We had a wonderful stay for spring break, was very close to the beachfront, and very easy for our children to access the water while we monitored their activity. Very well stocked home, nice bathrooms, wonderful kitchen, plenty of space for two families with children.

We truly enjoyed our stay here, and the owner could not have been more kind, available, and gracious. We wanted to find a home we could literally step out of the house and into sand on, and this was literally exactly that! Our days and nights were filled with pure joy, imagination, shell-searching, and the complete epitome of peace. We cherished that sweet break from reality and already look forward to returning ♥️

Views were actually better than advertised. Spectacular. Neighborhood is quiet, beautiful, and first rate. We would definitely stay again.

This was our first trip to Edisto and we picked the perfect beach house to enjoy our stay. The house is beautiful and the location is ideal! It was a wonderful week! Thank you for sharing your home with us (and our pup). We hope to be back soon!

Our overall stay was okay but not great. My communication was excellent with the owner Angela and check in and check out was easy. Our disappointment came with the condition of the rental property itself. The porch on the lowest level had way too many items out that cluttered the space. The hammock got in the way of parking. There were dried up plants just sitting around and the mat by the faucet was old and broken to pieces. On the second level deck the porch was cluttered with old furniture and a floor mat that was so frayed it looked as if it would disintegrate if it was picked up plus there was sand all over the porch. The bedrooms were packed so tight with furniture it was difficult to move but it was very nice to have a bathroom with each bedroom. The master closet could not be opened all the way because a nightstand was blocking the door on one side. The wood floors on the lower level were worn down to raw wood and were not clean. The family room was, again, crammed with heavy leather furniture that was too big for the space and the rug under the coffee table was saturated with sand. The downstairs was dark and did not give off a happy beach vibe. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed to prepare meals which was very appreciated. It is unfortunate that the interior did not match the exterior or the location (which was wonderful). This space has so much potential if it was just decluttered and some fresh paint added.

Our family of 8 stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and had PLENTY of room. We were a bit nervous about the duplex since we’ve only rented entire houses before. I must say our experience was fantastic! We never heard a peep from the other unit and it truly felt like we were staying in an entire house. The owner was easy to communicate with and even left us a beach bag as a welcome gift (we use VRBO frequently and have never received a welcome gift). Stay at the Seafarer - you’ll love it!

Outstanding vacation home! Great views, perfect location, well kept home, plenty of space. Loved the upstairs deck! Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The house was gorgeous. Plenty of room for the whole family. Lots of extras. Home is located right on the beach. We enjoyed our stay and will be planning another one on the fall. Owner was extremely helpful with all.of questions. Just a great stay. Our family love it!

We had a FANTASTIC time. Angela was a fantastic host. The house had everything we needed and some things I wasn't expecting. We even brought out dogs and she was so kind as to leave a little something special for them too. Angela was very responsive and easy to work with. We also enjoyed Edisto Beach. The weather was great, not too hot. It wasn't crazy crowded like some beaches. Just a nice relaxed atmosphere. I would absolutely stay here again.

Seafarer A was a terrific place to relax and just enjoy our vacation — great house, perfect weather, good food — it doesn’t get much better than this! We needed a quiet week and that’s exactly what we got. Angela was a wonderful host, very responsive and kind as well. If we go back to Edisto, we’ll definitely stay here again!

One of the best experiences I’ve had with VRBO rentals. Owners were great to work with, house was better than the pictures or description. They even left a goodie bag for our fur baby. Would use them again and highly recommend.

My family of 6 adults and 4 children throughly enjoyed our stay. Right on the beach and plentiful amenities. We’ve rented other houses in the past at Edisto but this one is absolutely the best! We got to meet the owners, Angela and Greg , they are so kind, friendly and very hospitable. We’ll be there next year!❤️

The Seafarer rental on Edisto was very nice, especially since we had so many with us with all our kids and all their kids...and everyone had a place to sleep and there was adequate parking. Of course, the view was fantastic and with the angle of the shoreline we weren't blinded by the sun half of the day. I think the house could use a second refrigerator though as it was full to the bursting with 7 days of ready made meals for 15 people (with very little options for eating out we prepared most of our food in advance...we mom's wanted a break too from endless cooking!) And the ice maker wasn't working which was a bit of a drag when it was close to 100 degrees while we were there. Great communication and they returned several items that we left promptly without complaint. We'd rent there again!

The house was a great place to vacation. Very well stocked. I appreciated the stainless steel pans and glass left over dishes. The gated deck was perfect for the dogs. Having 4 bathrooms was great. For a family with all ages the layout for the house was ideal. Kids sleeping upstairs could not hear the activity downstairs and those downstairs could not hear the baby crying at 3 in the morning. For a similar group we would definitely come again.

The Seafarer was a complete treat! We were a group of 10 ladies, looking to get away and reconnect and this house was absolutely perfect!!!! Angela, was so nice and easy to communicate with, couldn't of asked for a better host! I hope to come back and stay again soon!

We loved our stay in Edisto for Spring Break. Angela was very accommodating and communicative. The house was in the best location. Super close to the grocery store and steps to the beach. Being on the beach was so convenient with the kids and dogs…we could easily go back to the house for naps and food. The house has rooms upstairs and downstairs with plenty of beds (which having kids and multiple families made this so convenient for us). The parking was convenient and enough room for 4 cars (we had two trucks and 2 suvs with no issues parking). We look forward to staying here again. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the plates, glassware, and cookware you could possibly need. Highly recommend if you’re looking to stay on the beach in Edisto and bring ur fur babies along with your kids :).

Great property steps away from beach. Great sun deck to enjoy the day and to past the day away if you don’t want to get sandy.

We had 8 people in our group 4 teens and 4 adults. There was something for everyone to do and enjoy. The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Edisto is absolutely amazing and peaceful. The owners made the process very easy and streamlined. I can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful long weekend at the Seafarer. The house was well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen and a beautiful master bath. Angela, our host, communicated well and was very accommodating. The house is very close to the beach with a private access just out the back. Sunsets and sunrises are both viewable from the porch. We took several trips to Botany Bay and enjoyed the wildlife and views. We'll stay here again.

this was our 12th year of Christmas vacation for me and my girlfriend and her kids and grandkids as well as my 2 godsend. The home is fantastic. The kitchen is very modern but welcoming and huge. 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 upstairs. All have very nice updated bathrooms. Did I mention that the beach is 10 steps from back deck. Plenty of parking. 2 grills. Just an awesome place to be

We were delighted upon arrival and were comfortable in the cozy warmth through our whole weekend. The spacious and stocked kitchen made meal preparation for our crowd a pleasure. It was such a treat to eat together in the dining room, while enjoying the beautiful ocean view. The weather was warm and perfect for long walks on the beach and even a little wave jumping for the kids. One of our highlights was rinsing in the outdoor shower and then resting in the hammock. The living area and porches were the perfect spot for catching up or curling up for a movie or good book. The beds and baths were luxurious. We can’t wait to return and can’t recommend any higher. My friends and I had a great stay at this property! Angela made checking-in easy and was very prompt with communication. The property is well kept and the location is beautiful. We enjoyed the Sun & Moon rises each day as you have a front row seat to both over looking the Atlantic :). Edisto is also a hidden gem, the quiet town was just what we were looking for in a nice get away with plenty of activities to offer. We had golf at the plantation course which is a great track. Good food at the Seacow Eatery, Whaley's & Ella & Ollie's. We also went for in-shore fishing charters and were impressed with the amount of fish we were able to catch and the hospitality of our guide Brian. Would highly recommend Edisto Island and staying at the SeaFarer for your nice quiet beach get-away!

The ocean is your back yard! You can just go in and out with ease and has a large outdoor shower which is great for kids. Lots of space, large full kitchen, bathroom for every bedroom. Easy process, great owners!
