This property is close to Steamboat Mountain and Mt Werner. Also close to shopping, restaurants, hiking/biking trails and a Botanical park.

The property itself is very finely decorated and comfortable. The hosts include a variety of pots and pans, knives, silverware, napkins, tissues, and other creature comforts.

Property is exactly as advertised; does sleep five people comfortably. Close to the bus line to the ski resort and very beautiful views.
They include a full kitchen, multitude of cooking utensils, pots, pans, kettles, Kuerig, pods, sugar, an american coffee pot, filters, extra blankets, pillows, towels, a ski locker, and fully furnished with a multitude of beautiful paintings.
Close to several restaurants, fine dining, and a beautiful park as well as a couple of niche places.
I would absolutely stay here again as the town and condo is so beautiful.

We had a great stay. It was a simple little space that served our needs. We were disappointed in the building amenities, such as the hot tub. They were not hot and didn’t appear clean. We didn’t use them. All in all, the location and space served our needs and we had a great time.

We stayed here as a family of 4 for our annual ski vacation. The condo suited our needs. Loved the convenience of being steps away from the bus route and only on the 2nd floor of the complex. We had two minor issues. The bunk bed was very high up and we have two teenagers. One ended up sleeping on the couch because there wasn’t enough room for him to get on/off the bunk. Smaller children would do fine. Also, the master bed was very uncomfortable (divets worn into both sides) and needs to be replaced. We bought a mattress topper while there just to get through the week.

Well equipped 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with easy access to bus stop for green or orange line to mountain. Comfortable bed in master. Large tv with plenty of channels plus netflix. Worked out well for us.

Great 1-week stay in Steamboat Springs! This is our third trip to Steamboat but our first time in this condo and it was our favourite - for the location and views! The pluses far outweighed the negatives (i.e. occasional noise from neighbours). Thank you Steve and Geri for a wonderful stay in your condo.

Perfect condo for a ski trip to Steamboat. It is clean and quiet. Easy to get in with the new keyless entry. Love that it is stocked with everything you need (paper towels, soap, shampoo, etc.). We loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. It is located right next to the bus stop. We have stayed at this condo for two years. My family loves staying here.

We absolutely enjoyed our time in this unit with our young children! So much intentional thought was put into the amenities and it was well stocked with everything we needed. Location was perfect for all of our biking/river tubing/exploring downtown. The only reason I give it four out of five is because there was no AC and the nights got uncomfortably hot. Other than that we loved it. Would stay again.

My family and I went to Steamboat to vacation and had a great stay.

We would not stay here again without several changes being made. First of all, the portable AC unit was completely out of water and was running when we came in. Had we not added a few gallons of water we are not sure what would have happened to the unit. We were sorely disappointed in the spare bedroom. There was a box spring being used as a mattress. There is no way to sleep on that with any sort of comfort. Therefore, two people had to sleep on the couch out front. Thankfully, the couch was big enough to fit the two people. Towels were small, cheap and not even hotel quality. The electric outlet for one of the lamps in the front room was shorting out and the light would not stay on without wiggling cords and rigging it just so to stay on.
We had no trouble finding the unit and the instructions to enter were fine. We couldn't do anything about the noise but it was loud all night with people outside and traffic on the main road.
Consideration of a later check out time would be better, however, that is another issue we don't control. We truly would expect some sort of refund for the inconvenience of the poor bed alone. This was definitely not a comfortable stay.

Nice condo very convenient to the ski hill and downtown area. Parking was convenient, and bus stop right out front for the free shuttle was great too. Condo was cozy and furnished with all we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo location is very good, only a few mins from the ski lifts by car. There is free shuttle bus stop in front of the condo. The condo is very cozy perfect for small family(4-6 people), beds are comfortable and clean. The new sofa in the living room is also very big and comfortable. Steve/Geri the owner of the condo are very thoughtful. Bathrooms have all amenities, plenty of clean towels and kitchen are stocks. We had problem with bathroom sink, Steve≥ri went above and beyond to fix the issue. I would recommend this condo and we will back to stay here again!!!

Property was really clean, very close to the ski resort with the shuttle right outside the door. The couch was actually big enough to fit all four of us when we were hanging out. You can see the resort from the balcony - very pretty at night.
