Everything about the property was perfect for our post retirement trip to Alaska. The views were amazing and the cottage had everything we needed.

So clean and so welcoming and quiet. Couldnt find a better place that felt so comfortable. Yvonne had place stocked with everything you need for our stay. Communication with her was great. I will miss that home away from home.

The view from the deck was great in the morning, being able to see the mountains and enjoy a cup of coffee was great. The hosts made sure we were taken care of and mafe.the stay wonderful.

Sweet little cottage. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful location. Close to everything we needed but just far enough out of the way to be relaxing. Definitely would stay here again.

My daughter and I returned to the Katherine bungalow for the second time. We have stayed at VRBOs around Alaska and this is our favorite. We like the quiet, clean, private, safe bungalow with the beautiful view. The bed and pull out couch are extremely comfortable. The bathroom is roomy, clean and modern. The kitchen area has all you need for simple meal prep and snacks. The hosts are 5 star:) You feel like a valued guest on their beautiful land. For us it is the perfect restful place to relax after a day of exploring the Palmer area.

We stayed for a couple of nights. We went to the state fair and to a concert.
The bungalow was very clean, communication with owners very easy. They are very friendly and were helpful with ideas of where to go out for dinner and ways to make our travel easier.
Location is tucked back off the road a little so very quiet.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about this place and our stay. Beautiful views, clean and cozy, and fully equipped with everything we could ever need. We never had the pleasure of meeting Stefan, but we did meet Yvonne and she was so sweet and very funny. Do yourself a favor and stay here if you are ever in Palmer.

I don’t even know where to begin with my review… everything was lovely! Truly the best vacation rental I have stayed in. The view was was breathtaking, the cabin was immaculate, service/communication was superior, and the location you can’t beat.

Exceeded our expectations!!! Super hosts and accomadations
Such a nice little place, I wish we could have stayed longer. The bungalow we stayed in was excellent. Everything is like new and high quality. I stayed here with my adult daughter. I had the bed and she used the pull out couch. It was not your standard pull out. It was probably more comfortable than most high end beds. The hosts have thought of everything. It is ideal for a couple or in our case 2 adults. I would highly recommend.
