Subiendo por la escalera de caracol, la "torre" adjunta es un sueño arquitectónico con 3 habitaciones privadas completamente separadas cargadas con todas las comodidades, baños dedicados y vistas al balcón de la piscina. A través de las puertas corredizas de vidrio de la casa principal o el piso inferior de la torre se encuentra un oasis de privacidad cercado con plantas tropicales, luces de cadena para iluminar por la noche, mesa de patio cubierta con capacidad para 6 personas, parrilla de barbacoa y piscina y spa estilo centro turístico. Lots of space for adult working from home. Grandkids lived by the marvelous pool and hot tub. Great location

The property handles large groups very well. As was stated in earlier reviews, the house is kind of chopped up but made it nice for separate living areas if necessary. Also as earlier reviews noted, it is outdated but we knew that going into the rental. Communication with the property manager was less than adequate. Upon our arrival the only thing she told us was the code to get inside and a trick to the kitchen door. When asked for more info, I had a hard time getting it. It took 8 days to finally get the binder with information such as Wi-Fi, area activities, and things we normally would get when arriving at a vrbo. I let her know I was disappointed in a text and after that she never responded to my texts. Property was as expected, but Nancy, the property manager was not.

Awesome house and pool
We loved this house. It's a funky layout, with lots of room to spread out. The pool is amazing and was nicely shaded in the afternoons. It was a short drive to the beach and convenient to the grocery. The only minor complaints were the house could use some maintenance and the wifi was a bit spotty. Overall, would highly recommend.

Pool is a 10, location is great, layout is funky as it feels like two separate houses. Furniture is getting old, house in general definitely needs updating and general maintenance. All in all was a great place and had fun.

This is a great house, spacious and well stocked. . Easy access to beach and grocery shopping. Property manager quick to respond to any questions.

Nice place to enjoy the warm weather.
Nice property. I agree the layout is a little quirky. Definitely needs some updating and painting. Property manager was absolutely fantastic to work with. Kitchen was fully stocked. Private pool and hot tub, your own oasis in the backyard. Nice neighborhood. 10-15 minute walk to the beach. St. Pete’s Beach/ Pass a grille is a great place to stay.

Great Property
We had a great time. The layout is a little funky, but it worked great for our group. The spiral staircase to the two upper rooms in the tower are a little tricky, but our kids loved having their own spaces. The master with the walkout to the pool was very nice. The backyard with the pool and the hot tub make the house. We used both of them every day. It's a short .6 mile walk to the beach and is centrally located to everything you need.

A Month in Florida
good space. wonderful pool and hot tub. quiet neighborhood. convenient to beach, groceries and restaurants. Loved Grand Hacienda, Gigis, and Sand Bar Bill's.
very pet friendly...dogs loved it!
House was well equipped, a little tired - nothing too bad. we would definitely stay there again!

The property was absolutely beautiful and just as described in the details. Check in was a breeze and Nancy was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend the property and would certainly rent it again.

Be aware that two of the bedrooms are up to a second and. third floor via spiral staircase. A real struggle with luggage. A larger recycle bin would be helpful for a house this size. We’ve enjoyed our first visit to St. Pete Beach and the sunsets from Pass-A-Grille are not to be missed!

Perfect property for 1st snowbird experience
I retired recently and my wife and I wanted to see what Florida snowbirding was like. We needed a place that was "pet friendly" for our Yorkie, and expected periodic visits from family and friends, so we wanted something with enough bedrooms and privacy to accommodate our needs. A pool and hot tub were also pre-requisites. We couldn't have chosen a more perfect place than this 5 bedroom home in the Belle Vista community of St Pete Beach! The owners are delightful, the house contains everything we needed, the location is convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping, the bedrooms and baths are very spacious, and the private backyard (pool and hot tub) is FABULOUS! We ended up having over a dozen visitors during our 6 weeks and everyone agreed that we picked a perfect VRBO for this trip. My wife and I planned to try different Southern cities and VRBO's for future snowbirding trips, but we agreed this one would be difficult to beat, so it will likely become an annual destination for us. I highly recommend it to anyone with a large family, or for 3-5 couples that plan to stay in the St Pete Beach area.

Beautiful house and pool - had all the amenities we could ask for!
We had a wonderful month staying in the Belle Vista property. The house was equipped with every amenity we could ask for - even toys to bring to the beach! The pool was beautiful and we had a wonderful, relaxing month!

Perfect home for our summer!
We had a family of 5 spreading 3 generations along with several pets. The layout of the home is unusual, but it worked perfectly for us as it allowed separation between the older and younger generations' bedrooms. We didn't have to worry one bit about noise or privacy. The home was very well appointed with everything we needed and the pool and hot tub were amazing! We loved it! Mike and Zivile were very responsive to anything we needed over the months we were there - not a single complaint from us! We hope to return...we already miss walking to the beach for sunsets, cocktails and crabbing!

Wonderful vacation home
This home was perfect for our 2 month stay in St. Pete Beach!! The house was beautiful, clean and well stocked. We loved our master bedroom that looked out to the pool and our guests were thrilled with their accommodations. The owners were great and immediately responded to any requests - the only thing that would have made the stay perfect would have been if the pool was heated, but over all we loved it and would definitely go back!!

Property was clean, kitchen was nicely equipped, the furnishing and finishes were up to date.
We had such a wonderful time at this property. We spent the holidays and it was perfect for large groups. There is a large community/living space, yet we all had private space. The pool and back yard we were amazing. The owners were very kind and attentive. Location was great! I highly recommend this property.
