I was celebrating my 60th birthday with girlfriends!! Perfect home! Great location! We visited wineries and breweries on our bicycles and cooled off with a swim in the lake!!! Had dinner in the backyard! Great sunsets! Great Friends! Great house!

We would like to say the property was great! Clean and tidy with white towels and sheets! Comfy beds,. Nice big dining table. Kitchen items great! Sandra was great and responded to my emails promptly. Thank you!

The property was exactly as described. Beds were comfortable, house was spotless! Check in and check out and communication with property manager was seamless. Highly recommend

The property was perfect for 2 couples spending time in wine country. Great location with the water and a small beach a short walk down the street. The house had everything we needed and we really loved spending quiet time in the backyard. Just the mini-getaway we were looking for!!

Our family felt very comfortable during our stay here. The house was well-appointed and clean, just as we had expected it to be. The proximity to the lake and small park was about a minute, and downtown was a pleasant walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice property for the most part. It was fairly well appointed (no tea pot but the owner brought one immediately when we contacted her). We enjoyed cooking on the barbeque. The back yard was a bit disappointing however we were out exploring the beautiful area around Niagara-on-the-Lake so it didn't matter. Overall we did enjoy our stay.

The location is woodsy and quiet right by the lake, and it’s a lovely long walk into the town. The house had plenty of room for us to spread out and was clean and well supplied. Sandra was very responsive to questions. Would stay here again.

We have been visiting Nigeria on the Lake for 9 years and have rented other houses and stayed in bead and breakfast, this is the best!

Just returned from a girls weekend and this place exceeded our expectations. Beautiful home and plenty of space for the 5 of us. We lucked out with beautiful weather and enjoyed sitting in the backyard sipping on Niagara's finest wines. 2 spacious bathrooms for 5 women was a bonus and the upstairs shower was fantastic! The location was wonderful and within steps of Lake Ontario where we thoroughly enjoyed the sunsets. It is a little ways from downtown Niagara on the Lake - about a 25 minute walk, but when you have scenery like that, it's nothing but enjoyable. Only a couple of minutes to get to downtown by car. If we had any questions or issues, the host responded immediately. I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely cottage. Very comfortable and just a few steps to the lake. The weather was beautiful. We were fortunate enough to meet the owner and let her know how amazing her place was. Thank you Sandra!!

We absolutely loved staying here! More than we expected as far as location. Close to old town and enjoyed riding around the neighborhood looking at houses. We were able to bike to a number of wineries and walk to the lake was a hop, skip and a jump away!! The house was nicely done, totally updated and clean!

Great experience from arrival to departure. Every amenity was provided. Truly allowed for a relaxing weekend in niagara on the lake with my wife and close friends.

Our family group of 4 had a great stay in Sandra's cottage. The location just steps from the lake and a lovely waterfront park was great for taking a stroll. The next door neighbours were very nice and helpful when we had a shopping query. The cottage is very well equipped with plenty of glassware, dishes, pots, towels etc. The newly renovated bathrooms are very nice although the walkin shower floor was surprisingly slippery so we added a non skid mat to Sandra's inventory so make sure you use that. The Wifi worked great and although there is no traditional cable service for the TV's, we loved having access to Netflix for catching up with some shows in the evenings. The only reason I have not given this property 5 stars is because we had an ongoing issue with hot water. I suspect the on-demand system is not functioning optimally or if it is functioning by design it can't keep up to back to back showers. My Dad took a 5-10 minute shower and my sister started one immediately after but ran out of hot water 5 minutes in. It took nearly 30 minutes for more hot water to appear. I've advised Sandra of this via text after we departed so I assume that will be addressed. Otherwise, a great stay in a lovely spot to which we would most definitely return in the future. I don't think you will be disappointed if you choose to stay here. Thanks again, Sandra!

We enjoyed socializing and cooking in this house. It was nice having a Grill and adequate cookware. The dishwasher is not cleaning properly and leaves residue so we washed glassware by hand. The bathrooms were nice and modern but the floor was extremely slippery. We truly loved the beautiful flowers in the garden and watched sunsets over lake nightly. Wonderful house. Would stay here again!

Group of 6 adult family members. Perfect size and balance of common areas and privacy. Comfy furniture. Cottage looks great. Fantastic woodwork and modern amenities. Right down the street from Lake Ontario! Sandra was very helpful with reservations and helpful notes.

Loved the location. Nearby lake access, walking distance to golf and shops. Short drive to many wineries. Loved it.

We loved the beautiful views and comfortable space of the home. It was wonderful to be just steps from the lake and so close to downtown NOTL. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because the back patio was quite dirty and required cleaning before we could enjoy spending time outside.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the cottage. All amenities and places to visit very close by and drive able. Niagara Falls is also not far. Best we enjoyed early morning walks at the lake front. Have recommended to my friends. Surendra & party
