Amazing cabin , has anything you need like it's your own home . Well stocked from salt and pepper to even face tissues ( now it has even two plastic sleds that I left there ) . The owner Mr. Wallace is very helpful and nice answering very fast to texts . The cabin is beautiful, definitely the pictures don't do justice to the place . We had an amazing time , and the place exceeded our expectations. It's secluded on a quiet street but you have everything nearby. Definitely we gonna return soon . Thank you Mr. Wallace for letting us stay in your cabin

The pictures don't do this cabin justice. The living room has a great view of the mountains to enjoy as you relax. It is close to the shopping and restaurants at the heart of Silverthorne, but is far from any busy roads so it still feels like a secluded cabin. Very easy drive to many ski resorts. We would definitely stay again.

We needed a good home base for a hockey tournament and the Wallace cabin was perfect. This is a special property; a summit county gem. Hopefully we'll be back next year!

We go to summit county every year to go skiing, this year we went to multiple resorts and the location was perfect to jump between the different resorts. Cabin had everything we needed, it was clean and cozy! Bill the owner was very accommodating. The story of building the cabin was awesome. We used the hot tub multiple times a day. The wood burning stove was a great cozy bonus. Definitely will stay there again in the future.

We loved staying at Bill's cabin. My kids (4 and 2) loved going up into the loft (under supervision) and being able to go outside and play in the snow whenever they wanted. The house and kitchen are well stocked - we ended up not needing most of the items we brought. The location is ideal! Keystone and Copper Mountain are about 15 minutes away, an amazing rec center is at the bottom of the hill and the outlet mall is at the end of the road. We hope to be back to visit "the snow house" again next year.

This property is fantastic! It was close to a number of skiing areas and the view was gorgeous. Bill is great to work with - very accommodating and responsive to any questions you have. The cabin is very unique, take some time to read the history of how it was built and it adds all the more character to it. I highly recommend you staying here!

When we got to the cabin we were amazed with how much bigger it was than the pictures showed! The hot tub has amazing views of the Rockies! Within minutes of great ski resorts, shops and restaurants! Will definitely recommend this cabin to anyone!

We had an absolutely amazing time at this cabin! The views are incredible and it was clean and super cozy. The location was perfect and close to skiing, the Silverthorne Outlets and Lake Dillon. We had a great time skiing and hiking in the Summit County. The owner Bill was attentive and very friendly. We can't wait to come back!

The location could not be better. It is close to everything and the hot tub is fabulous. The outdoor deck and grill is very nice. Will be back! It was very convenient for accessing the Summit County Recreational Bike Path.

This is one of the most impressive homes I have ever stayed in. My boyfriend and I had an amazing time. We enjoyed reading about how the family built this cabin by hand in a book that is laid out on the coffee table. There are three beds upstairs in a loft, and two bedrooms downstairs with double beds. It has an amazing view from the Jacuzzi on the deck, and if you like shopping it is walking distance to all of Silverthorne's outlet stores and riverwalk right out your back door. I love this place and hope to return some day!

We had a college reunion of 7 stay here. We had zero issues and everything went perfectly! The hot tub was a must for us and we loved it. We had everything we needed and couldn't ask for a better experience with the friends we love the most!

This cabin was incredible. It exceeded our expectations enormously. The pictures do not do this charming and wonderfully set-up cabin justice. First, the location is incredible. It is right next to everything, but is situated on a quiet side street with views of the mountains that make you feel like you are secluded. Secondly, I was surprised to see that there are, in fact, two bedrooms on the ground floor each with queen/double beds (SO comfortable!) - I originally thought there was only one. Then there are three twin beds in the loft. It is perfect for a nice, affordable, family get-away. The best part of the house is hands down the living room/dining room area. HUGE windows give incredible light and views of the mountains on all sides. It almost feels like indoor/outdoor living. The sunsets were amazing to watch over the mountains from the hot tub on the deck. Thank you so much to Bill, who stopped by to introduce himself and share the history of this gem of a property. We will definitely be coming back!

A refreshing change from the cookie cutter condo's of Summit County. Everything you needed was right there. Super convenient location without feeling like you're downtown. A private hot tub steps from the door can't be beat for viewing the full moon over the mountain views. Clean, well maintained with everything "as advertised". Owner was very accommodating. He should not be surprised if he sees us again.

This cabin is such a prefect place to relax after enjoying the mountains right out the door. I did a great hike from the cabin! Great views of the mountains from the living room and hot tub. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a great place to stay in Summit County!
