We’ve been here before and will be here again! Always a good time.

Overall, our stay was great! This location is perfect for families or larger groups. There was plenty of room for our group of 8 adults. We spent most of our time down at the Tiki Bar and dock. Location is fairly quiet and not too far from beach bars, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Also a good place to fish and swim. Highly recommend if looking to get away from the city.

Appreciated the early check in to be picked up by boat from the dock. Not always feasible but the owner let us get in early

It was a beautiful house on the lake that had plenty of beds and easy to find. We had a relaxing weekend with no stress! Thanks for the hospitality!

We rent this cottage every year for our family thanksgiving get together. Great location and great convenience for sleeping many people. The boat lift and dock area is a bonus for fishing.

You won’t beat the bar and dock area for hanging out. If you are looking for something close to downtown this is not it but once you are here you won’t want to leave. Great place to sit hangout and swim.

We returned for another stay at this perfectly located home and it did not disappoint. We love the tiki bar and we loved the remodel in the bathroom. We will see you next year.

We loved the tiki bar, the boat dock/lift and the location of the house. It accommodated 4 adults well. Loved how easy the check in/check out process was. The property management group was extremely responsive! We enjoyed our trip and were sad to leave! Can't wait to go back!

Great location. Outside bar and area and grill were perfect for us. 2 families came and a total of 6 kids ages 3-16 and they loved the dock! Downstairs has so much sleeping for kids. Only con for this VRBO is the two beds upstairs could definitely use the management spending the $199 for a bed in a box of Amazon bc they are so uncomfortable.

We had the best time with family ( who live across the street) Perfect location, close to everything, accommodates several, and the fish were biting!! Love the new updates to the bathroom. This was our third stay here and will definitely be back!

Great location with proximity to family. With only one step up into the home, our grandparents were also able to come visit for a bit. Very cute!

Rented the place for a bachelor party of 10 guys all 28+. Private cove to swim in with its own dock if you wanted to rent a boat for multiple days. The outdoor bar is amazing. We spent all of our nights out there watching sports and relaxing. Bugs were easy to control and the fan kept us cool even for Missouri in august. The house had beds for everyone.

House was in a great location, close to many activities. Loved the tiki bar and swimming was great, would recommend having a lilli pad for guests to use in the water. There was adequate seating for our group of 11. The 5 kids loved the bunk beds. Kitchen was adequate, but large fry pan had burnt food on it, not able to use. Otherwise, kitchen was stocked okay. Downside - there was NO extra bedding at all. Because of our large group we had to use the pull out couch and there were no sheets or blankets at all. Would highly recommend extra bedding be available. Also, the outside grills were horrible and in bad shape. Overall we really enjoyed this house, the view was fantastic, very quiet neighborhood, and a great location.

The house was actually better than advertised. Very spacious and plenty of room for two families. Kids loved the bunk beds. It was clean and everything you could need was available. The tiki bar was great for dinner and drinks by the lake. The location was perfect. Nearby store, and restaurants. We had a great time.

We rented this house for my bachelorette party and it was hands down amazing! House was perfect, fit all of us with plenty of spots to sleep. The house is in a great location with friendly neighbors. We rented 2 boats on the 4th and the captains were able to pick us up right on the deck with was a plus. The outside bar was great, such a great additional hangout spot. This house is located 5-8 minutes from the grocery store and we could run there every morning if needed. Terri was responsive before our stay and during. Overall great time and would book again.

Overall we had a great stay at this property. The dock and bar area we so fun to hang out on. We loved the decks to sit on in the morning and relax. Our biggest complaint was the cleanliness. This house needs a major deep clean, only surface cleaning is done between guests. The beds are not comfortable and the two upstairs are full size not queen.

Home matched pictures and description. Quiet neighborhood. Little traffic. Gocery store 5 minutes away. Osage shopping about 30 minutes away. Outside of shower doors and upstairs bathroom tiles need to be cleaned. Other than that, house was clean.

Great location.

We frequently book VRBO rentals, and are very thorough with questions before we commit. This house has a lot of potential if whoever is managing it can look it over before it is being rented. I asked about the gas grill before booking, and was told it had propane, and we shouldn't need to bring any. I was also told there is a charcoal grill somewhere on the property. Great! We get to the rental, which is missing an address post btw (probably from the firetruck backing into the driveway), and there are no curtains or blinds in one of the bedrooms, the kitchen, and THE ONLY SHOWER upstairs. I called the manager and she says, "Well, its just the two of you, so you won't be using that bedroom anyway, right?" We figured the windows or the paint were new, and they forgot to put the blinds back up. I put trash bags on the lower part of the uncovered windows. The gas grill outside has not been used in a long time as it has holes in the main grates, and the temporary grates are all rusted out. There was a charcoal grill that we found, but it too had seen better days, and the grate was rusted out. Management did bring a $20 grill for us to use the next day, when they brought a new coffee pot, as the one that was there would not drain the hot water over the coffee. This place needs a plumber! The main bathroom upstairs has issues. The faucet sprays water everywhere when you turn it on and the bathtub does not drain. You stand in water while showering. The beds are full size and uncomfortable. We did not have any wash cloths to use in the kitchen, and the pots and pans were dirty with stuck on food. It was nasty. We got no response from management after sending pictures via email. I called to find out what the check out procedures were as they did not list any. They said at that time that they hoped we had a good time even though things were amiss, and that they would credit us somehow. I have not heard anything as of yet, and have been home 2 days. If these things are all corrected, then I would go back. It is very pretty on the deck, and is in a quiet neighborhood. I hope the next door neighbor, who was whisked away in an ambulance is okay.

Some of the sheets didn’t seem to be properly washed but other than that, it was a great property and I enjoyed my stay!

FANTASTIC:- Great view of the lake.- Well kept surrounding neighborhood. - Very nice house layout with open kitchen living room area. JUST A FEW SMALL DINGS:- No entry code sent prior to checking in. Quicky remedied with an email- Super sweet bar area outside was a huge draw for us. We brought an electric heater (cold weekend) and had a great time out there. That said, gas grill was super dirty/run-down. Could not use. The bar area was generally pretty dirty/clunky but it didn't stop us from using the area and having a great time. - One of the bunk beds (which clearly has not been slept in for a long while) had visible dust and litter on it. Dings aside, this is an overall fantastic property and we had a fantastic stay!
