Grande / 2 baños condominio de 2 dormitorios con una espectacular vista al mar. Disfrute de la playa de arena blanca en New Smyrna Beach, en la costa este central de Florida. A una hora de Disney y el aeropuerto internacional de Orlando. 20 minutos al sur de Daytona Beach.
Nuestro gran balcón con vistas al océano y un patio ajardinado tropical. Nuestro apartamento está en un complejo turístico en la zona sur de New Smyrna Beach. Los jardines están muy bien cuidados y dispone de piscina climatizada con vista al mar (meses de invierno), pista de tenis, tejo, y gran mirador patio.
Paso de la piscina a la playa de arena blanca del Océano Atlántico para pescar, nadar, hacer surf, jugar al voleibol, bicicleta, o la vela.
Estamos a una hora de Orlando, sede de Disney World, Sea World y Universal, y media hora de Daytona y el Centro Espacial Kennedy.

We really enjoyed our time in this condo. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked. The complex is right on the beach, and the pool area is great. We would definitely rent here again.

The condo was nice and updated. It was unfortunate that we were not told about the construction all over the grounds and on the sea
Wall of the beach. Made it very hard to enjoy the beach with the constant machinery noise. Also The “heated” pool was freezing cold and half of the pool deck was blocked off due to construction. If we would of known about this, we would of booked somewhere else.

This property was amazing. My problem was with Expedia. I will probably not use Expedia again because I didn't get the property I was shown in the picture. The price I was shown prior to booking was significantly lower than when I actually booked and paid

I love this property. I had a great experience we come to New Smyrna Beach every summer my parents stayed in another condo but this one for two people was absolutely gorgeous you could see the ocean and it was like modern and I love the wood that was the best part it was just a cozy like a little cozy apartment I love it and I would recommend it to anybody

Very nice! The condo is as pretty as pictured. Neat and clean with plenty of supplies like towels, paper products, coffee, dishes and more. We loved the entire property. The grounds are well maintained with plenty of lounge chairs. Had a marvelous week and cannot wait to go back!

Perfectly clean and comfy, very quiet and private one bedroom condo. Fully equipped kitchen allows to prepare meals. Everything you need for the beach: chair, umbrella, cooler, beach bag. We were pleasantly surprised! Beautiful property with friendly neighbors. New Smyrna is our new favorite!

It was fabulous. It was extremely organized, fully furnished, and lacked nothing. We were impressed with the quality of the mattress on the bed. What kind was it? We are interested in purchasing one. We could not have been more pleased with our overall experience. Thanks so much for sharing your lovely condo!

I liked everything about this property. The unit I stayed in was very clean, very well kept, had everything you need & was perfect for a single person or a couple. I was in town to work so I didn’t use amenities but there were plenty of people using the swimming pools, shuffleboards & beach access. The best thing was how clean & quiet the place was. I’m already planning on staying in the same unit next time I’m in New Smyrna Beach!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was decorated so cute for Florida and everything looked just like the pictures online! Very nice and clean and had everything you could possibly need. Just bought our groceries for the week and relaxed on the beach and a day or too at the pool! We love New Smyrna Beach and visit there every year! There is a General Dollar store and a nice restaurant right across the street from the condo! The owner of the condo is really nice and answers your texts right away if you have questions! We definitely would stay there again!

The rental is just as advertised. Actually is bigger than the pictures portrayed. Great place to stay for a couple. Complex was clean and quiet. Condo had everything you could need as far as towels and kitchen utensils. Good sized bedroom with king bed. Laundry is 20 feet away if needed. Check in process was easy and directions for arrival and how to use TV and other things really helped. My wife and I would stay here anytime. There’s also a lot to do a in NSB. Overall great experience.

First visit to New Smyrna Beach. We really enjoyed staying in the organized, updated, clean condo. 3rd floor unit with elevator and laundry room nearby. Pool and beach were great. Free parking, in assigned space, was appreciated. Owner provides lots of little extras. Restaurants and a DG Market across the street within walking distance and more within short drive. Overall great stay. We’d love to stay again.

Very nice stay in a very nice condo. The unit was well maintained, clean and nicely appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, the den was cozy and inviting and the king size bed was very comfortable. We would definitely recommend!

I absolutely loved my stay here. It was truly my home away from home. The condo was right on the 3rd floor off of the elevator so it was convenient to bring my luggage and any groceries right to my door. The temperature was perfect inside, nice and cool, and everything was fresh and clean. Beautiful hardwood flooring, beach motifs throughout which I adored... BIG windows in the living room area with lovely shades. Couch was super comfortable as was the dining table. Kitchen was immaculate and very modern with a 2-door fridge, full stove/oven... all the creature comforts, as they say! I was very impressed at how well stocked everything was and everything was easy to find. The bedroom was lovely, with a very comfy bed and wonderful little balcony right off the bedroom. One of my favorite features was the shower. All tile and had 2 shower heads, and built in nook for holding shampoo/conditioner/other toiletries. Closet had extras like extra towels, blankets, even kites for taking to the beach! I never would have thought of that, but such a nice touch. I did have to cut my trip short due to Hurricane Ian, but my host was very understanding and kept me up to date with new info on the weather situation. I definitely want to come back to THIS home next year... and I'm dragging my hubby with me, work be darned!! Thank you Deb, so much for making my little holiday trip so memorable and wonderful. 100/10 would highly recommend!!

Loved this condo! The price was amazing and it was such a cute little place! The owner was amazing! She answered all my questions and had such great communication! The ocean view is minimal but my friend and I didn’t mind that. It is only a few steps to the pool and ocean! Loved our stay and want to book again in the future!

We stay in NSB at least once every year and have stayed many places. The pool deck is great! Loved the baby pool and covered tables close to the baby pool area. Staff were hospitable, owners communcated great and room was well appointed. Enjoyed our bed!! The only things we could Say were a negative was no in room washer and dryer and the road noise is a bit loud given thr location of the room. Still loved our stay, one of our best and would stay again!!

This property is exactly as pictured in the listing. The balcony is a small one and has a sliver view of the ocean. This unit is street side. This Location has two beautiful pools along with an excellent beach access. There is a nice plaza just a short walk away that contains a great diner, C’s Waffles, a bakery and ice cream shop. There is a fresh market located within that plaza as well. Deb, the owner, was wonderful! She was easy to reach and very quick to respond to our questions. While we were there the entire place was getting a facelift so everything should be brand new and looking good for future guests. The unit had everything in it that we needed. We enjoyed our stay there.

We stayed in this cute condo for two weeks between house moves. Once inside the unit, it was a cozy space with kitchen, dining,
and tv area. No balcony worth mentioning but the windows in the livingroom offer a nice views. The building was undergoing major renovations so the noise level was very loud and it made using the pool uncomfortable during weekdays. Once this is completed in Jan, I would definitely book again! Deb was easy to contact, steps to the beach, close to restaurants, and beach yoga. Great location and property overall.

My husband and I stayed here for a week and it was super cozy, close to the beach, and clean! It is close to food and there are very nice pools. The girl in the office was not helpful at all with any questions and was actually quite rude, like she could care less if we found what we were looking for. The owner however was MAGNIFICENT, Mrs Deb was so nice and super helpful and was just a call away.
