We have been staying at this same condo for about 5 yrs.
We love the location, the spacious condo and amenities.
We saw some "upgrades" this year, as a new refrigerator, stove , micro. Very nice!
The only observation is that the 2 queen size beds need updated mattresses .. occupants complained they kept rolling inward into each other. Also for first time, we used the sofa bed in living room. It had not been properly cleaned [popcorn,etc in bed] Threre were no extra linens.
Our stay overall was GREAT! These minor details did not deter from enjoying this fabulous condo. We look forward to staying again next year for our "family trip"

The only negative thing I can say about our stay was the mildew smell in the master bathroom when we first got there but nothing unmanageable. We just made it a point to keep the fan on for a while after showering. The size of the condo and proximity to the beach were wonderful. All the extras Lynn supplies was very helpful especially all the stuff for the beach. My family of 5 had an amazing time for our first visit to Siesta Key Beach.

This condo was in a great location and had everything we needed. The building was the closest to the beach and was also next to one of the two pools; this made it super easy and convenient if we ever needed to go back while at the beach/pool. I really appreciated having beach towels, a wagon, cooler, chairs and beach toys there to use since we flew and couldn’t bring any of that with us. Lynn was very responsive when we reached out and made us feel very comfortable during our stay!

Let me start off by saying that the owner of this condo was amazing! She was always a phone call or text message away for anything we needed. The grounds of the condo complex were kept immaculate, the beach was beautiful, powder white sand and the water was clear and blue.
However, there were some issues during our stay. But, the owner was quick to respond and rectify the situation.
Some things I think other potential renters should know:
The condos themselves are old. They need to be updated badly! It had everything we needed, but just know, it is a very dated unit.
Also, there is no washer and dryer inside the unit. During our stay, the dryer on our floor was broken. So that meant we had laundry hanging everywhere in the unit, to try to dry it. That was a pain, but it worked out ok. We tried a few more floors, but those dryers did not work either.
Also, it’s advertised as sleeping 7, but the sofa bed was broken. Luckily, I brought a floor futon mattress with us just in case. If not, my son would’ve been sleeping on a couch for a week. Again, it all worked out, but I just wanted to let others know.
Most importantly, the owner was awesome. The beach was perfection. And my family and I had an absolute blast!! Even with the updates that I think need to be made, I’d stay here again! Cannot beat the location and this beach!!

The condo was clean, had a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels/linens. Large rooms to accommodate everyone. Easy walk to the beautiful beach, large pool, and a covered parking spot. The use of the beach chairs and umbrella was a nice option and the pickleball courts are very nice! Lynn is a great host and we enjoyed staying in her beautiful condo.

This was our second time at this condo and it didn’t disappoint! Nice layout for our family and we enjoyed having everything there for us ! From toys and towels to take to the beach to kitchen cook wear as we enjoyed cooking a couple meals

Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club is a high end property. Grounds are beautiful. The condo is well appointed and has a great floor plan. Dressing area in master was a huge plus for our girl’s trip. Beds are very comfortable. The seating in the tv room is perfect for a group as it has a couch, love seat and a recliner. The best thing is the view! The patio is very private and you look directly at the pool and beach and palm trees. This is a first floor unit and the convenience of parking right by the unit and not dealing with an elevator was great. Just walk out straight to the pool and beach. The property has very nice lounge chairs that they drag to where you want to be set up by the gulf. The unit provides good quality umbrellas but we also paid $20 for the beach attendant to put up one for us for extra shade. You can come and go from the beach as you get the set up for the entire day. This condo is literally the most perfect vacation location!

The condo is located in a great location. The condo was clean and quite spacious. It was equipped with all the necessary items---beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and cleaning supplies, etc. that you need for a beach vacation. The owner gave very detailed information pertaining to the condo and suggestions for places to eat and sightsee. Since we had never been to Siesta. Key, it was much appreciated.

Perfect!!! The only drawback was the 2 queen beds. If you share with someone you sank to the middle, but alone it was fine. That was our only issue, everything else was great. Lynn goes above and beyond as a hostess for her property. It is so great with all the extras she provides. Only hope it is available for our next trip.

Great location! Very easy access to the beach and pool. We also enjoyed playing pickleball. The room is well stocked with everything you'll need including lots of bath and beach towels, beach chairs and pool toys.

Everything was great! Location was perfect so easy to get on and off the beach. We used the chairs and towels, which was really convenient. Place was clean and appreciated the stocked cabinets and kitchen had everything needed for coffee to cocktails. Lynn was so responsive and helpful. Thank you for a memorable week, would highly recommended.

Lynn is a fabulous host. Super helpful, quick to respond to questions and patient with my 1000s of questions. The condo was super comfortable and had all the amenities we could possibly need and then some! The location couldn’t have been better. We were very sad to leave but will definitely be back in the future!

We really enjoyed the condo and the location was the absolute best. The property owner was very attentive however we did not need her. Everything was in good repair. Highly recommend and we will return.

There was a light in the shower which was great. A light went out in the kitchen and Lynn had someone there the next morning to replace it and even came by to check.
A couple maintenance issues: the silverware drawer is broken and won't open. There were no paper towels in the kitchen. Maybe you don't supply those anymore, not sure. We stayed for 2 weeks and I am not sure if we could have gotten cleaning service after 1 week or not. I think we would have liked that if possible. At night when I would go into the kitchen the counter tops were covered with tiny ants. I was putting everything in the refrigerator because I was afraid they would get into my food. I saw in the front closet that there were cans of ant spray so it must be a problem. Bugs are kind of a problem with me. It has made me want to look at another unit before I book for next year.
Staff is so great. I had several Amazon deliveries and they were wonderful. Cleaning staff is always friendly when you see them. Lynn providing a prepaid card for laundry is the best!

Pros:
Condo was clean, well stocked, & in a great location. VERY easy access to beach right down the hallway. About 30 second walk to get to large deck overlooking beach. We had our coffee here every morning.
Parking was great too. Was able to park in covered parking spot about a 10 second walk to door of condo.
Really didn’t need to pack anything for the beach. Large walk in closet is full of beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, floats, & a beach cart. Just about anything you would need!
Siesta Key beach is incredible for relaxing.
Soft sand, but not deep… so is very easy to walk on.
Beach is not very crowded at all. Water was very calm with almost no waves (kids might not like that too much, but we enjoyed it).
Cons:
We typically prefer an open balcony/patio, but this wasn’t too bad with the windows open. Could still hear the waves.
Bed was a bit too firm for my liking.

Very nice condo conveniently located with all the conveniences of home. Steps from the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. Parking right outside the door. Pictures are accurate and condo is very clean and well taken care of. Plenty of towels, paper products etc are furnished. Quick response from Lynn (owner) to my dumb questions.

This trip was planned without kids and to just unwind and lay on the beach. We have never been to Siesta Key before, so I did all the research I could before we left on the trip. I reviewed other properties as well as the reviews left be past guests and Lynn and her property were hands down the top winner! There were 2 others that met the 4 of us in Siesta Key and I can honesty say that we were all blown away by the beautiful beach condo. We have never been to such a nice condo where nothing was required of us before we checked out. Everything was so easy, check in, staying there, checking out. The kitchen was wonderfully appointed, which was important because we planned on just being at the beach and cooking most of our meals. The pools on the property were spotless as well. You literally walk right on to the private beach, not even crossing a parking lot. There are lounge chairs for all the guests at this complex, plus all the coolers, toys, wagons, additional chairs that you could want in the master closet of the condo.
We are planning on making this location and condo an annual trip. The other 2 friends that we were with that didn't stay at the condo are planning on going back with their family because the pool and beach are so great for families.

Easy check-in with parking outside the unit. Lyn was friendly and easy to reach if needed but not intrusive in any way. It was nice have paper products, trash bags and cleaning tools available. Plenty of towels (great quality)! The beach items provided were so nice to have. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the living area had plenty of room to relax l. We enjoyed the view from the lanai. We will be back.

We have been staying at this condo for a few years.... it's always great! The location could not be better. It's close to the parking, the beach and to laundry. We noticed a few updates since last year. The main bathroom with its new lighting & added fan... was a welcome surprise. As well as the updates to the kitchen. This condo is a great retreat for our family gathering. Plenty of room with easy access to beach & pool. The "star" however is the beach... it is to die for! Great expanse of white sand beach, perfectly calm, clear blue water. Paradise!
The owner Lynn is also a plus, she's great!
Will definetely stay again next year!

The condo was beautiful. Very cozy and clean. Just as the pictures. We did need to evacuate for Idalia for a day. Lynn was super informative and very kind to refund our time lost. I would definitely recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is amazing and the condo is fully stocked with everything you need! I had a few questions before we left and reached out to Lynn and she was very quick to respond! I would 100% recommend staying here. Access to the village is easy using the free ride shuttles or Uber. We also used the pickle-ball courts for a little bit which are beautifully maintained.

Pros: Perfect location on the beach, with umbrella, chairs and cooler bag provided. Facilities offered pickle ball, tennis and pool, as well as beach chairs. Guest bathroom was stylish and clean.
Cons: Beds in guest bedroom need replacement, very large sink hole in center caused back aches in two healthy college kids. Master bathroom (MBA) had mold on wall near shower opening and room smelled like mold; bathroom needs redoing to find source of mold. We kept the door closed and didn’t use this bathroom. Flooring in kitchen and living room was very sandy when we first arrived.

Our family reunion of 75 people and children stay at this beach every two years. The beach is our #1 favorite! Easy checking in! The condo was clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We loved the beach view from the patio.
The condo has easy access to pools and beach.

This was an excellent stay at a wonderfully appointed condo! My family enjoyed our stay and the location of the condo is perfect proximity to the pool with also a view of the gulf from the living room. The condo had all the essentials and was stocked with beach chairs, toys, basic kitchen items, and full size soaps. The beds were super comfortable and the condo complex was quiet even though it was full. I would definitely consider staying here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Y101! Great access to pool and beach. There were many amenities in our condo such as coolers, chairs, umbrellas, laundry card, paper plates, detergent, soap, spices, paper towels etc. Lynn was a great hostess. We locked ourselves out one evening and she answered her text and I had a new key quickly. The pictures of the condo are very accurate and it's clean, with beautiful views! I would definitely stay here again!!
