Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is convenient to attractions and Historic St. Augustine yet remote enough that it’s peaceful and quiet. Debi was gracious and helped us with some scheduling problems we had. Great experience and look forward to coming back soon. Dennis

Debra treated us as a family. The house wad cleaned and very well organized. She provided even small details for our stay- condiments and bottled water in the fridge, snack and wine of our choice, lotions, make-up remover towels, phone chargers. In the garage Debra stored bikes with helmets, beach gear, surf boards, and many more. We felt welcome and loved. The house is a walking distance from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cottage at Vilano Beach is exactly as described. Perfect location for small groups or families. A quaint cottage which a stones throw to the river and a 1/3 mile walk to the beach. Property is well maintained and clean. Property owner is friendly, helpful and directly involved with the stay.

Great property, nice quiet neighborhood.

This property was perfect for our St Augustine vacation. It is located just a very short drive from all of the historic attractions downtown and just an easy 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The house itself is located on a very quiet dead end street. The house was very clean and well kept and was perfect for our family of five. The homeowner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely choose this location again.

The property was just what we needed for our trip as a family of 4. Easy walk to the beach & easy walk to the river. Neighborhood was friendly and great for walking. House was cozy and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed here with our kids over Christmas and everything was exactly as advertised and completely amazing. Debi was a great host and even decorated the house with Christmas decorations, which our kids loved. Great access to beach and restaurants within walking distance, yet quiet and secluded. I’d stay again with my family in a heartbeat.

If you are a beach lover looking for a cozy comfortable cottage by the ocean look no further . Sun rises on the beach to your right and sunsets over the lake to left spectacular views. Everything you need is already there .10/10

The house was very cute. The house has lots of little extras from bathroom goodies, to a well stock kitchen to great beach accessories. The walk to the beach is not bad. My teenage kids didn't complain nor did my 70+ mom who visited for the day. The house has bikes that we were able to ride to the beach also a beach cart to take chairs or boogie boards or whatever else we thought we would need. Deb was very responsive and great to work with. I would definitely recommend the rental to everyone!!

This house is beautifully decorated, very clean, great location between the intracoastal and the ocean. It was just me and two of my children, ages six and nine.We loved the front porch swing and enjoyed sitting there in the evening, feeling the breeze. The flowers smelled amazing! We would absolutely stay here again. The property owner really went out of her way to ensure that our stay was just perfect, and was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend choosing this house for your vacation.

This house was so cute! It was the perfect size for our family of 6, and Debi was a great host! The beach is a short walk and once you cross the highway it’s super easy! Shops are close by and there are tons of attractions 15 minutes away! We truly enjoyed our stay and couldn't ask for a better host. Debi thinks of every detail.

Our experience in Debi's property has been the best ever! Everything that we needed was there, and more. Impeccable clean, even decorated for the holidays which made us feel at home. The location of the property is perfect, only 1 mile to the beach. We enjoyed every day bicycling and walking. Next time we will rent the property for a longer stay!

Debi’s house was just perfect for our family. The experience was wonderful, including all communication with Debi herself. The house is beautiful....cozy and quiet with Tolomato River views and a short walk to the beach. There are two restaurants within walking distance, but the house is fully equipped for meals at home. The homeowner left nice touches to make you feel welcomed. Is would stay again!

Our seven day stay in this quaint home was great. We were close to the attractions we wanted to see. Our favorite was George Street right down town St. Augustine. We had two afternoons at a beach nearby and watched surfers one day when the tide was high. Beautiful sunsets from the rear deck were enjoyed also. Appliances are good and it was a very q

Very nice stay- cut short by hurricane

My husband, 2 adult sons, their girlfriends, and I stayed at Debi’s Hibiscus Villa for 5 nights in July. It was just as the pictures portrayed- cute, cozy, clean, and convenient. While the cottage is rather small, it has a nice family room with enough seating for 6 adults, as does the dining room. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the necessities to cook meals at home. The 3 bedrooms were nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The master bathroom was more spacious than the hall bath, which is quite small, but fine. It was very warm when we were there, so we did not utilize the additional lounge/dining area below, as much as we thought we would, but we did grill once. We appreciated having a washer and dryer to use, as well as the bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach caddy. The walk to the beach wasn’t quite as close as I would’ve liked, but it’s doable; we chose to drive to Anastasia Park beach the second day. We enjoyed walking to Aunt Kate’s Restaurant, taking pictures, and watching the sunset. The food was good, too! Cap’s on the Water is close, and is a favorite of ours. It’s an easy drive into St. Augustine, where there are great happy hours, restaurants, and shops. We would recommend this house, if you value a clean, convenient, albeit cozy home. Debi is great to work with, communicating and responding to questions in a timely manner.

My family and I stayed at Debi’s Hibiscus Villa for eight days. There were six of us. It was cozy and wonderful. It had everything we needed as well as a gracious host. We had beach days mixed with days to explore the sites around St. Augustine. This house is the perfect home base. Vilano Beach is a nice little community with Aunt Kate’s restaurant just a short walk away. Plus, there is a grocery store and several other restaurants just a short drive from the house. Try 180 Vilano for some good pizza. Debi, the host, was responsive and generous. We would definitely recommend this home to others and hope to return some day.

This little cottage was a dream come true. Perfect accommodations with thoughtfully provided extras. So clean. We would definitely recommend for a quiet stay. Debi was just a text away, very responsive at all times. Aunt Kate's restaurant was close enough to walk to. The food there was fabulous. The staff was exceptional.

This was the perfect beach cottage for our spring break. The decorating, amenities, and proximity to the beach and river (which can be relaxingly watched from back patio) were more than we hoped for. The best feature is definitely the way the owner shows you that your time here is her top priority. We will surely visit this vacation property again.

The cottage was immaculate, very charming and equipped with everything. We particularly enjoyed biking around the quiet neighborhood and walking to the public pier and boat ramp only 5 minutes away. The porch and small back deck were very relaxing to hang out on as well. When we first arrived there was a problem with the washing machine but the owner was very vigilant in getting it fixed and in keeping us informed of the status. The location was convenient to St Augustine sites and to the Guana-Tolamato-Mantanzas Estuarine Research Center and Preserve which has lovely hiking, biking and kayaking.

This cottage was perfect for our family of 5! The location is great and the neighborhood is very quiet, within walking distance to Kate’s.
