We stayed here with a group of friends for a wedding on Goat Island, and this house was conveniently located and offered plenty of space for us to get ready. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our family ranging in age from 18 mo.~70(although you must be able to climb stairs to access the bedrooms). Great location for enjoying Newport on foot. The house very well equipped. We had no need to communicate with the property manager.

Jenny’s house is absolutely fantastic. The house is just as advertised and we are lucky to have found it. Jenny was super responsive and very helpful. You cannot beat this location if you want to be close to the shops, restaurants, and activities!

We traveled from the Semple Mansion in Minneapolis to tour the mansions of Newport. This place was absolutely perfect, the location was amazing, it was incredibly spacious, and all of us 7 ladies loved it

A group of 9 of us stayed for a girl's weekend and it was perfect. The location was amazing, a super short walk to downtown and everything you needed. Once we parked, we never got in our cars again. The house was in great condition and had everything we needed. Everyone slept great in the comfy beds! Thanks to the owner for her prompt responses to our questions before, during and after our stay. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable house in the heart of Newport! First floor kitchen/living area was awesome! Need to be able to climb stairs to get to the bedrooms, especially the 3rd floor (2 bedrooms). Bathrooms seemed to be recently renovated and were very nice. House has a lot of charm. Loved it!

This house is great! Best location in walking distance to everything, beautiful house, clean, well appointed and decorated in “New England beach decor.” Jennifer was a great host, responsive to all messages. We were an extended family of 9 adults. The house fit our needs perfectly.

What a wonderful property to spend a bachelorette party at. The home was spacious enough for 10 women to comfortably stay for a weekend. This home was immaculately clean and inviting when we first arrived. The house is stocked with everything you need. Can't beat the location - no ubers or cars needed the entire weekend. The host let us arrive early and stay late - SO accommodating. Would LOVE to come back and stay one day - 5 stars 10/10 recommend. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for the perfect stay!!!

Great...but take pictures if anything is amiss upon arrival. The Front door was ajar when we arrived and would never shut properly. We were charged for the repair from our security deposit. And another mishap which we are not aware that we caused. Miscommunication......but house is great!

From the moment we booked to the moment we left, this was an exceptional decision to book this location. The owners are amazing. Quick responses, helpful hints for things to do, and always with a smile. We had all couples with us, and had enough room for ourselves while enjoying the shared space. Wonderful location in a historic spot. Walking distance to everything, especially helpful in walking off all of the amazing local food.

We had a house full here for a week, with 6 adults and 5 teen boys while out for a Regatta. It worked out perfectly for us. The house is newly updated and super clean. Since the kitchen living room area is very open we could all be in there at once which was nice. There is a bedroom that has a queen plus 2 twins and then there are two couches in different rooms that made it easier for the boys if they wanted more space. The location is great! We had 4 cars among us all and were able to park them all right behind the house. We only used them to get the kids to Reggata. Otherwise everything was in walking distance. Most of the restaurants had long wait times, we would put our name in, go back to the house to shower and then by the time we walked back our table would be ready. Jenny made the whole rental process really easy. Two of our group even got there a day early and called her to see if the house was rented that night. It was empty so she let them stay just charged them for a room. We’ll definitely stay here again when back in Newport!
