Bonita casa linda, céntrica, recientemente remodelada con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con un gran patio trasero, barbacoa disponible, acceso directo al parque, a 5 minutos del centro de San Diego, a 10 minutos de las playas, SeaWorld, el zoológico.

We had a wonderful time and the house was beautiful. We were able to walk down to the playground area behind the house, but wish the path there had been a little more cleared out. Otherwise, everything was fabulous and we would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Check in and out process was easy. Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. The owners listed a few suggestions for things to do and places to eat which was helpful. Very detailed instructions which was nice.
My only complaint would be the tv. Netflix was worked the first day; however, when we went to watch it the next day it was logged out and we couldn't get a hold of the owners as they were out of town. No big deal as we were very busy and hardly at the house anyways.

The house is very comfortable--looks just like the photos. Even though it's very close to everything, it's in a very quiet neighborhood. We'll definitely return if we have another trip to San Diego!

Upon entering home, instructions were provided for everything which made everything simple. Communication was great with owner. If I ever come back to SD, I’ll happily reserve this place again!

Place was perfect for what we needed and in an extremely convenient, central location. The closet full of toys was a nice touch and kept the kids occupied. Owners were very responsive. Would stay again!

This was such a great spot! The owners were very friendly, and quick to respond. We were a little worried about how kid friendly it would be with the glass furniture, but it worked out great. They had two big bins of toys, and a pack-n-play which was super helpful. Would definitely love to stay here again :)

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and comfortable. The pictures are very accurate. The home is centrally located and everything we needed was within 20 minutes. The property owners were very responsive and professional. I definitely would recommend this property.

This house is amazing. It's a quaint, little home in a quiet neighborhood. It's centrally located to most attractions and other tourist spots. The house itself is very roomy for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home. Everything we would need for basic necessities was provided, including dinnerware and a full-sized fridge. The backyard area was nice and shaded. My only gripe was the TV but with our own phones and laptops, we were able to watch whatever we wanted. Overall, this is a perfect rental for small families and even families with small kids.

The property is easy to find. Location is great with easy access to freeways and shopping. The home was clean, spacious and perfect for my family as we visited the area. We would totally book again. Loved the house.

Very nice property and extremely convenient for going to Sea World and the San Diego Zoo. Nice kitchen supplies, but could use some sharper knives.

a GREAT way to see San Diego
The unit was clean and as expected. We were greeted with a bottle of wine on the counter. My wife and I spent a week and our son joined us to see basketball March Madness. We also like the fact that we were close to Holy family Church which we attended daily Mass. the people were very friendly.

Great Location - Close to Everything in San Diego
We stayed here for a month working remotely. Excellent location for seeing all the sites in San Diego. Seemed like nothing was more than 20 minutes max travel time - Old Town, Little Italy, Gas Lamp District, Coronado Island, MCRD, SD Airport.
Melissa was awesome! Quick to respond to any questions we had. Nice neighborhood with families out walking with pets / kids throughout the day and early evenings. Secluded backyard with propane grill and patio table for dining.
I set up my workspace in the second bedroom, my girlfriend set up her workspace at the dining room table. No issues working remotely or connecting to Wi-Fi.
Highly recommended for short or long duration stays.

Great location
Perfect location for our week long getaway. Close to everything and getting around was easy. Roomy enough for our family of 5, and 2 full bathrooms a huge plus. Kids loved the nearby playground, and my 3 year old loved the toys in the house. My 16 year old didn't like the fold out at first, but adjusted and slept comfortably. Could have used a few more blankets for the fold out and a broom with a decent dust pan for quick clean up. Otherwise place was very clean, quiet, host was excellent and our stay was perfect!

Within a few minutes of San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park and Ocean Beaches with Boardwalk. Don't miss Old Town San Diego either! They are great to visit from here and then you have a great place to come home to for relaxation!

A Gem
My wife and I spent a week in the rental. The house is exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. It is well equipped and all appliances and fixtures functioned well. It is all around very comfortable. The neighborhood leaves something to be desired, but we will happy stay in the house again.

Great place to stay
The house was located near everything- restaurants, shopping, USD...The master bedroom was large and comfortable, the shower was great as was the kitchen. Parking was easy. The hosts were gracious and responsive. This was our second stay and we would definitely come back.

just like the pictures and maybe even better
clean, 10 minutes drive away of most of San Diego attractions. We felt like a good space, things are nice and very clean. Good beds, more than enough blankets. You can park inside or in the street, we preferred in the street since we had a Chevy Suburban (enough space in the garage in any case). Check in and check out is easy. Everything works perfect, from the coffee machine to Netflix. Is very private. You have there already a lot of things that normally there are not in other rentals and you really appreciate that.

The house is centrally located and very close to the 163 Highway which connects to all other major highways within miles. The neighborhood itself I would describe as a bit rundown but okay. The rental itself has been redone with fair to good work. The kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. More light bulbs need to be checked and restocked as I had to change out 3 of the 5 that were out: both range hood lights and the kitchen island light. Two other halogen can lights on the ceiling were out that I didn't mess with. Both the front door and the guest bedroom doors were difficult to open as they would get stuck. Simple fixes that I'm sure will be remedied and get this affordable centrally located spot back up to great. I would stay here again.

Perfect location, Clean and Adorable
We absolutely loved our stay in this home. The home is clean, well stocked, perfectly located to all attractions including the airport. We enjoyed playing dominoes provided with other game choices. The beds were so comfortable. All of the furnishings were clean and very comfortable! We will definitely be staying again!!
