Newly Updated 2BR/2BA, Short Walk to Beach w/ Heated & Chilled Pool
Ubicación, ubicación, ubicación .... libro 'dunas Edge' y estar a medio camino entre Coligny Circle y los pinos del mar Puerta al mar ... La casa tiene nueva encimera de granito, 2 plana pantalla de alta definición de televisión (una de ellas 46 ') y nuevos Pisos en toda. Es un paseo fácil a la playa, se encuentra cerca de la piscina, y es muy privada!
No está reservada de aparcamiento en la puerta principal de esta villa de la tercera fila! Esta unidad de arriba, extremo muy privada está tan bien amueblada que usted se sentirá como en casa. La cocina es bastante grande, así que si te gusta cocinar mientras estás en la playa se quedará impresionado con el tamaño y las citas.
En cinco minutos, se puede caminar a uno de los rincones más bellos de la playa de la isla. Es el lugar donde se encuentra el último soporte del salvavidas por lo que puede unirse a la diversión hasta la playa o disfrutar de la playa menos concurrida por debajo de nuestro acceso Alder Lane. Tenemos motos de playa del hotel. Los famosos carriles bici Hilton Head se ejecutan en las cuatro direcciones de nuestra villa. Hay excelentes instalaciones públicas como entras en la zona del paseo marítimo y el acceso a la piscina y restaurantes "Poolbar Jims", por lo que tienen que pagar el día sin tener que regresar a la villa. También puede caminar o en bicicleta a restaurantes y actividades en Coligny Circle o puede estar en el mar Pines Ocean Gate en unos 5 minutos!

We loved our stay at Donna's property in Hilton Head. She was super communicative and easy to work with. The place was even nicer than in the pictures. The pool was great and the beach was a nice 5-7 minute walk down the lovely shaded pathways throughout the island. Definitely would stay here again!

Very clean property, amenities just as described, kitchen well stocked in case you are missing anything. Extra towels and blankets for us. Bunk beds worked well for the kids. Extra beach supplies were included on the patio which helped a ton. The beach access was an easy walk and had lifeguards and rental chair/umbrella available. Nice pool with the complex. Was a great trip.

This was the perfect rental for our family's week at Hilton Head. The unit was clean, uncluttered, and nicely decorated. Our kids loved having easy access to the pool. The location was convenient to Coligny Plaza, the public playground, and Sea Pines. It was an easy walk to the beach, and compared to other units this size, it was very reasonably priced. We will look for this rental again the next time we visit HHI.

My husband and I really enjoyed our seamless 12 night stay in G2 at The Dunes. The property is just a little bit “off the beaten path” which made for a very nice quiet & relaxing spot with very easy access to the beach, walking/biking trails, the property pool and church. The condo owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall a very positive experience! We look forward to returning!

We had a great time. The host was very helpful prior to our stay. We found one of the best attributes of the property was its location. We rode bikes everywhere and really enjoyed the beach, shops, restaurants and all the other great places.

We loved staying at this cozy condo with easy (and pleasant!) beach access. The space was perfect for our family. Donna was always prompt and thorough in communicating with us. We hope to return!

This vacation was well needed and a long time coming. My husband and I are avid retired travelers So we chose HHI to get our feet wet and return to action! The property is a well kept upstairs unit that fit us perfectly. It was clean, quiet , cozy and comfortable. The short walk to the beach makes this property an ideal location. The host, Donna, was stellar in communicating with us, as hurricane Ivan decided to show up on the day we were due to leave (go figure). Donna reached out, we made the necessary adjustments and it ALL worked out! She was my calm in the storm. Without a doubt I would stay here again on our next visit. Thank you Donna for making our first visit to your island an enjoyable one.

Everything we needed
We had a wonderful trip and our accommodations were exactly what we needed. We are family of 6 and it was a perfect size for us. The pool was right across from our condo and the beach was a super quick, easy walk. The condo had all of the amenities that we needed. Will definitely stay here again!

Best location and beautiful new upgrades
This was our third stay at this condo, and of course it was amazing. The upgrades were beautiful and well done. We all loved the big newly updated shower. The condo somehow appeared bigger this time, maybe from the new kitchen table and appliances.
You can’t cannot beat the location to the beach and Coligney shopping. We will be back again! Thank you for another perfect stay!

Very Pleasant
Everything was clean. Instructions were clear. The property was quiet - only a few others at the pool, and a couple of times, it was just my family. The walk to the beach was short and shaded. We enjoyed our stay!

What a fantastic place for a family! The unit is clean and very thoughtfully put together. Laundry and dishwasher on site allowing for less luggage and fresh meal prep. Short walk to the beach and a great pool to relax in after dinner.

We had a wonderful time and the property was better than expected. Sparkling clean which is a must for me. Bigger than in the pictures too! Great pool access for the kids. The walk to the beach was more like 10min but also very convenient. The wagon helped us tremendously! Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Location
Our family had a comfortable stay in this refreshed condo. The location is as good as it gets without being ocean front, only a short walk across the road to the beach. This condo is an upstairs unit with another condo below and one across. Our stay was quiet, but we were the only family in the building. Only downside is tight parking. It is what it is, but very tight for big SUVs. We plan to go back for years to come.

Love HHI! This property was a great location for us. Short & manageable walk to the beach. The property was a little dusty (particularly the cookware, serve-ware, & dishes) assumingely due to recent updates. We would stay here again.

Awesome Stay!
Donna was great and efficient in the process. Her property was very comfortable, convenient, and awesome. I would recommend highly. HHI IS THE GREATEST PLACE ON EARTH.

Great budget property
Very convenient location to the beach, restaurants and shopping. This property has everything small family needs to stay and prepare food. I found matrasses to be a bit hard (but you may like it). Overall we are happy with this property.

We selected this villa for the proximity to the beach and it did not disappoint! Short, mostly shaded walk made easy with a beach wagon. Everything overall was very clean, had a small hiccup with the coffee maker that the owner promptly responded to - much appreciated. Check in & out were smooth, kitchen well stocked. This was the perfect size for my family of 4. Thank you for sharing your lovely place!

The kitchen is decently stocked and the downstairs covered porch provides adequate space for beach carts, etc. The double bunkbeds are great for the kiddos. Short walk to beach. The pool is slightly smaller than some other villas that we have stayed at in the past but centrally located to all units and it was never crowded. The parking lot is tight but that is clearly explained in description and we managed just fine.

Great location
Everything was well stocked in the kitchen. Pretty much any utensil/pan you needed was available. The beds were very comfortable. It was just a short walk to the beach. A very relaxing, clean, quiet place to stay.

Property was in a great location about 0.5 miles from the beach. Was in a good location for accessing shops, restaurants, and bike rentals. May be a little tight if you plan to spend a bunch of time indoors, but perfect for a place to enjoy the beach and rest your head.
