Had a great ski weekend here! The house was well stocked with all we needed. The hot tub was in great shape. Our kids had a great time playing in the backyard sledding. Debbie (the owner) was super responsive. Would definitely stay again.

3 generations enjoyed our winter getaway in this comfortable home with all the amenities and plenty of room for all. Fun in the snow, short walk to the shoreline, hot tub, games, cozy evenings with a fire. Fully equipped kitchen, 4 spacious and well-furnished bedrooms. We’ll be back!

We stayed here with two families and one friend. We descended from various parts of the country, with folks flying in to two different airports! So it was tough to pack for winter weather and small children, but the accommodations were perfect for all of us and had everything we needed! The location is fantastic! We walked to the lake, did some sledding, and had a ski day, all in one weekend. The house is near everything you need, with stores, pharmacies and restaurants all with a few mins drive. And, if you need to plug in to work while there the internet is reliable too. We look forward to returning!

It was without a doubt a great experience, the house is very nice, cozy, we felt at home. It has everything you need, the kitchen is very complete, the bathrooms are the same as the jacuzzi, the children loved it to relax. And best of all, we walked to the lake, we went for a walk and the neighbors were very friendly and the area was very quiet. We were able to relax and feel nature. Everything is close and the owner of the house was very friendly and quickly responded to any questions she had. We really loved the house and hope to rent it again in the future.

Debbi was amazing excellent communication and prompt response time. I would give this place 10 stars. Our family couldn’t of had a better time. This place is absolutely lovely, cozy and very inviting with lots of room. Close to the lake with lovely views. The fire place is beautiful kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Can not wait to go back and stay again. Hard to leave and return to real life.

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. I’m total we had five guests and there was enough room and felt comfortable. The living room is nice and we enjoyed watching movies at night to relax.The bedrooms are nice and beds are comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub! A lot of great restaurants and shops are located within a few minutes drive.

Beautiful setting and great location! Quiet neighborhood with partial view of the lake and mountains. Short drive to Tahoe City. Hot tub is great and seats a bunch. We had 2 families of 4 stay comfortably for a week. Nice deck and grill. Short walk to bakery for breakfast items and coffee, also a 7-11 within a mile.

I stayed here with my partner, our five children (ages 5-10), and my parents while skiing at Homewood. The house is spacious with a lay out that gives everyone their space. The kitchen has great amenities, the "great room" is cozy and spacious, and the beds were cozy. Also, the wifi never failed, so it was wonderful to come home after a long day of skiing and watch a movie on Netflix or Hulu on their large TV in the great room. The host is extremely responsive, and truly cared about us having a great stay and made sure we had everything we needed. We look forward to staying here again!

House was very cute. Great place for a group stay, neighborhood is beautiful. Location is perfect. The hosts where super easy to communicate with. Love the fireplace at night for all of us to gather and relax. Hot tub was a great plus after a long skiing, kitchen was well stocked and upgraded. Nice to have a washer and dryer as well. Access to the garage helped with storing our ski equipment and snow boards. Great place to stay!

This was our second time to stay in Lake Tahoe and our first time to bring friends. We chose this rental due to size and location - so close to the lake, you can see it off the patio. Super cool. It exceeded expectations! The hot tub was great, although incredibly cold upon exit at about 12°F outside. Debbie was great with texting back right away and helping us with any issues we had (it seemed like someone who stayed before us had messed with the PS3 for streaming Netflix/Hulu/Amazon). Overall, a great experience and when we come back to the area, we will be checking availability for this house again.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful cabin. The new kitchen was a joy to cook in. The living room is big enough for 10 adults to play games and relax in. Bedrooms were cozy and comfortable! Close to the lake with a beautiful beach. After our water activities we went back to the cabin and relaxed in the hot tub!! We had a great time!

We, the grandparents, our son and daughter-in-law, and 4 adult grandkids were there for a long weekend. The house was great for our group, owner Debbie is awesome. I called her a couple of times and she's very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this property highly.

My wife and I and our 5 kids stayed here for 9 nights for their first Tahoe vacation, her mom and sister visited as well for 2 of the nights. If slept us all comfortably. We had a great time.
The kitchen was newly redone so cooking there was a pleasure (and another money saver) as was eating on the deck.
Place is close to bike trails and Tahoe City.
The owners were great throughout the process making the stay easy.
There were a few things that were amiss like a couple of light bulbs that were out and the BBQ looked like it was a while since it had gotten a thorough cleaning, but when we let the owners know they were super apologetic and came there themselves right after us to make the fixes.
For the cost, this place is pretty hard to beat.

Great Getaway Weekend
This house was a great landing spot for our weekend of adventures. Debbie started our time off wonderfully with a welcome note, fresh flowers and a bottle of wine! Our 2 families of four (4 adults, 4 kids) fit with ease and beds left over. Our kids loved bunk beds, building trains, building linkin log houses. The adults loved having a real fire and peek-a-boo lake view. From the house we enjoyed a walk on the beach and great lunch at Sugar Pine Bakery. Short drive to Hike at eagle rock. Ropes course at Tahoe Tree Top Adventure. Bike ride along the trucker river. Thank you Debbie for sharing your family's home, hope to be back soon!

Place was comfortable and clean, Debbie was available any time I called her she was on it right away. She said she is remodeling kitchen and putting in new carpet so that will make it more appealing. Love Dollar Point, we go every year.
