This property was the perfect place to accommodate my friends and I. There was a group of 9 of us but this place can fit 10 total. Everything was modern and looked really nice. Everyone had its own thermostat so you can adjust to your liking. Location was just a 2 minutes walk to the shuttle as well so didn't have to walk too far. Would highly recommend this place!

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Being able to go directly to the house was very convenient. The only issues we had was there was no parking permits or hot tub fobs waiting for us. They delivered the parking permits but we had to go pickup the hot tub fobs. Otherwise, we loved the house and hope to get it again!

We had 4 adults and 5 kids staying during Spring Break, and this was a perfect place to accommodate our families. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and spacious, there were a variety of games and books available for entertainment, and there were just about every type of cooking gadget/pot/pan/utensil you could want or need available. It was a quick and easy drive down to Mountain House for our kids’ ski lessons and equally as easy to get to River Run.
I would definitely stay here again in the future.

This vacation rental had everything we needed for our stay! The pool was a little confusing to get to as on the map we thought we could get there by road but it was actually a walking path. The kids loved the pool and hot tub! However, I would call to have the pool uncovered before you get there as it sometimes takes a while and if you’re with kids it can be hard to keep them out while they wait! Overall we were very pleased and would rent here again!

This is our second time renting from SCMR. Both times we were in 1337 Tennis Townhome. Loved everything about working with SCMR. The booking process, pricing, their customer service (extremely prompt and personal); the condo unit itself (very well stacked with normal stuff a unit should have but also had every kitchen utensil or gadget you would want and a ton of spices!!!) There is a smart TV. Unit is very clean and well maintained. Condo is very close to Mountain House west and has shuttle service. There is also a free parking lot nearby that we used to park and then shuttle to the slopes. Close to Good restaurants and grocery stores. I would recommend this unit/SCMR since we definitely plan on coming back here again.

We usually go to Telluride or Park city and decided to try Keystone. This tennis condo place was great. Super clean and bright. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. Was a great place for our senior and 8th grader to have their own space. I used the tennis club down the road and the grocery store wasn’t too far. We didn’t make it to ski the mountain but enjoyed the scenery. They made it very easy to check in and out and texted us throughout to make sure we were taken care of.

Very nice and clean place
One of the nicest places I’ve stayed at. Very infant, child, teen, and adult friendly. Was impressed with all the infant necessities as well as the variety of games for everyone. The place was very clean and had everything you needed. The pool and hot tub was also awesome. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here if we come back again.

Spacious, inviting and bedding that is divine. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back again. The pool was warm and the hot tub so relaxing- the phone to get the cover off was broken but we were able to contact Keystone Guest Services by cell and they arrived pretty quickly. Note to future guests - there is a pool of water that gets no sun in front of the entry way that freezes if you visit in winter. Make sure to check the community dumpster for salt/ sand to put down! Also- there is an incredibly angry owner in unit 1339 and you should beware to absolutely not park in front of his unit. The parking instruction say it is OK to park in any space as long as you have your parking pass (which I had clearly displayed) but when I parked there for a short time as it was the only spot open he was taking pictures of my vehicle- when we went out to apologize he started screaming curse words at us saying he was sick of people parking in "his spot" (not labeled as such). He was yelling at my elderly mother who he thought was the one that parked there! Other than that, we had the most wonderful vacation and stay with family and friends and everything about the condo was beautiful. They have anything you would need! Thank you!

We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years so when my family of 8 describes this lodging facility at keystone as "the best" we really mean it! The title holds true to every step—starting at reservation to the actual stay to check out. Making reservation was easy and along the way all my questions were answered promptly. During the stay I was able to get my needs met via texts...so easy! SCMR has the best reps!
Check-in instructions were clear and easy that it made our arrival late at night with little kids easy and stress free. The Digital Guide Book sent by SCMR was the best. It had all the info at the tip of my fingers plus I could download it on my phone for easy access. I couldn’t praise the Tennis Townhome unit enough. It was amazingly well stocked with cooking utensils--we found everything we needed--and believe me, we cooked a lot! They even had all the spices we needed!! Condo was very well stocked with toiletries and cleaning supplies. Beds were really comfortable and clean—loved their comforters—nice and warm. We found tons of linen that we never ran out of it....Enjoyed using the Huge washer and dryer to meet our family's needs. Ohh, I must mention the numerous board games that kept our children busy in the evening. The townhome is minutes from the mountain house base and there were two stops (for Keystone transportation to the slopes) close to the unit.

Enjoyable stay
Great ski vaca with multi generation family. Age ranges from 1 to 70; we fit comfortably. Place was very spacious and cleanly. Rented a pack and play for the baby with quick response. Lots of games to enjoy. Fully stocked kitchen to include a fondue pot that we used a few times. Kids really enjoyed the outdoor pool; adults enjoyed the hot tub. Pool towels were inconsistent, so we would hoard them when available. Bus service available to Keystone, fairly consistent. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would come back.

Had all the amenities we could have wanted and needed. Nice TV in most spaces, games to enjoy etc. Close to everything. Very nice property!

Perfectly accommodated my family of 10. Even was prepared for the baby. Plenty of kitchen ware and room to relax. To top it off, the view was incredible. 10/10 recommend

This summit county retreat was perfect for our getaway! It has been recently updated and was very nice! Loved the fact that there were 2 king beds! Kitchen was well stocked with all our needs! Lots of windows to see the outdoors! You can see the mountains from the back view!
There wasn’t a balcony or patio to enjoy the view but could sit at kitchen table with door open to enjoy views! Conveniently located to Lake Dillon and Breckenridge!

This property was perfect for our two family vacation. Everything we needed was included and the townhome was beautiful and comfortable. We can’t wait to stay here again when we visit Colorado in the future.

Just what I wanted!
The perfect getaway! Loved that I could bring my dog and the pool was a short walk away down a pretty path (open again as of may 28). The townhome was exactly as described, very nice and clean with beautiful features. Plenty of space for 10 people.

This place is really nice. The beds are comfy, Kitchen is awesome and well-stocked. The owner should add into the description that they have a crockpot and instant pot which was great. Would stay here again. The pool and hot tub are closed due to COVID but looked nice when we walked past.
One note the property management company. They were supposed to give us 2 parking slips but only gave us one. We contact them and they said to come by the office and get a second which is no big deal but when we go there their door is closed and you have to knock for someone to come out. Again would not be a big deal but it is in a tiny hallway and there were multiple families in the hallway waiting. They were really slow and it was really uncomfortable with COVID going on. Also, they told me they would have the pass ready and did not. It was like I never had reached oouot. They could do this better.
