This house was all we could have hoped for. It was spacious, immaculate, and the small issues were resolved immediately.
The view was spectacular, the amenities perfect, and we were very comfortable.
The only issues were a lot of sea grass on the beach, which couldn't be avoided due to the weather and the wind, and the water pressure in the house was quite weak in some of the bathrooms.
In total, our family of 12, ranging in age from 3-75, was very comfortable and happy.

The home is beautiful and extremely comfortable. The location on South Sound was close to shops and restaurants but not crowded at all. Our only complain is the beach at the home was covered in seaweed and essentially unusable. Hard to see in the pictures but the first 50 meters in the ocean around the house is all sea grass, not a clear sandy bottom. It is still fine but that doesn't show up in the pictures. The property management company was the best we have dealt with and helpful and attentive to any request. We would certainly stay there or any of their properties

Truly fabulous!
The property itself was just terrific and extremely well appointed. The house manager was amazingly attentive. We itilized the concierge services to schedule reservations and excursions which was also excellent. The pool system and house amenities make it easy to want to stay on the property the whole time. House is great for families or several couples. Hope to come again (soon!).

Every other year we take our family on a Carrabean vacation. This was our sixth trip. Although my wife and I were not able to join our family this time, I have it in good authority that this was the best trip yet. The three kids, their spouses and seven grandchildren had a wonderful time. The grandkids particularly enjoyed the multiple pools. The accommodations were spectacular. The location was very convenient. The beach was also excellent. The management staff was spot on.

JULY 2019
Our group comprised wife and i, two adult children and husbands and five grand children from 7 months to 15 years. we all LOVED the house. it is 6 bedrooms, super modern, fantastic huge kitchen, two dryers and washers, great pool that goes across the back with 2 hot tubs , 2 firepits, a great outdoor cooking area. the home is very close to Georgetown, restaurants, shops. etc. our trip had red seaweed which was unfortunate but nobody's fault. our Concierges Shamis and Alicia were both over the top. we always stat at 5 start homes and hotels and this place for sure is 5 star. great job owners and caretakers!

This is the second time we've stayed here. The home is wonderful with very thoughtful appointments. Everything you think you need is already there for you. There is plenty of room to entertain as well as cozy up. The location on the island is perfect for our group. Close but not too close to everything. The staff at Luxury Cayman Villas is always professional and available. They make a wonderful vacation even better. Our in house pig roast with Chef Remy was more fun then we imagined. He and his staff are top notch and I will use him again. The in house massages were a big hit as well.

This was the family vacation of a lifetime. Perfect house, perfect layout for our family of 12, 8 adults and children ages 11, 8, 6 and 4. The staff and service could have not been more accommodating. The worst part of the trip...leaving. Just wonderful start to finish.

We just returned from a week long stay at Point of View in the Caymans. The home was stunning and perfectly set up for our crowd of 15 people. The outside space was very well thought out with great attention to spaces available for different personalities and desires. We did have a bit of trouble with the some of the lights and some minor electrical issues as well. There are only a couple of negatives to the property. You are right next to a public dock that can get really busy...we kind of enjoyed watching all the action but it is worth noting that you will have people really close to the house. Also, the home does not sit on a beach that is very walkable. On both sides, it is pretty rocky and is not what you think of when you envision taking a walk on the beach. Other that those two points to consider, the home is breathtaking, the weather was perfect and we enjoyed a night in with Chef Vincent preparing an amazing birthday dinner...out of this world!

The property as shown on-line, is beautiful; spending a week in this house far exceeded our expectations. The architectural design and planning leave nothing to be desired. The interior decorating, the lighting, the bathrooms and the kitchen both interior and exterior, the pools, saunas and fire pits left you with the feeling that 5 stars are not adequate to rate this property.

We had a wonderful stay in January at Point of View. The property was well thought out and had all the amenities you could hope for. Loved spending days (and nights) on the open patio spaces. Nice amount of sun and shade to please all! Was a short 10-15 minute drive over to Seven Mile. We had a lot of fun snorkeling off the dock and a short distance off we found a man-made reef! Grocery store 5 minutes down the road. And Chef Vincent prepared an amazing dinner four our group! Downside, the beach was not as clean as pictured and the exterior furniture could use better upkeep as far as cleaning. I would definitely recommend this property though!

There is something for everyone from the discerning grandparents down through the active grandchildren. As a repeat customer, I found the property to be well kept and actually in better shape than when brand new. Their attention to detail and improvements is to be commended.

I was diagnosed with cancer in May of 2016 and this was a celebration of getting through that year and a thank you to all of the strong woman who were by my side. Point of View, with a very suited name, was the perfect setting to house 11 woman and the cutest baby for a week. We felt together but not crowded and the flow of the house was great. The pool and hot tub areas, where we spent most of our time was always filled with laughter and late night conversation. There wasn’t one thing that we lacked being there. The beach and pier were calm and serene to watch the sun rise with a coffee or yoga listening to the ocean. Any questions we had was just a text away and always promptly answered. This week was for us to let go of the last year, to celebrate and Point of View was the perfect place! Thank you for a vacation that will never be forgotten! Could not have been happier with our stay!

Point of View is a beautiful rental property on Grand Cayman. It is a luxury property with high end finishes and lots of state of the art technology. It is spacious and works great for a large group as there are lots of gathering areas. The patio and pool area is gorgeeous. The house is well equipped with everything you need, luxury linens, kayaks, paddle board, high end coffee machines (lots), ice makers....The photos that are online are exactly like the property - beautiful. I liked that we were close to everything. Found some lovely beaches nearby and shops and restaurants were within easy reach.

August 2017 Stay
Finishing up a week at Point of View. Wish we were staying longer. The house and service absolutely met all of our expectations. We hardly explored the island as we did not want to leave the property. Had dinners prepared by Chefs recommended to us and it worked out beautifully. Every question (some pretty stupid like how do I work the blender) to more serious ones requiring maintenance were all handled promptly by Ben.
Already trying to work out when we can return

Our family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing vacation at the Point of View! It definitely was one of the best vacation rental homes we've ever rented. They really think of all the details. We had just two minor issues with a window blind and air conditioning and they were tended to within a couple of hours. This really was a home away from home and everyone one of us enjoyed every bit of this home and it's location. We also enjoyed snorkeling right off the dock, the kids saw quite a bit of ocean life.
