Great location

This is a great place and location for us. This was our second time staying here and it was perfect!!

Location cannot be beat. The only time we used the car was to drive to the trailheads; everything else is within walking distance. Roomier than what the pictures show. We will book again next time we are in Steamboat!

This was a very well equipped property. All areas met our needs very well. One box fan had a broken fan piece, but everything else was good. Location cannot be beat.

We really enjoyed our stay at this downtown condo in Steamboat Springs. The location while 13ish minutes from the skiier drop-off is superb if you're looking for more things to do within walking distance. We appreciated the dedicated parking spot as we had a car with us. Virtually all of the nicer restaurants are within walking distance as well as several shops. The condo is on the 3rd floor and looks out to Howelsen Hill, which is a lot of fun to watch. The fireplace is very easy to use, and equally nice to have - it heats the condo very well. There's a box for skis, and a several coat hooks which logistically makes things a lot easier. The condo is nicely decorated and was very clean. We were impressed by how large it really was. It easily fit our family - 4 adults, 1 teen, 1 child. I appreciated that fans were provided in each room, as well as extra pillows and blankets. They also did not short you on towels - which can be such a drag. The only drawbacks in our opinion are the showers. Hot water was a hot commodity while we were there over Spring Break. I assumed that's part of being in a condo building and lots of showers happening at similar times of the day. But we only had about 1 hot shower each during our entire stay. Others were cold or very lukewarm if we were lucky. The other thing is the tubs are slippery. Two of the adults slipped and fell, which could be dangerous. All of that said, again, we really enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely stay here again. The location is simply excellent.

It was our first time to Steamboat and we found the location to be perfect. Easy to hop on the shuttle to the base, easy to get to shops and restaurants, and easy to view the mountains from the condo itself. Great stay!

We loved our stay here! The location is close to great restaurants and bars. Very close to the free city bus that takes you to the mountain. The apartment is well laid out and well equipped. Communication with Brian was received and responded to promptly. We loved having a front door and back door entrance.

The condo was comfortable and clean and was located within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The property manager was responsive before and during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was the perfect location, right by the bus stop to the mountain and in the middle of everything in town. Very convenient and nice pace to stay!

We had a great time in Streamboat webto Thunderstruck Adventures and did a 2 day pro tour. It was epic! The condo was in the most perfect location, and was very clean and well decorated. Walking distance to all the best restaurants and all the little shops. Great views from the 3rd floor balcony. It was perfect for the 4 of us. We will be back, and will stay here again! Right in the middle of town for easy walking access to great coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and shopping and just a short, free shuttle away from skiing. Very comfortable beds, plenty of space and well accommodated for supporting a large group (lots of coffee mugs, wine glasses, etc.). Process and communication with Brian was easy and right on.

My in-laws stayed here for Thanksgiving and loved the condo and the accessibility to everything downtown Steamboat has to offer.

This was a great place to stay. The only downside was no air conditioning. It was rough not being able to cool down in the evening. Even with windows open. Otherwise, a great place to stay.

The complex can be noisy, but the location is killer. Walk to the rodeo, concerts, restaurants, anything downtown. Have stayed here twice with 2 families of four, very comfortably. Property manager couldn’t be easier to deal with.

Tough to beat the location since you can walk to everything you want to do in the summer.

We loved Brian's property, we never used our car until it was time to leave. Restaurants and shopping right outside the door and hiking/rafting/biking across the street. We visit Steamboat every year and we loved the walkability of this place, highly recommend!

You can walk anywhere downtown where parking is very limited.

Loved the location and the place was big enough for our group. The property manager was quick to respond. Only downside is the one parking space but he listed plenty of other options for the other cars.
