and there was still availability this summer. We looked back in January in LBI and Ocean City, NJ and everything we looked at wasn’t available. My daughter just happened to look a few weeks ago out of the blue and voila! Jackpot! It was small but there were only 4 of us, and with the outdoor shower no one was waiting to get ready. Also new and clean and efficient and VERY close to beach, great location and walking distance to Joe Pop’s, dollar store, Ferrara’s bakery and Hartland mini golf! The owners are super friendly and right there if you need anything. Great find!

Located in Ship Bottom right near Farias Surf Shop, this quaint home was the perfect space for my husband and I when we had the misfortune of testing positive for Covid and needing to quarantine from other family members while on vacation. The house is conveniently located within a short walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The floor was a little sandy when we first moved in, but that was an easy remedy with the broom and dustpan in the storage closet. There are some other quirks, like one kitchen drawer won’t open unless the oven door is also opened due to spacing, and one of the kitchen cabinets hits up against a hanging light when it’s opened. I also recommend the owners replace the mattress on the pullout couch (it is thin, worn out and you can feel every single spring). Despite the quirks, it’s a great space. The upstairs loft provides open air space to relax and sleep. The outdoor shower is great for rinsing after a day on the beach. (Note to owners: hooks in the outdoor shower for towels would be a handy addition!) Note to renters: bring your own sheets, towels, and paper goods.

The hosts were quick to answer any questions and very nice and accommodating! They even offered to give up their parking spot if we couldn't find a spot. The house was clean and quiet nice neighborhood. Very good experience !
