This was our first time to Hilton Head. The Condo and the beach were beautiful. Great location! Unfortunately, hurricane Debby showed up and we had to cut our trip short. We will definitely be back and try this again!

Great unit, well equipped with everything needed for the week, beautiful ocean view and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Everything worked well, beds were comfortable, bathrooms a little in the small side but we made it work. I’m kind of a clean freak so I feel like rentals are never clean enough for me but in general it was okay. Bathrooms and surfaces were clean. The building staff was super friendly and the grounds were well maintained. The pool ended up closing the last two days for repairs which was a bummer but they were working hard to get it fixed. Overall, I will stay on this unit again.

My vacation rental experience was phenomenal. As soon as we walked into the unit we were speechless on how breathe taking the unit and the view of the beach/ocean was. The kitchen had everything we needed to make great meals for the days we were there, the unit was very clean, and the atmosphere was inviting. I'm already planning another trip and seashore vacation will most definitely have my business again.

This was a well equipped property. Had everything you needed in the kitchen to cook a full meal. The kitchen was absolutely gorgeous, looks like nothing in the kitchen has ever been used before as far as the appliances. They did a really good job doing the upgrades on the condo. It looks like Everything was recently updated and brand new. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had no issues finding extra blankets, towels, sheets, pillows. We also were impressed with the views and The condo being in close proximity to a lot of park areas. It was also nice that the condo had a closet that was pretty much filled with beach supplies just in case you forgot anything. It’s always nice just to have extra access to items that you might have forgotten. Had zero issues checking in, had to leave early due to the hurricane that was headed our way. However, we did enjoy our stay.

Check in and check out process was confusing and cumbersome. They made you visit a secondary site to check in and receive a packet of promotional literature. There were no written instructions for check out which is very odd. The location was great and the facility was very nice. For the price I would expect better cleaning as it didn’t seem to have been swept or mopped and the comforters were covered in sand. The place could also use a good deep cleaning - baseboards and light switches were pretty nasty when we arrived.

Check-in was a breeze. The condo was well equipped. However, We were disappointed by several things. There was a dampness and a mildew smell throughout the condo and especially on the sofa and chairs. We placed towels on the sofa so that the smell would not transfer to our clothes. Leaky AC vents.

Wonderful experience!
This was a beautiful property! We hesitated booking this condo because it was on the 1st floor but this ended up being one of our favorite features! We loved walking off the balcony to go to the beach or pool! We also loved all the bunnies that we got to see up close each morning and night! We would highly recommend this condo!!! We would have loved to have a key to the lock on the back deck!!

Grat location, great view.
We enjoyed our stay, had an excellent time. Everything was good and as advertised. Condo feels a little stark, kitchen and beds nice. The view and location trumped all. Manager was great and communicative.

Great stay
First time visiting Hilton Head Island and it did not disappoint. While we didn’t spend much time on the beach, the view was amazing! We celebrated my husband’s 60th birthday bicycling the many paths, eating good food, visiting the lighthouse at Harbortown, and a friendly game of putt putt. We will be back.

The condo was perfect, the view was spectacular and a short walk to the pool and beach. It was right across the street from shopping and restaurants.

We had a wonderful time. Loved the top floor location, sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean and listening to the sound of the waves as well as walking and biking the beach. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Very enjoyable.

Lovely Condo
The location of the condo is wonderful. So close to walk to shops and restaurants. The view is amazing! We enjoyed many sunrises. The updates on the condo make it very comfortable and enjoyable. The second bedroom bathroom could use some updating. The fan didn't work, the shower head could be replaced and it needs a new curtain liner. This, however, wouldn't stop us from renting it again. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

Great Weekend Getaway
The property was right on the ocean with a short walk to the private beach. It was the perfect place to sit on the balcony and enjoy the morning sunrise and the crashing waves throughout the trip. It was chilly most of the trip so we drove most places, but the property was in walking distance or bike riding distance of Sea Pines, Coligny Park, and just about anything else you wanted to do. If we do Hilton Head again we would stay here if available.

Beautiful condo
Our family of 4 were thrilled with this condo. It was well furnished, very clean with an absolutely beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Great kitchen. Large TV's in living room and both bedrooms were great. All-in-all a great vacation in this beautiful place.

Wonderful Stay!
We loved staying at Ocean One 521.. the condo was beautiful and had everything we needed! It was in an awesome location.. convenient to shopping, restaurants and right on the beach. We will definitely be back! Thank you for such an awesome Fall Break stay :)

Great location
This condo was exactly as advertised and in a great location. Clean grounds, nice pool, close to the beach with a beautiful balcony with oceanfront views. Walkable to many restaurants and shops. Easy to get to and smooth check in/out process. Hope to return in the future!

Great beach getaway condo
Overall, a great location. The Ocean One building is quite dated on the outside and needs some work, but the condo itself has been fairly recently updated. Well-equipped with everything we needed. Very close to Coligny Beach with lots of dining. We brought our bikes and rode them every day into Sea Pines and on the beach. Great place for biking with trails everywhere.

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was in a great location with lots to do for teenagers. The condo was very spacious and updated. We loved sitting out in the balcony and looking at the great view of the ocean.

We loved the spot but unfortunately the unit had a few problems, the clothes dryer being the most!! The dryer was loud and the last few days did not work at all, the drain in the main bathroom shower was clog when we arrived and we called to get it fixed it was fixed but the gentleman left a mess that we had to clean up after him!

Great place!
We only stayed 3 days but enjoyed every minute of it! The condo was very clean and the kitchen had any utensil, pan, glasses you needed! Beautiful Ocean Front view! Would recommend it to anyone!!!
