Once we received the check in packet everything went smoothly. They had the wrong email so I didn’t receive the info prior to arrival but I contacted the property owner and she responded quickly and directed us to where we needed to go. This is a great property and location.

Building logistics confusing. Took forever to get into unit. Parking a problem. Signs poorly done. Nobody on site to talk to. Just a bad management experience. Unit was nice, bedrooms comfortable, views outstanding. Didn’t seem a good value for the price we paid.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Red Hawk! It was close to the Gondola and restaurants at the base.

Great property, Great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A couple of improvement suggestions. Need hooks in the bathrooms to hang up used towels. Dishwasher is great, but lower basket runs off rail. I suspect that this is due to the heavy kitchen dishes. I suggest changing to lighter dishes, such as Corelle dinnerware.

The condo was as-advertised. Spacious, comfortable and great location. Small issues, but at this price-point would expect a little more:
1. Check-in - no smart locks. Drive to office location, find envelope in lock box containing card-keys
2. Parking - 4 bedroom condo and only 1 parking pass. Turns out this is a feature of the building as they only built 1 spot for each unit, but would have been good to know this in the listing. We had two cars and had to park one off-site with expensive overnight rate
3. Garbage disposal did not work. Filled it with food, turned it on and nothing. Called the mgmt company and were told they could send someone the next day. after 20 mins of clearing food out and tooling around we fized it ourselve. Seems some plastic was jammed inside. Cleaners or mgmt co should check these things between guest stays
4. Coffee Pots - there are 2 coffee makers, which is great. Turns out one of them has an after-market pot (or lid) that does not quite work with the machine. result was a huge coffee mess. Careless.

We could not have enjoyed our stay at this condo any more. We have stayed at many ski condos, and this one checks all the boxes.
It was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need from gadgets to spices, coffee, and even plastic wrap/foil/ziploc bags.
The location is one of the closest to the River Run Gondola. Just a short walk. Best of all, three of the BR have king sized beds so adults don’t have to sleep on twins or bunks. The 4th BR with the bunks is great for children. The owner was very responsive to questions I had.
We will definitely be booking this one again but better book early because it is a winner!

Great location for skiing and close to restaurants and shops. Comfortable set-up for a large group with kids; place was very clean and had a lot of nice extras - games for kids, well-stocked kitchen, etc. We loved having the open family room & kitchen space for the group. As a heads up, if you need parking for 2 cars, we did have a little scare when the management company didn't provide us with two passes at check-in, but that got resolved quickly as the passes were in the unit. Also, the dishwasher wasn't working but owner is looking into getting it fixed. Other than that, the place was perfect and we recommend it.

This condo exceeded our expectations and they were high!
Communication with the owner was wonderful. Upon arrival, check-in was seamless and easy.
We just loved everything about this beautiful condo. It was beautifully decorated, and all of the rooms seemed fresh and new. It had everything you could possibly need for your stay, and the mountain view from the condo is absolutely breathtaking! The location of the Red Hawk is fantastic with just a short little walk to the gondola.
We come to Keystone every year; and we all agreed, this will, hopefully, be our new rental.

This condo unit was perfect for our group snowboarding trip. More than enough room, clean, well appointed, and close to everything. All check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Would definitely recommend this unit to friends.

In summary, this place was amazing!
It was spacious for our large group of eight adults and five children. Everyone had a bed to sleep in. The bathrooms were clean and spacious and updated nicely. The walk to the gondola was about 3-4 minutes. The ski locker was large enough to accommodate almost everyone’s gear and the parking garage was very convenient.
We loved it so much we’re definitely coming back!

We traveled to Keystone for a wedding with 2 other couples. This condo in Red Hawk was perfect for our stay! It’s spacious, clean and nicely decorated. It was well stocked with toiletries, dishwasher pods, etc which is pretty unusual in a rental. The views from every room are amazing. Don’t worry about the check in process- the management company sent detailed instructions ahead of time and it was exactly as described. The owner was super helpful and responsive to my many questions ahead of time both before booking and after. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for Keystone accommodations!

Rocky start to get into the condo and get situated. Communication was good with the owners. Issues resolved and we were compensated for our inconvenience. Perfect set up and floor plan for our family.

Family keystone stay. Unfortunately when we arrived zero entry parking or condo cards worked. Took 4 hours to get functioning cards for myself and guests. Two of the four bedrooms had functioning door locks. One of the hall bathrooms had zero functioning door locks which was a problem. The master door also rattled all night:( Definitely not a great start.

The property was very well stocked with all your basic needs from shampoo to tide pods for the washing machine to coffee. The place was clean and was exactly as the listing showed. Fast responses from the owners with any questions I had. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Loved the location and ease of getting to the lift and being able to rent skis, shop, and get food at River Run. This condo was perfect for our 4 families and was very comfortable. Our check in was delayed because the cleaning crew was late, but our needs were taken care of in a very prompt manner. The kitchen had adequate cooking supplies, coffee makers, and some spices. The only complaint about the facility is the slow elevator and the long wait times. The garage was heated and convenient to park. We used the pool and hot tub, grill, and game room in the lobby. Communication with property management was great and the VRBO host was very attentive and prompt with replys.

Check-in: a slight snafoo with getting the information in order to gain access (management had a typo with our email address, this wasn't the fault of the owners). Was able to contact the owner who responded right away with the correct information. Condo: pictures depict the condo accurately, it's gorgeous with ample space for 4 couples and stocked to the gills with whatever you could imagine. In fact better stocked than my own house. If you've ever rented through VRBO, you've experienced the stingy owners that offer little to no soap, or paper towels, toilet paper that you can see through and horrible, weak wifi to cut corners. The owners here are just the opposite of stingy - luxurious soaps and shampoos, thick fluffy towels, plenty of coffee, gobs of coffee/tea pods for the Keurig, dishwasher pods and Tide pods to name just a few niceties. Would highly recommend. We will be repeat customers if/when heading back to Keystone.

Walk to the Lift & Stay in a Beautiful Condo!
Our large group had a great stay at this gem in Keystone! Everything was as stated and the short walk to the gondola was ideal for our group. Already talking about returning!

Great Spring Break
This was our first entire family vacation and first time to Keystone. We had. Six adults and 3 boys (9,11,15). Everyone had a great time. Perfect location.
The only negative was the check in was a little confusing and the cleaning crew was still cleaning at 4. BUT once we were in it was fine and no other issues. The only other thing was the top bunk (not a deal breaker) but note that if you are needing a small child to sleep up there that the railing is level with the mattress. This only was a problem because both kids to sleep in that room are crazy sleepers and needed a rail. He just moved to the pull out sofa bed so not a big deal but in case you are needing that specific bed for a younger child just note that.
Overall…we lived out stay and would definitely use this property again.

Nice place, great location
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location close to River Run Gondola. The condo is spacious and well-stocked with anything you need. Kids loved the arcade game. Our only complaint is that the check in process was a bit frustrating. The directions from the property manager weren’t very clear and the text-only support line resulted in delayed response to questions. It would have been helpful to have more detailed instructions particularly as to the location of the parking garage and a note that the unit is located on the 5th floor (which some elevators don’t serve).

Great Location
The condo is a great location, we've stayed around the river run village area for the past few years and this was the best location so far!
Only issue was a bearing in the dryer needed to be replaced and it took a bit before someone would come out to look at it. The dryer was unusable as the noise made from metal on metal was much too loud. We asked for someone to come out while we were still there and they sent a tech after the dryer broke. It was frustrating as the in unit washer and dryer was a big selling point for us. There is laundry in the building which we used, but would have preferred the dryer be fixed before the second to last day of our stay.

Excellent Option for River Run Gondola
This was one of the best vrbo properties we have stayed at. The unit is modern and updated throughout. It was super clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The kids loved the arcade games in the living room. The parking was great. It was an overall excellent experience. The only negative issue was that the elevator in the building broke down. This is not the fault of the owner but affected our stay nonetheless. It is quite a workout to climb multiple flights of stairs with ski gear at that altitude. This was offset by the host allowing us to use their medallion for the overnight ski check at the river run gondola at no charge. It is a super close walk to the gondola so that made it all worth it in the end.
We will definately plan on staying there again.

Perfect location
Great location, beautiful and comfortable. We had 3 adults and three 15 year old girls with us. The condo was perfect size and location was perfect to ski in/out for everyone and being so close to village was perfect for us.

We really enjoyed the location and ease to get to and from the gondola- it’s helpful with kids to be able to easily return to the room for a quick snack and to warm up!! The kids also loved the video game table in the room and grandma was able to show off her pac-man skills! Thanks for a great family vacation!
