Friendly staff and busy atmosphere. Very comfortable bed.

No WIFI during first evening. This was not the Hotels fault as road works outside Hotel had cut through telephone cables. This was rectified the very next day. Would prefer a shower and not a wet room (Room126).

We had a really warm welcome in the night 01.30h 19 till 20 January, with our dog.

Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Badezimmer war sauber und die Dusche war perfekt.

Das Zimmer hatte keinen eigenen Mülleimer. Es gab keinen Schrank oder Regal.

Would be nice to have some additional table or closet for clothes and other things. There was only 3 hangers and it wasn't enough to hang jackets and other clothes. Lot of our things were just lying on the room floor. Cleaning service came before checkout time to knock on the door for cleaning and even opened the door, because we didn't realize to put the do not disturb sign on the door. It's good rooms are cleaned, but I found it disturbing that the cleaning staff came around 10 o'clock in the morning.

was told i could check out 1 night early and not be charged i changed my flight and was then told sorry i would be charged to the early check out still what a joke will never stay here again if they can not be honest with their guest

The hotel is very welcoming, very modern, clean and comfortable. I had everything I needed, maybe except small detail, bottle opener would be handy for the water bottle available in the room. Breakfast was delicious!

Break feast should be improved - poor coffee, sausages and scrambled eggs have no taste - no bread variety - very much sugar oriented, not healthy Cheap does not help - increase price and get better quality ingredients!

The location was perfect for the Heinerfest and transportation. Most f the staff were pleasant and accommodating. I didn't get her name but she was wonderful, from Italy. The 24-hr bar is great!

The rooms were way too small in comparison to the other Moxy locations. We are a family of 4 and there were no family rooms. The rooms are overpriced and should all include the continental breakfast which was also overpriced for the small selection.

Nice "space theme" design, exceptionally clean, friendly staff...

This is a great hotel, all in "space" style, which is very appropriate when visit the European Space Agency's ESOC next door! Staff is very friendly and helpful.
