We had a really great long weekend here. It's in the heart of everything on main street and a short walk to the ski lifts. The condo is very comfortable and the hosts are helpful. We grocery shopped on our way into town and then parked the car and walked everywhere.

We love staying in these townhomes. The location is right next to Breckenridge Brewery and the view from the deck is perfect. You can walk across the street to hit the slopes or down the street for a variety of restaurants on Main Street. We will definitely be looking at this place for a future stay.

Great location near all that Breckenridge has to offer! Clean, comfortable, and all the needed kitchen accessories except a Keurig. Note the second bathroom is downstairs while the 2 bedrooms are upstairs sharing one bathroom.

Really incredible location. Can walk to everything Breck has to offer. Main Street, lots of Bars, restaurants, shops and ski slopes are 5min walk. Book on counter needs to be updated with correct wifi password. (Is there anything more frustrating then 4-people continually trying to reboot system and change zeros to “O”, 7 to 1. Next morning, host gave correct password. The great room with huge fireplace. Have to mention how nice that main TV was. Had most of the popular viewing apps, but greatest thing was you could set the DVR to record NFL playoff games while enjoying perfect skiing conditions.

We really enjoyed our stay here and the place was amazing! Everything was very clean and the location can not be beat. Just a minute walk to Breckenridge Brewery and all the shops and restaurants downtown! The communication for check in was very easy and overall just a wonderful get away!

Location was perfect, right downtown. The house was well equipped and everything worked as it should. The fireplace and hot tub helped relieve our stress and the bed was very comfortable. For our dog, I would have liked a fenced yard but there were areas for her to walk and bags to pick up after her right out the front door. I wasn't aware there would be stairs going to the master bedroom but it was ok. We had a little trouble finding the home the night we arrived so a map might have helped. We loved Breckenridge and will definitely return when it is warmer. We enjoyed our visit and would stay in this home again.

We had a wonderful stay. The location can’t be beat. We were not able to use the Wifi (got a message to reboot the router, which we could not
Locate). The coffee maker was missing the pot lid so would t drain the brewed coffee. A Kerrigan would have been great . But otherwise we absolutely loved the place. Very well maintained and nicely furnished. Hot tub was fabulous.

We ended our stay immediately upon inspecting this property. The property was not as it appeared in photos on vrbo and the deck was not clean, hot tub had a film floating on top of the water and the grill was filthy inside and out. Also, this property’s deck is sitting on top of a restaurant and caddy corner to another restaurant. The deck has absolutely no privacy as it is on a Main Street with constant traffic.

Great property and true to all noted in the overview! Perfect for us and our grown children and small dog! We loved being close to restaurants and easy access to hiking trails! Hot tub and grill were fabulous additions. We would stay there again!

This is our favorite place. It's got everything... walking access to ski slopes and downtown shops and restaurants; high quality finishes; a hot tub; comfy seating and beds; and a well-thought out and well-cared for "vibe".

My husband and another couple came to Breckenridge for a quick getaway. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice of place to stay. The location doesn’t get any better! Walking distance to everything on Main Street and included shuttle to anywhere else in town. Communication with the property manager was seamless, and all of our questions/requests were answered in a friendly and timely manner. The condo was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our group! Can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

This condo is right across the street from Peak 9 shops and restaurants. So very convenient. Place was very clean, well maintained, and would recommend to others.

We enjoyed our stay. Only complaints we have are:
1. Our unit wasn’t available until after 4:00 but we were charged $20 for two hour late checkout.
2. The laminate flooring was extremely slippery in socks. Two of us fell and we had many almost falls. Informed mgmt as an FYI. No response.

This is a beautiful and well-equipped condo in a great location. We've stayed in many Breck properties over the years and this one has been by far our favorite. The view from the deck is gorgeous, the kids loved the hot tub, the location is perfect for strolling Main Street, and everyone had an amazing time. If I had to list any negatives (and there are very few negatives with this property) it would be that the brewery next door can be loud at times. We stayed over the 4th of July weekend so it is possible that it was just a very busy weekend. The noise probably isn't always a problem. Secondly, the upstairs bathroom's shower curtain needs to be replaced. It was moldy and smelly. Other than that, we had an amazing stay.

Kitchen stocked well and enjoy towels for our 4 night stay. Deck looks over Ridge street which gets a lot of traffic but really wasn’t noticeable because we were mostly watching people and dogs go by. The management company was very communicative and no problems with entry and exit of the condo. Will definitely stay here again.

The location could not have been better for easy access to shopping, dining and the slopes. We’re not hard core skiers so ski in/out wasn’t a priority. Even so we were just minutes from the slope. If you don’t know the town this condo is a few hundred feet from being in the mix of the main drag. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfy. And the place is well cared for. We’d book it again!
