We had an excellent time staying at Pearl’s Beach House. Has all the luxuries of home and more! Very clean, comfortable & the view was majestic. We loved every minute of our stay! Big thank you to the owners.

Fantastic property! The views in the photos really don’t do it justice. Perfect beach fire pit with plenty of wood supplied. Kitchen and open living area are wonderful. We never tired of watching ferries and boats going by and definitely did not want to go home. I would give 4.5 stars if possible with the only knock being the inability to use the fireplace (which the owner immediately acknowledged and indicated he would update the listing). Definitely a small issue in the grand scheme of things and I highly recommend this place for a summer getaway.

We loved our stay at Pearl's. Besides the gorgeous waterfront access, the home itself is so comfortable and relaxing. It's extremely well stocked with everything we needed. Our sons, 18 & 22, enjoyed tidepooling, walking down to the local shops, and exploring the area. We went to a climbing gym, found a nice disc golf course, and spent time sitting outside watching birds! We spotted a heron and a few eagles! Of all the vacation rentals we've stayed at, this is my favorite. I'd love to return!

We had such a wonderful time at Pearl to celebrate my mom’s retirement. The house is positioned perfectly to enjoy walks on the beach or reading on the deck. The fact that a patisserie with amazing pastries is less than a 2 minute drive away….. all of our vacation hopes and dreams! We look forward to coming back soon.

We loved it so much! Just sitting outside watching the waves and Mt. Ranier. We will return!

We did not want a mansion; we wanted a low key cottage on Bainbridge Island. With a magnificent view of Mt. Ranier and a suitable fire pit on the shore, we enjoyed a couple of nights sitting outside enjoying the cool alternative to Florida weather. Nothing was lacking other than , perhaps, a reading light of sufficient power to read in bed. We would do it again - hope to next year.

After spending the day out whether it be Seattle or activities on Bainbridge or one of the nearby islands, coming back to such a well keep and relaxing home rejuvenated us for the next day. I haven't even mentioned the spectacular ever-changing views right out the back door. If you are staying on Bainbridge Island DON"T pass up the opportunity to stay on the property.

Walkable to Lynwood for coffee/pastries (amazing) via rocky beach or road ; hiking trail and kid’s playground .25 miles away (we would walk to get coffee and stop on way “home”) ; on Chilly Hilly route for cyclists ; walkable to restaurants and wine bar. Front porch was amazing - watching ferries (and an aircraft carrier!) pass by as well as a seal and eagles frolic. House was very open concept and windows to beach/mt. Rainer so could keep an eye on kids while lounging outside. Close to everything, but far enough to be able to get away. Fast Internet so was able to do a few Zoom meetings (unfortunately) with no issues. Great place.

My husband and I spent our anniversary weekend here. We really needed a change of scenery and a quiet place to unplug. Cute town and the location of the house was perfect. Beautiful, peaceful view.

Just back from spending 4 days at Pearl's Beach House and loved it. After spending 4 years making an independent film without a break we needed at place to unwind & just chill out . Perfect, perfect, location to unwind, grill, and enjoy the setting.

I can't say enough good things about our stay. Communication with Don was quick and easy, though we didn't need to be in touch much because everything was taken care of. The house was very clean and had a cozy beach cabin feel and fit my family perfectly. The house was better stocked than any VRBO I've ever stayed in - everything from the kitchen supplies, condiments and pantry items like spices and sugar, bathroom toiletries, and laundry supplies. The two main bedroom ceilings are open, so there is not full privacy, but it's a great place for a family or a girlfriends getaway. For our family with three little kids, we loved the open bedroom concept. We cooked several times and had everything we needed. I loved waking up to the ocean view and sunrise from the master bedroom. You can't beat having the beach right out the back door. My kids loved finding shells and jellyfish and other sea treasures and the view of Mt. Rainier was straight ahead. We loved watching the Bremerton ferry going by throughout the day and night, sitting by the firepit outside, and relaxing under the porch on the couch when it sprinkled outside. It's a 5 min walk (fast) or 15 (if you're slow and taking in the sights) to Lynwood for a coffee, donuts, ice cream, or sandwich. Some things were closed due to Covid, but the things I mentioned were available. There is a little market in town that is small, but has essentials. We loved visiting Winslow and the shops, collecting blackberries all over the island and making a blackberry crumble (we used some sugar, flour, and cinnamon we found in the cabinet, thank you!!). Being southern California residents, this was such a change from our day-to-day and exactly what we were needing and looking for. Thank you, Don, we hope to be back very soon.

Pearls has an incredible location and has all the amenities you need. The neighborhood is great for walking and biking and a short stroll from Lynwood center. It’s also extremely quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is well stocked with most everything you will need. The outdoor spaces and the view are why you are here. Great views of Mt Rainier, both covered and open patios and a fire pit. Relax and enjoy your time here. I did.

This was our 2nd time to Pearl’s Beach house. I just love the space, so homey and manageable. There is attention to detail upon the little things that could be helpful when occupying a home. If you didn’t bring anything but clothes and some food, you’d have your need met. Honestly, the view every morning, through the day, and at night is simply enchanting. A much needed and appreciated space for recharging! 💛

The location of this property was amazing. The house was very clean and the owner was very helpful. It is a great place for a family to go and enjoy the island. We would definitely stay there again.

Our family had a great stay at Pearl’s Beach House. Clean and appropriately updated home, and well stocked with items to make our stay easy. Easy access to Lynwood with restaurants, market, bakery, etc...and great view of Bremerton Ferry / Mount Rainer 🗻

I can’t express enough how special this little house is! I hope we can come and stay again someday soon! we only live an hour away, but it feels like you’re in another tiny word of uncomplicated bliss! Best way to share a special 80th birthday for our Mother! I highly recommend this property!

Such an amazing experience at Pearl’s beach house. The views from every room are incredible. All of the extra touches like robes on chilly morning, cut wood for the fire pit, needed items like coolers fir a picnic have been thought of. We lived walking the rocky beach to Lynwood and hope to make this house an annual vacation for us.

Wonderful property on the water with fabulous views! Perfect for 6 close friends. The only drawback was the fireplace not working. Fire pit on beach provided but with 2 of the women over 80 with health issues... we just used it one night. Well stocked kitchen and pantry. Great beds in a cozy cottage.
