Walk to Lifts and Town

Der Steiermark tiene una ubicación ideal cerca de 100 yardas de la zona de la base de pico 9, y sólo la mitad de una cuadra de la calle principal en el lado montaña. Estamos justo en el río Azul y se accede a la Riverwalk justo fuera nuestra puerta de atrás. Nuestra ubicación es muy conveniente para el ascensor Quicksilver de esquí y patinaje sobre hielo en el pueblo, y todos los restaurantes y tiendas en Breckenridge. Nuestro restaurante mexicano favorito, MiCasa, se encuentra en nuestro primer piso; junto con Deportes Blue River para toda su esquí, embarque y alquiler de bicicleta.

Tenemos acceso a internet, jacuzzi al aire libre, bajo llave garaje climatizado con ascensor; y completamos una extensa remodelación de fachada hace unos años. Hay bonitas vistas desde el balcón y tenemos chimeneas de leña. Mi loft de un dormitorio con un baño tiene una reina en el dormitorio de la planta baja, y una reina y dos gemelos en el gran loft. Está muy bien decorado, cómodo y muy asequible como se puede deducir de las tasas.

I went out to visit my son who lives in Keystone. When looking for places to say, he did recommend Breckenridge, as there was more to do. Little did I know that the place I stayed was absolutely perfect. I could walk everywhere. Even though the apartment was located downtown, it was quiet at night. The kitchen was well stocked, as I made a bunch of homemade meals for my son, so thank you for that. Bathroom had plenty of supplies and towels. The only down side was that the place could use a good cleaning. When I went to plug something in behind the nightstand, there was a coat of dust. I would definitely stay here again....

Condo is perfect size for my extended stay 2+weeks. Its close to everything you need, or want to do. Owner was very responsive and great to interact with. Kitchen had everything I needed, the coffee grinder was great so coffee was always fresh. I will stay again for sure.

This is a perfect location if you want a smaller sized place to stay right in the south end of town. Restaurants, bars, shopping and coffee shops are right out the door. There is a single bathroom, a bedroom downstairs and a large loft above with a double bed and two single beds. The living area is comfortable and the kitchen has most everything you will need. There is a small balcony with a couple of chairs for sitting outside overlooking the street and to the west Peaks 8, 9 and 10. The unit is older but had everything we expected based on the written description and photos. I would stay here again.

We love the location for the easy access to Main Street and the short walk to the Quick Silver Lift. The proximity to the restaurant MiCasa and to the ski rental at the family owned Blue River Sports is an added bonus. The apartment is spacious with an authentic, cosy 1970s style. We plan to come back!

Walking distance to lifts and town, location couldn't be more convienient. Very comfortable well appointed kitchen, lots of space with comfortable beds. Furniture and carpet quite worn but overall good value for money. Loft area was a bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

It may not be the newest, largest, or most updated condo in Breck, but I've never found a good condo in such a perfect location for such a great price as this. Unless you're planning on spending your entire vacation sitting around inside a condo, this place can't be beat for the price. Walking distance to all my favorite restaurants, private parking garage, great view from balcony, perfect for what I needed for my vacation.
