Perfect place to stay close to everything on the main drag. House is beautiful, clean, and with plenty of space for everyone. Mattresses were incredibly comfortable and every guest had their own space. I look forward to being able to return next ski season. Thanks John!

We had a fairly easy rental process. All my questions were answered immediately by John. No trouble finding the house. It is walkable to the Old Town and the lift there. Unfortunately we rented our equipment at the main lifts and had to access transportation which turned out to be very easy. House was well supplied and plenty of room for all. Several gathering areas. Very comfortable there and would like to return.

We had a large group of adults stay at this house for a ski trip! The house is beautifully laid out, has an amazing main floor to entertain guests, and was in an amazing location that was a short walk from Main Street. We couldn’t have asked for a better house!

John’s communication was terrific! Great house, equipped with everything in the kitchen, HUGE washer and dryer! Super close to Main Street! Great property! (We had 13 people and it fit us all)

Great property with lots of room. Manager and owner quickly responded to all questions and needs. Walkable to historic old town. Walk to town lift too far with skis and ski boots but easy to park in parking garages nearby.

Summer in Park City
John provided us with an excellent experience while in Park City. The property is top notch with plenty of room to accommodate a larger group. The home is well stocked with everything you would ever need. The best part was how close we were to Main Street. A quick walk down the street and on to the city path and your there. John was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. I highly recommend this property.

The house was great for our family vacation. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook large family meals. The location was great; just a short walk into town but still very quiet. Communication with the owner and house manager was great.

Awesome Park City Ski House
This property was perfectly located for a great family ski vacation to Utah. It was just about two blocks off of Main Street Park City and a 7 minute drive to Deer Valley Resort. The actual street was quiet and safe. The house was spacious, clean and very kid friendly while having all the amenities anyone could need. The owner and property manager could not have been more friendly and accommodating. We had a fantastic week and I highly recommend this property to anyone going to Park City/Deer Valley who needs/wants a spacious, comfortable, updated home.

We shipped our ski stuff up so it would arrive about the time we did . Tom was our point of contact for any questions we had . He made sure it was put away securely when ur arrived and was available if we needed anything . I can’t say enough good things this house , the owner or caretaker . Would highly recommend.

The house is well stocked/organized, has multiple humidifiers throughout, heated 2 car garage, etc. The fast internet connection and office area made it great for working remotely. The Alexa assistant, Sonos speakers, TVs, steaming apps and updated electronics were great as well.The owner was responsive. The property manager was friendly, checked in to make sure we had a great stay, and came to clear out the snow around the property multiple times for easy access.We would definitely come back to this property and recommend it to others.

Park City Mardi Gras
This property was perfect for my family and friends. We have 3 small children who very much enjoyed the upstairs bedroom next to the master. Perfect for a family. Then 3 other bedrooms on the bottom 2 floors, plenty of space for our friends who tagged along. Super convenient location to downtown. We did have to have someone drive us to the base, but it worked out perfectly b/c my husband doesn't ski and was able to play chauffeur. I would be a hike with gear to get to Town lift, I will say. BUT if you are a group of friends and up for the challenge, certainly a beautiful walk. Everything was very clean. Kitchen was well-stocked. Spice drawer was on point, so no need to buy any of that at the grocery store :) Overall, we were so happy with our trip and would absolutely stay again.

Amazing home in a perfect location!
Our family of 7 stayed in this home for a hiking vacation. Wow, the location and comfort of the home couldn't be more ideal! The home itself is large, super comfortable, and gorgeously furnished. Our boys enjoyed the hot tub every day after hiking, and we were able to spend wonderful quality time around the large dining table or in the two spacious living areas. The house is just a short walk to Main Street, so we could easily enjoy shopping, dining, and gallery hopping. It's just a 5-10 minute drive to Park City, Deer Valley, and Canyons resorts (or easily walkable to the Transit Center to use public buses to the resorts). I would recommend this home to anyone looking to enjoy Park City!

Nice big home close to Main Street! Amazing open kitchen for cooking.
My group all really enjoyed staying close to main street with great restaurants, bars and shops. Some liked to take a day off skiing and walk 5 min to town to shop and eat and meet up with the skiers as well. The 2 master bedroom configuration is great for 2 large families and with 3 more guest bedrooms (and 1 with 3 queen beds) it was perfect for our group. The TV setup worked great with good sports coverage and we used the DVR to record our favorite sports and TV shows on nights we went out. The open kitchen was well equipped and we stayed in and cooked some nights over the holiday then had fun playing games. The hot tub was awesome for a soak to warm up and relax after a day on the slopes. We also loved having the Sonos sound system throughout. And after either connecting to the adaptor (or adding the Sonos app to my phone) we could play our music. The Sonos also has "Alexa" to ask "Play Music" or ask "What is the Weather" or "Set the alarm for 8AM" on powder days. I highly recommend this home.

Loved the location and layout of the house.
The house was great - lots of room to allow the family to be very comfortable. Many meals and games were shared in the kitchen and living areas. Plus the skiing was awesome!

We stayed at this property on a recent visit to Park City and it was a fantastic experience all around. Booking the house was easy, and it was immaculately kept. We quite enjoyed our stay and would return.

Perfect vacation home for our family reunion.
This home is ideally located with easy walking access to Main Street. However, it felt very private inside the home. The kitchen is well provisioned and we cooked several meals together. The large, round kitchen table was just right for family games. I would recommend this venue to anyone. I will definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit Park City.
