Overall I really enjoyed my stay. Location was a key for me, close to activities as well as dinning. I would recommend a little better detail in the check-in procedure once a guest arrives at the property. There was no clear direction to which floor my rental was on. My rental was 2299 My suggestion would be (4-2299) 4 = floor 2299 = rental.I'm planning to be back next year. Chris

Great property, bedroom tv didn’t work. There was an electrical storm before we arrived and it could not get fixed until we left. Otherwise was a perfect weekend get away.

Took my family (3 people) to Keystone for a get a way weekend. The entire rental process was quick and easy. The unit was as advertised at a great price. The unit is located a few steps from the center of Keystone. The pool and hot tubs are in great shape. The management company was very good communicating everything we needed for a relaxing weekend.

Overall, we liked the location, as we were able to walk to Keystone Village as needed and it was within a reasonable driving range of the activities we wanted to do. In terms of the unit itself, the dishwasher needs to be replaced, as it is outdated and did not work when we tried to run it before we left. The curtains leading out to the balcony seem to be missing a panel and they were falling off the rods. Finally, the windows in the living area wouldn’t close and the red couch was heavily stained. The bedroom and the bathroom were fine and we appreciated the fan.

Good location to walk to village (without skiis), but windows off track, bath tub faucet is loose and sensitive, toilet seat needs to be replaced, 4 controllers-two tvs-no instructions-2 parties could not get one of them to function, undrinkable weak coffee, no ice upon arrival. 2 stars at best and not worth the $210.

Clean, serviceable condominium with easy walk to the River Run Gondola.

Good location and parking garage. Well equipped, clean condo with plenty of hooks and storage. Construction out the front window started at 7AM. That was our only complaint. Checked skis overnight at gondola for an easy walk to ski each morning. We would definitely stay again!

This unit was exactly what we expected. It was clean, comfortable, had a good view of the slopes and was a great location (short walk to gondola and village. The building itself was well maintained and quiet even on New Year's Eve. Was also nice to have indoor parking in the garage. Will definitely be back.

Overall this was a great place to stay. Unfortunately with the construction we did not have a direct walk to the gondola but the walk was not bad. The condo complex was nice and well kept up.

I really enjoyed my stay here so much I extended it. They really have a well stocked kitchen and the property management and staff were all a pleasure to speak with. The unfortunate piece is one they have zero control over and that’s the construction outside the unit which I anticipate will be going on for some time (hopefully they take the season off) so no day naps. I only used the hot tub once as it wasn’t as hot as I would prefer it so I can’t recommend the stay for that but also it was just once so I can’t not recommend it for that. I home you enjoy your stay as much as I did!

This stay was exactly what we needed and wanted! Great location to all of Summit County. The property was phenomenal! Underground parking, elevators, easy in and out, next to the mountains, everything was perfect! We'll definitely be back!

I could stay here for weeks on end. Very quiet, cute, beautiful views from the balcony, very close to Frisco and Dillon. I slept like a baby every night!! I definitely want to come back!

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Red Hawk 2299. The good location is a convenient walk to the village for morning coffee & breakfast at Inxpot. The parking garage is a nice amenity. The pool is in a lovely setting - we ended up not using it, though, as it was densely inhabited by kids - it made us laugh. We remember only wanting to go to the pool, when on vacation, as kids. The bed was very comfortable - which is a huge plus! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony (maybe keeping some outdoor chair pads, on hand, might make the metal patio chairs a bit more comfy???). The kitchen was equipped well enough to cook most of our own meals. Overall, the condo is cozy & comfortable. One "negative" - the red couch is showing some wear. Part of the issue is the ultra-suede type fabric which tends to show wear easily. There are stains on the fabric - oils from the skin, ie: backs of the legs, feet, arms, etc. tend to leave marks on that type of fabric. It may be perfectly clean but it doesn't look that way. We used bath towels on the places we sat. Perhaps recovering the sofa in a more hearty fabric that might hide some of the wear better??? We have rented from SCMR many times, over the years, & the staff is always very friendly, helpful, responive, & professional. Thank you! Your courtesy is always noticed & appreciated.

fantastic view
I loved my stay here. It had a fantastic view with great amenities. Be careful if you have a large vehicle. The garage is rather short and I was barely able to get my Outback with a Topper into the entry.

Overall, this is a nice condo to escape to. The bed was comfortable, it had a well stocked kitchen, and I could watch plenty of stuff on the TV. The WiFi was fast enough. Keystone in mud season (between Summer and Winter) is pretty boring with a lot of places closed until Winter. But it was quiet and that's what I wanted. I enjoyed my experience. Especially the fireplace.The one knock against it is the TV in the living room is mounted too high. My neck would hurt if watching the TV for any length of time.

Great place to relax and work on the off season.
The area was easy to get around and enjoy the outdoors. The place was nice and well outfitted with enough amenities to stay comfortably. Checkin and out was easy. The water gets hot really quickly. The view was beautiful. The building gets very hot so leave the windows open if you like it cooler. The dishwasher would not close so I was unable to run the wash.

Very nice property management and mountain town for a quick getaway. Unfortunately, the 1 bedroom condo was a bit worn. It needs kitchen updating as the microwave is cracked and the other appliances are dated. The shower was cold water and half of the batchroom lights were out(shower dark). Then the property hot tub and the pool were cold and the steam room/sauna was out of order. Last the fitness center doesn't open until 8:00 am.

Property is in perfect location but it is very outdated.
Someone post here not to long ago about stain on couches, they actually did not do anything about that , to me it was not really stain, it look like when furniture wear down a lot . Other thing is they have carpet all way to door and in whole condo, in front of the door there was some stains of dirt which not surprised me , why on the earth someone will put carpet at entrance.
I still had good time , best thing was 3 min walk to Gondola or Summit lift .
Condo was stuck up very good with everything ,did not need anything special besides food .

PROS:Location: Short walk away from the River Run gondola. Our unit had a clear view of the main slope and gondola from the living room and balcony. You can walk to River Run Village in less than 5 minutes.CONS:Check-in Process: You can't check-in at the unit itself. You have go a few miles down the road to a separate building, where a "secure" lockbox has an envelope with your last name on it, which contains your room keys. This was a pain because we did not have a rental car and it was a quite a hike from the unit itself. Also, there is nothing secure about the lockbox. There was a line of about 10 people waiting to get their keys and the lockbox was wide open with a pile of envelopes inside. The envelope just has your last name on it, so if another renter shares your last name you run the risk of accidentally grabbing their envelope and keys.Cleanliness: The couch has a massive sticky stain on it that covered 2 of the 3 cushions. I'm not a neat freak but this was just disgusting. We immediately messaged the contact for the property. They responded quickly but said there was nothing they could do on such "short notice". Seriously? What a joke. On our 3rd day, as we were about to go out, someone randomly showed up to clean the couch. No heads up. We declined, since we didn't want some random person in our room while we were out all day.Closet Space: Another problem we encountered was the complete lack of closet space or storage for our clothes. There were two closets in the room, one was locked, and the other was tiny and almost full will sheets, pillows, and random stuff. We were staying for a week and had to live out of out suitcases.OVERALL:I wouldn't stay here again. The location was great but we had friends staying in other parts of the mountain who were just as close to the slopes, and had a much better experience with their rentals units.

Also the kitchen table is bigger than the usual round one in these 1 bedroom units and we like that. Honestly, I love this unit over all the other ones we have been in at Red Hawk based on the furniture. We are all able to sleep comfortably without the need to pay more for a 2 bedroom condo.
