Spent a wonderful week in this beautiful penthouse condo while attending a wedding and related festivities at the Mauna Lani resort. Perfect location overlooking tranquil fishponds with ocean views from the lanai. Conveniently located close to all of the Mauna Lani amenities, yet very private and quiet. Host Surinder was very helpful in suggesting walking trails, restaurants and other island activities. Housekeeper Kathy welcomed me with a lovely note, delicious pineapple, as well as a spotless and comfortably cool condo. Highly recommend!

This condo in Mauna Lani was the best vacation experience we have ever had! We stayed for 3 weeks, which gave us enough time to see a lot of the natural beauty of the big island. The condo was the perfect home base. The location is great for day trips to volcanoes, hikes, the southernmost point, rainforests, ranches, etc. And you can easily walk to beautiful beaches, snorkeling, fish ponds, lava fields, petroglyphs, shopping, golf, restaurants, etc. The condo itself is even better than the photos. It is luxurious and beautifully decorated but also comfortable, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. Finally, the owners are the most hospitable, welcoming, and attentive hosts we have ever had. They went out of there way to make our stay absolutely perfect!

An impeccable property with beautifully appointed interiors, lovely views and a peaceful, tranquil setting. The host was great to work with and always available. The kitchen thoughtfully stocked with the staples you need (spices, condiments, etc). All the comforts of home in paradise. We were sorry to leave and hope to return again soon. Mahalo.

Surinder's condo was perfect for our honeymoon. The welcome packet gave clear instructions for how to check in and out, the property was clean, quiet, and safe, and there are lots of great amenities right on the resort. We especially loved snorkeling right off Mauna Lani beach.

The condo was immaculate and the setting was amazing. Extremely peaceful and great views of the fish ponds and the ocean in the distance. The unit was very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed watching the sunset for the ocean front chaise lounges that are available to Mauna Lani Terraces residents & guests. The pool are was great as well.

As the property description says, an exquisite luxury apartment! From its great location (within walking distance of an amazing beach, walking paths and golf courses and centrally located to all points on the Big Island) this clean, comfortable and well appointed luxury condo with a fantastic view from the lanai is a MUST rent. Compliments to the owner who ensures that everything with the rental is seemless ensuring a stress free stay. Will most certainly stay here again!

One of the most magical places in all the islands! It has everything you could ever want in a relaxing vacation and at the same time, is close to great hiking, stunning natural areas and quaint towns. The condo is a quiet and comfortable location to make your home base with everything you need at hand. My favorite moments were early mornings on the lanai with coffee, bird song, jumping fish and sweet tiny geckos. You will be just steps away from some of the cleanest beaches on the island with excellent snorkeling and comfortable cabana chairs. Every evening we walked all around the fish ponds and along the beach to watch the sunset. There are several excellent restaurants close by. No need to drive! Staying here in the fall is our favorite time because there are very few people and everyone is quiet and cheerful. The walking paths are safe and most are paved. You'll want to use a flashlight after dark. So many beautiful birds and fish to see! Mauna Lani Terrace is truly a magical place that few will experience. We are so grateful to have been two!

We had an amazing stay. The villa was spacious, well-appointed and perfectly located. We loved walking to the beach club and lounging in their chairs. It was also a quick walk to the Auberge for their breakfast buffet or a nice dinner. The property was quiet and peaceful. We would love to return!

Good location and met all of our needs to relax on vacation. Host was excellent in proactive communication and checking to see we had everything we needed from preparing for the trip and during out stay. Kitchen was perfect for cooking meals and very well stocked with equipment, basic food items (spices, etc).
Walkable to golf, restaraunts, and a short drive or 15 min walk to the grocery store.

Wonderful relaxing location
A serene beautiful property in an amazing location. I was able to watch sunrise and sunset from the balcony or from the beach which is just steps away. Incredibly - there were flying fish in the pond in front of the patio. I appreciated that there was no loud hotel/ resort noise but the resort was close enough if you wanted to visit. The lights in the property are a bit dim but the patio is large and very sunny. The condo is very well stocked for cooking - and definitely appreciated the wonderful Hawaiian coffee. I would definitely recommend for a relaxing vacation. I’ll be back.

This was exactly what we were looking for in a get-away unit among the best complexes in the Mauna Lani resort - well-appointed with great sunset sky views from the 3rd (top) floor. Communication with the property owner was excellent and prompt.

Zen-like Experience
Loved this top floor 1BR/2Ba Villa! The Asian decor was beautiful and tasteful. Fell asleep each night to the sounds of breezes in the palms. Awoke to morning coffee on the lanai watching the jumping fish. Location was excellent- short walks to beach restaurants or marketplace with restaurants. Great snorkel beaches nearby. Lighting is a little dim but calming. We would stay here again.

Lovely Mauna Lea Condo
This is our third time renting this property and we love it! Beautiful view of a fish pond lagoon and the ocean, with lovely sunsets. Quiet and peaceful, and nice level walking paths to the ocean.

The holidays in paradise
I have stayed in a number of rental condos in Hawaii and this was by far my favorite! Amazing location, great beach walks and running in all directions, and a huge lanai to enjoy meals while watching jumping fish - it was wonderful. The condo itself is very spacious (it's larger than the 2 bedroom condo we live in) and is equipped with literally everything you could want in a kitchen. Two spacious bathrooms was a luxury (compared to a hotel room) and the hotels close by were great when we didn't feel like cooking. The only small suggestion I could make is a couple of sturdy Tommy Bahama beach chairs and an umbrella for the days when the local beach club is running short on chairs or when you want to venture further afield, up to Hapuna Beach. The communications with Surinder before and during our stay were great, and we appreciated all the information he provided. Thanks again, and we look forward to visiting in the future!!

Serenity Now!
This was our first stay at a condominium property in Hawaii (vs staying at a resort) and we were somewhat hesitant as to whether we would enjoy the experience as much......after stepping into Surinder's beautiful condo the answer was a quick 'YES'! Not only is the location absolute perfection with a short walk to the pool and beach as well as another beautiful resort (Auberge) but the condo is so big and comfortable (with a gorgeous view and huge lanai where you can watch jumping fish) you won't want to stay in a hotel room again! It was also so well stocked, between the kitchen supplies, towels, beach chairs, laundry, etc. we had everything we needed. There is a great supermarket a short distance away within the compound and the restaurants at nearby Auberge property were fantastic (and a short stroll away). We were spoiled by the timing as we felt like we had the overall area to ourself, few if any people at the pool or beach. We look forward to coming back to this gorgeous condo again one day!

Big Island Perfection
The location and condo are perfect for a romantic vacation on the Big Island. The condo is adjacent to the gorgeous fish ponds at Mauni Lani , a lovely setting for enjoying the sunset. The condo is beautifully decorated, very clean and fully equipped.

Perfect paradise
The property was perfect for us to celebrate our anniversary. We had a slight problem with the air conditioning unit. Surinder was on top of it and had it fixed the next day. Thank you for your hospitality and promptness.

Beautiful Sunsets
The location of this condo in the Terrace complex was really wonderful. It was quiet, was nicely decorated, had beautiful views, and easy walks to outstanding swimming, dining, etc. places. It's very well kept, super-clean and with quite a few handy kitchen/cooking items. Owner was very responsive and helpful. A couple of things to be aware of: there is no ceiling fan in the bedroom so it might be a bit stuffy in still weather if you don't run the A/C. (There's a floor fan but it can't provide the same "breezes" as a ceiling model.) When we stayed, beach chairs, etc. were not provided (only towels), apparently due to Covid. The owner did drop one off for us, which we appreciated, and of course there are loungers and chairs at the beach at Napua. Also, the owner's policy might be different now. None of this bothered us at all, and we very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Sunsets truly were spectacular!

Beautifully decorated interior with a relaxing balcony with premium patio chairs and lounges to enjoy early morning coffee, while listening to the birds and fish swim in the fishpond! Thoughtful consideration to every guest comfort. Loved the quiet, superior location with open expansive views and access to the walking trails and ocean! Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful Condo!
My husband and I truly enjoyed our nine night stay at this gorgeous condo. Sitting out on the lanai, listening to the birds and the occasional concert on the beach, made for a very relaxing vacation. It was our first time on the Big Island and we were very impressed with the resort and all the fun things to do on the island. We are hoping to return some day!

Anniversary Paradise
Our first trip to Hawaii and we found this to be the perfect place to stay. The setting is beautiful and tranquil, with what we thought to be the best view in the complex overlooking the fish ponds. About a pleasant 10 minute walk to a nice beach with pretty good snorkeling and a nice restaurant we visited twice.
