Perfect house for my needs. Clean, great rooms, stocked kitchen and a heated pool. Visiting family had a great time as well. Already committed to returning!

This is among the cleanest and most comfortable places we stay. This is the third time, and each time stay here we are treated like you would hope to be. It’s no wonder it’s hard to reserve for the winter months. Cheryl and Maurice are great renters and are very accommodating. This is our first choice anytime we visit Port St. Lucie!

Clean, comfortable, spacious, and the perfect home base for us while away from home. The host is readily available to answer questions, and genuinely cares about us having a good experience. The pool is wonderful, and we enjoy swimming in it. Bed is comfortable for getting a good night's rest. We can't ask for anything better!!

We are originally from OSL now living in Tennessee. We were visiting family and friends. It’s an older home but is very clean and comfortable especially the beds. Beautiful private backyard and pool. We definitely enjoyed it. There was even a small charcoal grill that we were able to have a bbq. WiFi and cable was great. Cheryl was wonderful from the beginning. There was a hurricane coming so she reached out before hand to let us know that the house was ready if we needed to arrive early. Which even though it wasn’t needed we greatly appreciated the thought. But she was kind enough to grant us a later checkout. THANK YOU for all your kindness and hospitality. We would definitely stay here again❤️

We had a wonderful time. The house, to include the pool, was very inviting, very clean and well stocked. Communication with the host was easy, very pleasant, and very timely. The location of the property was just perfect as it is very close to friends with whom we wanted to spend time. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. There are lots of things to do and places to go in the area. It was a very relaxing time which is one of things we were looking forward to. We really enjoyed our time there and hope to be able to return at some point.

Cheryl and Maurice were great. Beautiful, clean home that had everything we needed. The pool was very relaxing and back yard is very private. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Restaurants are fairly close. Give Nonna's a try. It's a breakfast/lunch place that's 5 minute's away with everything that is homemade. The deserts and pastries are to die for.

We had a wonderful time at this house. The check in process was very easy and the hosts were friendly and answered all of our questions quickly. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We especially loved the patio and private pool. The next time we are in the area, we would definitely rent this home again. Thank you so much.

Comfortable, cozy and clean … awesome pool and lanai! My sister and I (both in our 60’s) took my parents (both in their 80s) to FL for a week away. This house was perfect for us and the walk in shower, which is very hard to find, was perfect for my parents. Thank you to our hosts Cheryl and Maurice. Cheryl was available whenever we needed her. I highly recommend this house for your families FL vacation!

Quiet neighborhood and property was excellant. Just as described, but better. It was spacious, clean, and just like living at home. Pool was nice and peaceful. Back sunroom was where we spent most of our time, lounging poolside. Will stay again our next visit. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Private, comfortable, clean, and spacious. A relaxing place to stay, and a great home base for our visit to PSL. Owners are responsive when questions arise. We are repeat guests.

Everything was wonderful, clean and inviting. Hosts were super responsive to all requests. Our family really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, linen was nice, they provided extra ice in-the freezer at our arrival. Close to shopping, quiet neighborhood and multiple beaches all within a 20-30 min drive. The house is adorable and in an excellent location in Port St. Lucie. We experienced a delay with check-in but the homeowner was extremely apologetic and accommodating. The house is well maintained and for the most part neatly decorated and clean, other than the floors (the bottom of our socks were very dirty from the floors). The 2nd bathroom shower/tub drains too slow. We all ended up using the shower in the master bathroom due to not wanting to shower with standing water in the tub. The pool was wonderful!!!! We didn’t get much sun with the screen but it was nice not dealing with bugs. There are only two lounge chairs as the patio area around the pool is small. However, the outside dining table was wonderful. I rated four stars instead of five because the house was advertised as “heated pool” but that is an additional cost (which the owner nicely threw in two days of heat for the late check-in mishap (offered to purchase us pizza and we asked for the pool heater to be turned on our last 2 days instead). One major complaint is that the A/C in the house cannot be turned down below 72 and even in March when it was in the mid 70’s to low 80’s outside during the day, 72 degrees inside the house was way too warm for sleeping.the air didn’t seem to ever cool the 2nd bedroom. Every room has ceiling fans and box fans were provided but we were miserable sleeping every night. This should have been disclosed before hand. I would not have purchased the week had I known.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. The neighborhood was quiet and close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. We definitely recommend checking out Pistachios, they have delicious homemade gelato. Check in and check out process was super easy. I like that there wasn’t a long list of things to do before we checked out. Communication with the property manager Cheryl was great! We were super happy with how clean the home was. I own a cleaning business and have really high standards when it comes to cleanliness and they did a great job. We would definitely stay here again!

There are way too many items in the kitchen with only a few worth using. Everything is all thrown together. A lot of it needs throwing away. Too much junkie pp up clutter throughout the rental. Very little closet space in the bedroom off the living room due to 2 fans and a cot taking up much of the space. Most of the baseboard electrical outlets do not have covers. The old bathtub is very slippery and there’s no safety rake to hold to. The shower has a big step down and needs a bar. The furniture has bottomed out and the beds also have. Bottomed out.

Everything was wonderful. Pool was nice and warm and we had everything we needed. Loved the location. It was close to everything we needed to get to.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and neat. The heated pool was a real plus. We used it almost every day. The location was convenient for shopping and lots of restaurants. We appreciated the owner staying in contact with us. Just enough communications. We certainly would consider going back.

I would have to really nitpick to find a single negative thing to say about this experience. The house is very inviting. It is spotlessly clean. The pool and outside covered area are EVERYTHING and this is where we lived during our stay. The house has 2 master suites on opposite ends of the house. Each has a king bed. This is a perfect setup for friends or couples traveling together. The property is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It's close to 95 and the FL Turnpike. You can be to the beach in 20 minutes. It's very clear from the many small, special touches that this host knows her business! Many thanks to Cheryl for her excellent communication and for allowing us to stay in her fabulous home!

This is a great property! The house and pool were immaculate. The owner responded to our questions immediately. Would definitely go there again.

We made some amazing memories this summer in this beautiful Port Saint Lucie home. The home was absolutely perfect. We had some issues at check-in that we’re quickly resolved. Port Saint Lucie is a quiet town, but quick access to other great places. We will be back!

I can not say enough wonderful things about this house and Cheryl. It had every convenience you could think of. These included board games, pool toys, books, sand toys for the beach. The house was spacious and very clean. We spent countless hours in the pool which was the perfect size. This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed and I highly recommend it.

This property was so clean and stocked with everything we needed. The pool is well maintained and so very relaxing. Centrally located to every place we want it needed to go to. We plan on renting again next year.

Cheryl & Maurice’s home was perfect for us. We walked in and was welcomed with such a clean home! Well stocked for all of our cooking needs. The beds were SO comfortable. The beaches were only a short drive away and the stores only minutes. I especially enjoyed the safety measures for the pool. As I have an extremely curious 3 year old. The huge dining table was great for game night and our grilled family dinners. Communication with Cheryl couldn’t have been easier. She welcomed us and wished us a safe drive the night before our drive home. I enjoyed this home to its entirety. We will definitely be returning.

The home was beautiful. The house with stocked with pots, pans, plates, etc. The owners/hosts were great and helpful! The beach was about 30 minutes from the house and not crowded at all. The heated pool was definitely my family's favorite part of this home. I have a young son and was worried about renting a house with a pool at first. They have a safety lock at the top of the sliding doors that goes out to the pool. As long as you are actively locking it when you go in and out, it is out of reach for small children, and prevents them from opening the doors. This helped ease my mind tremendously. Just an FYI for those with kids. I would definitely stay here again. It was a great place to stay. We will be back. :)

The owners were great to work with, the property and house was fantastic. We enjoyed our three week stayed tremendously.

Our first vacation stay in a 'home'. Always a little skeptical that things will be as presented online, but in this instance it was better than advertised. Clean, well appointed. Good location for shopping and visiting the surrounding amenities. Owner very responsive. No issues whatsoever. Would stay there again.

Welcoming, with even the smallest of details attended to. We felt at home and comfortable in this property. The pool is as well kept as the home, and the landscaping is pretty. Loved the fragrant bloomer by the front door. Wish we were still there!

This was our second stay at this home and, hopefully, it won’t be our last. The hosts are just so great and communication is just right. We feel right at home during our stay and love the area and the many areas of interest. This year we ventured out a bit more and we were not disappointed in all the things to do. I highly recommend this home!

Nice home in a fairly quiet neighborhood. The layout of the bedrooms and common areas was perfect. The pool temp was just right. Would definitely stay there again.
